The work week has come to an end. Whew! Did not want to be at work at all this week.
Spirit Is and today's Gay Tarot Energy is “VIII Justice: Even today, gays can be the victims of “justice”. An unfair judgment. Being too judgemental or righteous. Feeling restricted by others’ expectations.”
Traffic congestion is my nemesis and was it ever wreaking havoc on my sanity and good mood today. Then I started to become judgemental about people's driving...did it several times luckily, however, I caught myself. Caught myself in time to pull myself back from a maelstrom of anger and angry unnecessary words. Most days I'm fairly relaxed but every once in awhile I get caught in a bout of angry driving. Thankfully, I regain my composure quickly and apologise as best I can by sending out loving and positive energy...Spirit at work within me.
I need to spend more time meditating and being one with all that is, was and always ever will be. I need to do a better job of letting my spirit be in control and lead the way.
Thank You Spirit.

Pagan Card of the Day, Whimsical Card of the Day and Gay Card of the Day
Trees, Wizard Oron, Tarot, and Spirit filled my mind and dreams last night. I fell asleep in complete surrender to Spirit, to Spirits power in my life, the ever expanding possibilities of Spirit and a willingness to be guided wherever Spirit may need me to go.
I awoke with a need to work with Spirit and Tarot, where I was not only going to draw a single card of the day but three cards from three separate decks. As I did this a sense of need to sit down and be focused today on Tarot and writing came to mind, of working on me and my relationship to myself and the rest of the world. Further exploring my relationship with me and my relationship with Spirit. So this is what I will do. With a camera and video coming to mind during the times I need to take a break, a step back and refocus.
As I sit here contemplating each of the cards, I'm looking at myself from outside of myself seeing that I'm dressed in my ritual garb--robe, pants, shirt, hat and pentacle necklace and remembering how I've been trying to work my way into being a wiccan and performing rituals and magic as all other wiccans do. Then I pause for a moment, realizing that how I perform my rituals and magic is perfectly okay and is in essence a true wiccan practice. For me I am all that I need to perform rituals and magic and raise the energy needed to bring manifestation to my spells and desires. Yes, I have candles, incense, athame, pentacle, altar cloth and many other ritual tools and needs but realistically speaking all I need is myself, my knowledge, acceptance, and connection with Spirit as well as the openness to change and allow the magic to happen.
Spirit Is and...
...today's Pagan Tarot Energy is the "Seven of Wands"
The Pagan "Seven of Wands" is a card of reassurance, letting us know that we have all that we need to face and handle our financial obligations and needs. We often have the support of others whether we see or realize it or not and often more support than what we need. So always welcome it, never shy away from it. Never let pride get in the way of others coming to your side and propping you up a little. Be focused and thoughtful of the choices in front of you and resolve to make the best you can and make it and live by it. You have it in you to make the right choice.
...today's Whimsical Tarot Energy is "VIII Justice"
"VIII Justice" from the Whimsical Tarot is letting us know that truth reigns supreme, avoiding the truth can bring about consequences that we least desire. Yes, sometimes the truth hurts but in the long run, it's always the right choice to be making--telling the truth if done respectfully and if expressed from the heart allows us to be better able to handle the fallout from telling the truth as well to recover from the experience more quickly where the experience does not unnecessarily burden us or bog us down in despair. It in fact will give us the opportunity for a fresh start.
...today's Gay Tarot Energy is “10 of Coins"
The Gay Tarot's “10 of Coins" is asking us to look at our lives from somewhat of a historical perspective, urging us to look at our lives from a more objective point of view. This then allows us to gain the perspective needed to gauge where we are with our lives and maybe even see that how we've lived our lives is not all that bad after all. And that we in fact have much more living to do as well as the opportunity to write the next chapters of our lives anyway we want to. How do you want to live your life from this day forward?
Develop a clear picture in your mind, focus on it, give it the energy it deserves and make it happen.
Thank You Spirit.

"VIII Justice" and Breaking Free So-To-Speak
Had a quiet Samhain/Halloween as we always do, something to do with living in a condo tower. But we had a candle burning to honour the day.
Spirit Is and today's Tarot Energy is “VIII Justice: Even today, gays can be the victims of “justice”. An unfair judgment. Being too judgemental or righteous. Feeling restricted by others’ expectations.”
Am I, are we really "Feeling restricted by others’ expectations” or are we simply using this as an excuse or as a way to excuse our own self imposed restrictions on ourselves. A lot to think about but a good place to look, looking at ourselves before we blame others for the state of our lives.
During my late lunch break and on the drive back to the office I thought about this and talked through it all with myself as traffic slowly made its way along Highway 15 toward Highway #1. And the conclusion I came to is that I am no longer held back by myself or others. I declared out loud that I am free of all limitations whether self-imposed or otherwise. In fact, I declared myself free of all encumbrances including financial ones.
I am free. Free to live my life, to fulfill my purpose, to give back in appreciation of all that I've been given.
Thank You Spirit.

The 'Guide of Wands', 'VIII Justice' and the 'Two of Coins'
Thursday, May 26th, 2016. I'm in charge at the job so my days have been rather trying and stressful not always because they are that but because I worry so much about getting everything done that needs to be done on any given day and today was no different. But I survived and the company survived another day under my leadership or lack thereof. I'm not all that keen with being in charge. I simply don't like taking on the responsibility of managing someone else's business. I'd rather leave that responsibility to them or to someone else and solely be responsible for myself. It's deeply humbling that they entrust me with such responsibility but I'd still rather not be in such a position even if they paid me more. And more pay sure would be nice.
I hit the gym after work and even though I returned to the office after taking care of some customers feeling and obviously looking tired that tiredness was mostly gone by the time I got home and walked over to the gym. But when I returned home the air and energy in our place felt heavy so I sprayed some "Sacred White Sage Body and Room Spray" by Essential Oil Techniques around. What a difference. The air and energy were light, bright, and refreshing--just what I needed.
I awoke tired this morning, maybe from the dream or dreams I was having throughout the night. The one I remember was kind of odd to me as in it, we were in another condo tower that was fully constructed, not a particularly high floor but the building was swaying. However before being a part of that scene I was in the bowels of building watch a construction pound large metal pylons into the ground in an effort to stop the building from swaying. The dream came to a quick halt when the alarm serenaded us. I almost fell back to sleep.
I had a hard time working with Spirit and Tarot this morning as I had a hard time shaking off the sleepy state I was in so I struggled through it and the “Guide of Wands: Feeling possessed by a creative project or inspiration. Being inspired to help others. Doing what’s right" is today's Gay Tarot Energy.
And now that I have this card in front of me I'm vaguely remembering another dream or two that I had last night where I was indeed helping others, doing what's right for all, operating out of my van. I have an inkling that these dreams are a prelude of things to come...
And the creative project I have in mind, if you can call it that, is paying off my debts through finding new sources of income, new income streams that will provide me with the means to do this quicker and more efficiently so I'm paying the bank and credit card companies excessive amounts of interest...Spirit, Tarot, mystical research and chakras...a quick glance at a news headline reminded me not to forget about balancing my chakras...something exciting to do on the weekend...
Thank You Spirit.
Namaste.
Wednesday, May 25th, 2016. Was nice to hit the gym after work yