Let Your Inner Teenager Out Today, Have Some Youthful Fun

Watched a movie, Kedi, about cats in Istanbul, cute documentary about the status of cats in the city and how they've become an important part of the city's culture.  Although most of the people don't necessarily own any of the cats portrayed in the movie they do take care of them even going so far as to bring them to the veterinarian when they are need of care or making meals for them, sometimes dozens of cats at a time.  Loved see the city and the love that people have for the cats and the fact that cats have been part of the city since the beginning.

We also had dinner, birthday dinner at Denny's at Davie and Thurlow in Vancouver.

Spirit Is and today's Gay Tarot Energy is the “Youth of Cups: Youthful emotions.  Daydreaming.  Shyness.”
When the sun is out I do find myself daydreaming a lot and youthful emotions are emanating from every atom of my being.  And sometimes shyness sneaks in when we meet new people or find ourselves in unplanned social situations.  It's all good and every now and then it's nice to reconnect with our youthfulness that is still within us wanting to show itself more often than we let it.

So let your youthful self shine through, be playful and be shy, daydream like the teenager that you are today.  Don't worry about it.  Give yourself an hour to be and to feel young and playful again.  Open your mind to the wonders, dreams, and possibilities that filled your mind as it wandered off during a boring class or when you just didn't to do your homework.  Maybe, just maybe a wonderful surprise or new insight is waiting to be discovered, it's your to discover, why not go for it.

Thank You Spirit.

The 'Youth of Cups' and Losing Yourself in a Daydream or Two

Thursday, October 6, 2016.  Sleep was once again good to me however I did awake earlier than the alarm and had mixed thoughts about model railroading, RVing, Tarot Readings and also about the job.  But I awoke with a sense of relief as last night it was decided that I'm looking for a new job.  My current job situation is not healthy and the employers will not change as they've been doing this same routine for years and they're almost proud of how many employees they have gone through.  I've heard that just in the last five or six years some 40 plus employees have come and gone through the doors and I'll be another.

I'm happy that I've made the decision and am actively seeking new work although my desire will be to simply transition to work as a Spiritual Guidance Counsellor and Tarot Reader full-time.  I'd love to just awake each morning and get work with Spirit.

Spirit Is and today's Tarot Energy is the “Youth of Cups: Youthful emotions.  Daydreaming.  Shyness.”
Every once in awhile youthful emotions get the better of us and that's no big deal.  Youthful emotions aren't always a bad thing.  And neither is daydreaming...stealing a few moments to lose yourself in such thoughts can bring about a sense of relief or even re-charge the batteries so you can continue on with the day.  And a daydream may even be informative, enlightening or a glimpse into the future.  So go ahead and let yourself be a kid again!

Thank You Spirit.

The 'Youth of Cups' and Hanging On to What Keeps Us Connected to the World Beyond

Monday, September 19, 2016.  Slept quite well and was at a point feeling like I was sleeping for too long.  And had a recurring dream or maybe I just thought I waking up and falling back to sleep again.  One or two people in the dream could be co-workers but at the same time it didn't feel as this were the case.  I was dreaming about equipment of some sort but nothing like I work with, more like computers and related technology.  And this dreams was the last dream I had before awaking around 5:40am.

Oh, we went out for a hike yesterday, made our way over to Rolley Lake Provincial Park and hiked around the lake and then some as we hike down to Rolley Falls and continued down to a road before finding the other part of the trail on the other side of the creek.  It was so nice to be so deeply immersed and in touch with nature.  Breathing in the aroma of such a natural setting sent my emotions high. So enriching, invigorating, and life giving.  For the first time ever I felt the life force of the many trees I was welcomed to share a bond with, to become one...their bark so warm and soothing filling me with love, peace, contentment, stillness and simply being.  I didn't want to leave for I felt like I just arrived home.

One word that kept popping into my mind as city gave way to nature and as I blended into our natural surroundings was "exposure".  If I want to really be a Spiritual Guidance Counsellor or a What's Your Tarot Guru, I need to expose myself to the world.  Reveal all that I am and make no apologies for it and let the words of those who may be critical of me roll of me like droplets of rain.  This is who I am and who I have to be, not for their sakes but for mine.

Spirit Is and today's Tarot Energy is the “Youth of Cups: Youthful emotions.  Daydreaming.  Shyness.”

The “Youth of Cups" brings to mind the period between childhood and adulthood, a time where the magic and open-mindedness of childhood are still within our minds, hearts and spirits but where also the misdirected ideas of adulthood are being thrust upon us by parents and society.  Where we are told that we have to grow up and start acting like adults.  What a mistake!

We need to let our children grow up and continue to have those open minds where all things are possible, where magic and fantasy mix with real life.  Let them see those imaginary friends, because they may not be so imaginary after all.  Let them see the house and forest faeries for these wonderful creatures make life a fun adventure.  Let our youth continue to be carefree and fun loving.  Let them dance with Spirit and see the world as it real is...full of awe and wonder!

Relish your youthful emotions and never stop daydreaming nor let anyone tell you to stop daydreaming for this is a way to tap into the world not seen by eyes but rather by emotions, spirit, and a willingness to let life live you as much as you live life.

Thank You Spirit.

The Week of Visits and Payng More Attention to My Spirit and Reconnecting With My Intuition

Thursday, May 19, 2016.  A week of visits.  We connected with a friend for dinner on Monday as he's going to business school overseas.  Then another friend came over from Vancouver Island to visit for a couple of days.  Then on Saturday my brother and I will head up to Quesnel to celebrate our nephew's sixteenth birthday.  A whirlwind trip for sure as we are coming back on Monday.  My other half has decided to stay put for the weekend!

Monday's Tarot--“3 of Cups: A Good Time.  Happy, comfortable times together.  Quiet enjoyment. Celebration."

Tuesday's Tarot--“XVIII The Moon: Sexuality pulls us into a different, non-rational world which is sometimes frightening, always creative.  A sense of mystery.  Creative ideas which gestate in the subconscious.  Sexuality or sex.

Wednesday's Tarot--“Youth of Cups: Youthful emotions.  Daydreaming.  Shyness.

And today's Gay Tarot Energy is “II The Intuitive: To be true to oneself, one must know oneself.  Looking within for answers.  Meditation. Intuition.  Exploring that which is normally hidden.

And it's a day of crows.  Many crows flew about as I was driving around metro Vancouver running work errands.  They sure made me happy.  And these crows really added to the energy of today's "Intuitive" Gay Tarot Energy.  Reminders that I must truthfully and wholeheartedly meditate and become more intimate with Spirit and myself as well as bring my intuition to life.  Crows bring about the magic of life and ask us to recognize that we can use this magic for and of life if we respectfully ask for such magic to occur in our lives.  My intuition and spirit need much more attention from me.

Thank You Spirit.

Namaste.

The 'Ace of Wands' and Using Creativity and Inspiration to Change Direction

Wednesday, March 30, 2016.  A new day but another stressful day on the job.  Equipment repairs that won't easily give up what their problem is makes for a challenging day.  Two out of four pieces of equipment have been readily diagnosed and one fully repaired and tested but the others are proving to be tough nuts to crack.  Made tougher by employers that are unequivocally taking advantage of the employees that work for them, me included.  Aaarrrgggghhh!

Time to move on and now it's not a matter if, only when.  I'm guilty of not dealing with the job honestly with myself...glossing over so many overt signs where the workplace environment is not all that calm, smooth, or friendly.  It's tense, chaotic, and sometimes mean spirited.  Ouch!

Thankfully, Spirit Is and today's Gay Tarot Energy is the “Ace of Wands: A creative inspiration. The beginning of a project or venture.

Creativity and inspiration for me have come from nature, magazines, and staring at my Tarot cards and model railroad layout at various times of the day.  How about for you?  Where is the creative and inspirational energy coming from for you today?

I'm getting on with harnessing all of this great and powerful creative and inspirational energy to steer my life toward a summer rich in Spirit, Tarot, Coaching, Chakras, Mystical Research and camaraderie with family and friends.  Especially my sister and her family and my Dad and his wife.  I want to spend more time with them and owe them much more of my time.

Thank You Spirit.

Blessed Be.

Tuesday, March 29, 2016.  Busy work days are good for making time pass by quickly however it's sometimes hard to unwind once you get home.  I hit the gym after work yesterday but still found it difficult to shed the stress of the work day and then my sleep is affected.  I slept better last night but still awoke a few times so my sleep was not as refreshing and relaxing as it was on the weekend.  I hope I can find other ways to help me unwind more quickly.

Spirit Is and today's Gay Tarot Energy is the “Youth of Cups: Youthful emotions.  Daydreaming.  Shyness.

"Daydreaming" and "Shyness" are the energy of the day, at least for me.  I'm feeling a lot more shy today than I've felt in years and I had lunch at a rest area in the Chilliwack area and spent half of my lunchtime daydreaming about various things.  Sitting at a picnic table on a bright sunny day will do that, I guess.  The temperature gauge in the van showed that it was 22 Celsius.  At one point I didn't feel like I was on the job but as time ticked by and my lunchtime was coming to an end I didn't feel like returning to the van or remainder of the work day still left to get through.

Daydreams can lead us astray if we let them however if we understand them well enough we can work with the energy they create and put it to good use in our own lives or even in the lives of others.  And shyness can be a bit awkward but sometimes it can open doors for us that we've never seen before so keep your shy eyes open for opportunities that might be hidden in plain sight.

The 'Youth of Cups' and Childhood Memories

Saturday, March 19, 2016.  What a great morning to awake to.  An easy casual introduction to the morning and the rest of the day with a slow meditation with Spirit, Gaia, and Tarot.

Today's Gay Tarot Energy is the “Youth of Cups: Youthful emotions.  Daydreaming.  Shyness.

Perhaps, it's a good day to be a bit playful and engage in some innocent and responsible youthful behaviour.  Daydreaming can be fun...let your imagination run free today where it may lead you to new insights and new ways of thinking...

...hearken back to your youth through memories of the playful times you had and the innocent view you had of life...don't be regretful though, simply soak up the joyous emotions that arise from your childhood memories...

Thank You Spirit.

Blessed Be.

The 'Youth of Cups' and Life is All About Contradictions

Tuesday, December 1, 2015.  2015 is winding down.  We're in the final month of the year and the joyous holiday season is upon us.  Hope we do our best to make life better for all those around and even those we often don't think about.

I found it hard to relax last night and my thoughts were scattered for a good part of the evening.  The busy work day took me beyond the regular hours thus making for a late arrival home where I just fell into the sofa for a spell and just let go.

I did manage to clear my mind enough to interact with Tarot though and that lifted my spirit and allowed me to collect my thoughts enough so that I could feel more normal and relaxed shortly before crawling into bed.

I realize that I've written some contradictory statements and would like clarify why I've come to my most recent conclusion around earning a living through my spiritual endeavors.  A month or so back I was hoping to just offer my services "free" of charge.  Sounded good but a nagging feeling kept jabbing me in the side and a voice kept whispering to me that I had to work more closely with Spirit regarding this matter and so I did.  This past weekend Spirit led me to understand and acknowledge that my spiritual endeavors are an acceptable way of becoming self-reliant and is in fact encouraged by Spirit.  My spiritual works are a combination of services-Coaching, Tarot, and Chakra work that are likely to have a dramatic and positive impact and effect on many people's lives and I have a roll to fulfill in these possibilities.

Spirit Is and today's Tarot Energy is “Youth of Cups: Youthful emotions.  Daydreaming.  Shyness.”

What a high energy, youthful kind of day.  Let's all hearken back to our teen years and capture some of that rebellious energy that although might have gotten us in trouble back then is now likely to help us stay in shape, stay youthful and stay fit.  Or if you are of a younger generation relish your youthful years and harness that rebellious energy and steer it toward having a good time while doing good deeds.  Or let us all be charmingly shy and golden.

Thank You Spirit.

Blessed Be.

9 of Cups and the Youth of Cups - Pay It Forward

Wednesday, April 22nd, 2015.  We had a quiet and enjoyable evening last night.  I'm doing my best to relax as much as I can during the evenings since my days this week are so busy, close to being overwhelming but not quite.  I'm working two jobs and managing two desks while a co-worker is on vacation and let me tell you--it isn't easy!  But I'm managing.  The difficulty is in having responsibilities that take me out of the office as then when I return to the office I have to catch up on the hours of office work I didn't complete while completing other important tasks.

I really appreciate the work though and I am receiving "karma" here since I had a really slack job for four years and sat most of days doing a whole lot of nothing and getting paid for it.  So it's good for me to be working as hard as I am today in order to make amends, so-to-speak.

I awoke early today.  I'm not sure at what time as I stayed in bed, hoping I'd fall back to sleep but it never happened.  When I decided to finally look at the time it was 5:45am and I guessed that I likely awoke around 4:00am.  But I'm not feeling tired so far...likely I'm still coasting along on all the adrenaline that carried me through the work day.

Thank You Spirit.

Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot is the “9 of Cups: Serendipity.  Satisfaction.  Everything is going well” with more energy coming from the “Youth of Cups: Youthful emotions.  Daydreaming.  Shyness.”

Since life is humming along pretty smoothly for me these days, all thanks to the power of Spirit I'm going to make a few changes to my website, www.wizardoron.ca.  I'm going to be more loving, giving, and compassionate in my offerings in the sense of allowing those who wish to use my services to pay by donation.  I'll leave the prices on the website but then create a "DONATE" button through PayPal thus allowing people to pay what they deem they can afford.  I want to inspire people and do not wish to hinder this through requiring a payment if a person cannot afford to do so.  They deserve to be inspired and assisted regardless.

Today is about giving freely in whatever loving form we can without a catch.  I am here through the blessing of Spirit and have had a blessed life and wish to give back and pay it forward, if you will.

Love!

Thank You Spirit.

Blessed Be.

Friday, The 4 of Cups and the Youth of Cups

Friday, February 20th, 2015.  Another work week in 2015 is behind us.  The week was busy, demanding, a bit stressful yet truly meaningful and dare I say, satisfying.

Thank You Spirit.

Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot Card is the “4 of Cups: The Audition.  A new opportunity or choice presents itself.  Everything hangs in the balance.  Nervousness, excitement” with further support guidance coming from the “Youth of Cups: Youthful emotions.  Daydreaming.  Shyness.”  And with today being Friday -- (VENUS): Love, friendship, reconciliation , and beauty.  And the Moon has moved into ARIES: Good for starting things, but lacks staying power. Things occur rapidly; but quickly pass. People tend to be argumentative and assertive.

Grasp the opportunities staring you in the face and don't fear the challenges that might be coming along with it.  Seize the moment and get the momentum of your life moving forward.  Don't let yourself become stationary for then your life will become if not simply stay stagnant.  Let the youthful feelings and energy of the day fill you with the courage to move forward to grab hold of this moment of opportunity with courage, confidence and the enthusiasm it deserves.

With the Moon in Aries you may doubt your chances but grasp the opportunity anyway as the Moon moves into Taurus next and your actions particularly in the coming days will carry you significantly forward and deepen the roots of your actions to the point where you will have a solid foundation from which to work.

Thank You Spirit.

Blessed Be.

The Sage of Coins with a Little Help from the Youth of Cups

Monday, January 12th, 2015.  Ahhh...another work day to awake to.  I did not want to get out of bed and instead simply roll over and fall back to sleep.  The cold I'm dealing with has returned full force and I was feeling it throughout the day.  Surprising as last night I was feeling pretty good and had a very relaxing evening puttering around and simply browsing my model railroad magazines.

Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot Card is “Sage of Coins: Working with resources rather than trying to control them. A mature appreciation of the natural world.  Patience" with allusions to more from the “Youth of Cups: Youthful emotions.  Daydreaming.  Shyness.”

Nature calls out to me every waking moment.  I love the closeness I tend to have with nature when I least think about and let it be...nature comes to me.  I'd love to have a primary home in the forest somewhere that I can retreat every now and then and recharge my batteries so-to-speak.  A home in the woods and an recreational vehicle to take me to new areas of nature to explore.  Realistically though, I simply need to get out and keep in touch with the nature that is almost out my back door.

Thank You Spirit.

Blessed Be.

The 10 of Cups and the Youth of Cups

Thursday, January 8th, 2015.  I sometimes keep myself awake with worries and worried thinking and last night was one those nights where I lay awake thinking about what I did wrong, what I should have done and what more that could possibly go or be wrong when the bosses are way.  I likely lost about two hours of sleep and more because I miss out on that essential REM sleep that is so vitally important to getting a good night's rest.  Ugh!

Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot Card is the “10 of Cups: The Ideal.  Your secret dreams.  Attainment. Unrealistic, wishful thinking" with further enlightenment through the “Youth of Cups: Youthful emotions.  Daydreaming.  Shyness.”

Happiness is a great part of life that we often pursue each and every day of our lives however at times our pursuit of happiness may blind us from seeing or experiencing life in its truest form.  We need to be honest and realistic with ourselves and be a state of happiness more than the pursuer of happiness as happiness is a state of mind more than anything else.

The achievement of our desires can only come about by each of being realistic about them but also knowing that sometimes anything is possible.  So guard against wishful thinking but always try to achieve what you desire.  Action and cooperation are required on our part as we work toward our goals in harmony with the universe around us.

Thank You Spirit.

Blessed Be.

Youth of Cups with Support from the Man of Cups

Friday, November 28th, 2014.  We had another simple evening at home.  Dinner was had and we watched a bit of TV and then I read a couple entries from one of my favourite blogs as well as browse through my Model Railroader magazine then off to bed it was for around 10:45pm.  I awoke a few times the last being around 5:37 but I had a restful sleep and even though I only had another 23 minutes to sleep before the alarm I fell back into a deep sleep.

Thank You Spirit.

Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “Youth of Cups: Youthful emotions.  Daydreaming.  Shyness.”, with support from the “Man of Cups: An emotional adventurer.  Tendency to want to emotionally rescue others.  Drawn to emotional crises.”

Emotions, creativity and a renewed focus are the messages of this day.  I refocused my energy and efforts on my short, medium and long-term plans with renewed emotions and understanding of my desires and goals and what it will emotionally entail when I realize my goals.  I may strike out on my own but I’ve accepted that this will be necessary and is only a new facet of and an expansion of my relationship.

Work over this past week has been hectic and draining but I transcended this drain of energy as well as the chaotic week by going to the gym to refocus and energize myself through a good solid workout three times this week.

Thank You Spirit.

Blessed Be.

The Youth of Cups and Reconnecting with Our Youthful Emotions

Thursday, June 26th, 2014.  I had a decent enough sleep until I awoke before the alarm yet again but no worries I’m getting use to it and trying my best to slip back into sleep mode or at the very least use this semi-conscious time to simply “be” and/or be “one” with Spirit.  Upon awaking with the alarm I stumbled my way out of bed on got on with the usual morning routine…

…and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “Youth of Cups: Youthful emotions.  Daydreaming.  Shyness.”

I’m becoming more connected to my emotions and more interconnected with my partner and a deeper more meaningful and more sensitive level.  I’m more lighthearted than I have been in a long time and I’m even noticing that my mood is relatively the same day in and day out, no wild swings, just in that mellow mood that takes everything in without too much worry or anxiety to work me up or get me down.

My work day is becoming more focused and even relaxed to a degree and this is all a result of my becoming more focused on my spiritual self and connecting with all that is at a spiritual and energetic level.  I’m becoming more focused on and dedicated to the job seeming that I’ll hang on to it for a while I might as well do my best and make the best effort and impression that I can in the workplace.

Thank You Spirit.

Blessed Be.

VIII Justice, the Sage of Swords and the Youth of Cups

Saturday, May 24th, 2014.  A nice early start to the morning awaking at the time I’m usually wanting to continue sleep but I guess that’s because it’s during the work week and I awaking to go to work.  Weekends are a time when I do like to awake early so I have more alone time, time to simply “be”.  This morning I lit a candle and incense and spent time in the candle flame, connecting with the great spiritual energy that connects and interconnects us all to each other and to all things.

My thoughts became clearer and my understanding of my life and situation make more sense and I know for sure where I need to be going in life.  I won’t get there right away as I do have obligations to fulfill such as debt repayment but that is all that really stands in my way.  I’m mature and ready enough to move forward on my own and in the desired way I wish to go.

Thank You Spirit.

Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card in a three card spread is “VIII Justice: Even today, gays can be the victims of “justice”.  An unfair judgment.  Being too judgemental or righteous.  Feeling restricted by others’ expectations.”

As it is so often difficult to do one can never really leave his or her past behind them especially mistakes they have made that may be hampering the fulfillment of their dreams and desires.  This is where I find myself today.  However, drawing this card really drives home the point of how important it is to acknowledge and accepts ones mistakes but more importantly one must transcend and move beyond them in order to be free of them.  Easy to say but harder to do but I will as we all should, do my best to finally break free of the errors of my ways and just put one foot in front of the other and walk away from the past that no longer has any value or importance in my life except what I’ve from it.

This is further supported by the second supporting card this day, the “Sage of Swords: Making a mature, informed decision.  Being too judgmental.  Mediating a dispute.”

I’ve created a plan for myself, a timeline and I’ll need to must up all of the strength and courage to see myself through to the end of this plan and timeline if I expect to enjoy the “fruits of my labour”, if you will.  I must meet my financial obligations and then I’ll be freer to do the things I most desire to do.  I’m doing some of this now, working with Tarot, enjoying my hobby and planning continuing along with my plans to live a more mobile and nomadic life.

As I work to move beyond my past, by being less harsh and less critical of myself and more particularly so with others I will be taken up by the emotions represented by the “Youth of Cups: Youthful emotions.  Daydreaming.  Shyness.”

A sense of wonder, being lost in thoughts and ideas, being more flirtatious, a little bit more creative in my day-to-day activities this day.  Just a bit more free in thought and behaviour today.

Thank You Spirit.

Blessed Be.

The 7 of Coins, 3 of Coins, and Youth of Cups - Lessons Learned

Sunday, May 4th, 2014.  Another great gift of life to celebrate as I awake to this rainy day.  Yesterday was a fine day of running errands, doing chores, and enjoying ourselves—each of us spending time with our favourite hobby/pastime.  I have overcome my past and am much more able to enjoy the present with a glean in my eye as I look toward my future.

Thank You Spirit.

Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “7 of Coins: Chores.  Resting after a job well done.  Contemplating life's cycles and changes.  Planning your next move.  Clearing out what's unnecessary in your life to make way for something new.”

Am I at a crossroads?  Is where I want to go the right direction for me or do I need to learn a bit more before I can change course and become my own employer?

I’m working for someone else and I’m also satisfying other people’s needs, expectations, and wants of me and this I think is where I am going wrong and is my biggest problem.  I’m not doing enough to stand up for myself as work toward my own future satisfaction thus fulfilling my deepest and longest held passions.

I am grateful for my current job though as in addition to the decent wage I earn I am learning valuable lessons, lessons learned unfortunately, through making stupid and foolish mistakes.  But I accept responsibility for what I’ve done and move on.  What’s done is done and is best left to the past as the lessons have been learned.  Also relevant here is that I have the talents and skills that are needed for this job and all of my family and friends see this so why am I not acting like I have what they see in me?  I have the ability to do the job so I need to just do it.  The only difference are the products involved, nothing more-service and customer care are as they have been in previous jobs so I simply need to relax and focus on the positives here—I know what I’m doing.

ATTEND TO THIS: “3 of Coins: A child’s room.  Creating a positive environment for someone.  Work done for the pleasure of it.”

One aspect of this card that stands out for me is the possibility that I need to be more of an individualist in order to find satisfaction in life and this I have realized is a recurring theme with the daily Tarot Cards.  This is so true as I been so busy over the past thirty years trying to satisfy the status quo that I’ve ignored my own wants, needs, and desires simply spinning my wheels and going nowhere fast.  This has to change…

For now I will remain a team player and build up the business for the employer I am currently working for but I will also build up my spiritual skills, talents, and abilities so that I can strike out on my own and become a self-employed spiritual professional.  I will create, build, and market my website that I hope will attract much interest and demand for my presence so that I can travel around North America and fulfill people’s true spiritual needs and aspirations.  This is where my heart is.

LOOK OUT FOR THIS: “Youth of Cups: Youthful emotions.  Daydreaming.  Shyness.”

I need to trust my intuition more.  Another recurrence in my Daily Tarot Cards.  Also I need to put more thought into my relationship, find creative ways to keep it fresh, romantic, and intimate.  The appearance of this card ties in nicely with the “3 of Coins” where creating a positive environment can do just that—refresh, renew, and rebuild those early feelings of love and intimacy.

So I need to think about myself and my needs a little bit more while taking the lessons learned from working for others and applying to my desire for and eventual self-employment not making the same mistakes is a valuable lesson to learn before embarking on a career where I’m relying solely on myself for my income.

Lighthearted romance and intimacy can freshen up my relationship and even open up new creative doors for me so I need to get acting and get my life in order, the order in which I’d like it to be.

Thank You Spirit.

Blessed Be.

Youth of Cups and an Emotionally Driven Opportunity

Another fairly quiet day for us yesterday as we did a quick grocery run, a short meander along the river before a quick haircut for me and a jaunt to the airport to pick up a friend so he didn’t have to taxi or transit his way home.  Before taking him home we had an early dinner at All India Sweets, one our once or twice visits to this restaurant.  After dropping our friend off we came home and lazed the remainder of our evening away until it was time to crawl into bed.

Another great morning greets me as I awake from my slumber, another fine day here in New Westminster and another day of getting one step closer to living life on the road.  Thank You Spirit.

Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “Youth of Cups: Youthful emotions.  Daydreaming.  Shyness.”
Love is in the air.  Or maybe an emotional tug on my heartstrings creates an opening for a great chance that I can take advantage of.  I hate to use that word “advantage” as I’d rather use a different word or phrase such as “be a part of” or “allow into my life”.  Anyway I will be open to an emotional tug at my heartstrings that may provide me with an opportunity to spread my wings.  Haha…that’s better; spread my wings through a new opportunity brought on by an emotional encounter.

Thank You Spirit.

Blessed Be.

Daydreaming?

I slept well.  Don’t remember any sort of dreams I may have had but I’m sure something was happening in my mind as I slept as it sure feels like it was active.  I awoke feeling like I had a busy night yet I remember nothing of it nor was I awake and worrying but I feel mentally busy already and I just awoke.

Spirit is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “Youth of Cups: Youthful emotions.  Daydreaming.  Shyness.”  I’m feeling a little bit like this as I was mentally off in the distance as I was wrapping up my most recent Christmas Greeting Card Order, thinking about being camped in a wintry meadow, just a touch of snow and cold enough to keep it around for awhile.

How nice.

Thank You Spirit.

Blessed Be.

Learning and Enjoying the Tarot

On Monday and Tuesday October 5th and 6th I forgot to work with the Tarot so I chose 0 The Fool as the Card of the Day for both of these days as it seemed quite fitting for how these days played out.  On the morning of the 7th I returned to working with the Tarot and as I shuffled the cards and cut the deck my thoughts were with the elements: Earth, Air, Fire, Water and also Spirit and the card that came out on top was 0 The Fool.  Later in the evening of the 7th I again returned to the cards and the 2 of Cups came out on top.  This card is labeled "The Dialogue", a balanced relationship; being able to see things from the other's perspective.

The Thanksgiving long weekend saw us driving home to my family to celebrate the day.  On Sunday, October 10th I was able to work with the cards and VII The Chariot appeared, "Among the highs and lows of life, make sure to enjoy you enjoy the highs".

After arriving back home on Monday evening I shuffled the cards and XIII Death appeared, seeing this card startled me for a few moments but I understood the meaning of the card soon after, the card has a subheading of "Endings and Beginnings".

Much time passed again and it was not until Sunday, October 17th that I returned to working with the Tarot.  The card this day was the "Man of Cups", an emotional adventurer.  On the 18th the Youth of Cups made another appearance, youthful emotions.  The 19th had the 9 of Cups making an appearance, "Serendipity".  On this day I also caught a glimpse of XII The Hanged Man so I added this to this day as well and the Hanged Man represents "Living in the moment".  On the 20th I shuffled the cards and cut the deck and XII The Hanged Man was out again.

Last night, the 21st, saw the 9 of Swords appear, "Unquiet dreams".

As I reflect on each the card that reveals itself whether as a randomly selected card or I card I actually choose I am learning something from each of these cards as they appear individually and from the story they are unfolding before me when I allow them all to come together.  The Tarot is an amazing gift to have in my life and I am ever so thankful and grateful for the learning and enjoyment that it has brough to my life.

Randomness?

Again I have been lazy in working with Tarot and this must and will stop now.  Tarot must be and will be and is a daily activity for me, this is a connection, and a communication I must dedicate myself to doing each and every day!

Tonight my goal will be to go through the night without watching television.  I want to focus on Spirit, painting a card or two and perhaps putting a new card together and possibly adding a few rounds to my spool-knitting projects.  Ultimately, though my Spiritual work must be my primary focus.

Although shuffling and cutting a tarot deck appears to allow for randomness to occur I am always surprised at how often the same cards appear on top of the deck during each of my workings with Tarot.

For instance on Sunday, October 3rd the 6 of Coins revealed itself again.  This card also appeared on September 3rd and 11th.  On Monday, October 4, VII, the Chariot revealed itself again, last appearing on August 31st.

Another interesting thing I noticed is that the Man of Cups appeared on September 12th, the Guide of Cups appeared on September 16th, the Youth of Cups on September 22nd, and the Sage of Cups on September 29th.  This is something I should have paid more attention to but failed to as I was more interested in watching television and doing nothing.  Doing nothing is a problem  for me as I am finding myself to becoming quite the lazy person.  But the fact that four Cup cards appeared every five to six days is meaningful and in addition to this they are all Court Cards.

I will reflect on this as well as move forward with my Spiritual pursuits.

The Weeks Cards

I have been a bit lazy again about posting no excuses just busy doing a lot of what I deem to be and would call necessary thinking.  I am trying to make some tough decisions these days and think I have successfully made a few but time will tell how these decisions play out.

As you may or may not know I am endeavoring to set out on my very own RVing adventure something I have been wanting to do since my early 20's.  I'm almost to the point of throwing caution to the wind and doing it but am trying to hold back and do so in a logical and rational way but again time will tell how logical and rational I continue to be in the days, weeks, and months ahead.

I am pleased though that spiritually I am growing stronger and more confident with it every day.  I am experiencing a lot of things that I have not experienced since 2003.  I am glad that I am almost back to where I was back then before making a few wrong decisions and changing course in direction that ran against all reason and logic for the person I am.

My Spirit is what will keep me strong and capable of moving forward and succeeding in the pursuit of my RVing dream.  I give much thanks and gratitude to the Universe around me and all those that continue to assist and guide me through this passage through life.

Friday night revealed the 7 of Coins: "Chores. Resting after a job well done; contemplating life's cycles and changes; planning next move; clearing out what's unnecessary in your life to make room for something new."
Saturday, the 18th of September brought out V The Priest: "The best way to help others is to help them make their own decisions; wisdom; advice; a promise; a ceremony or ritual."
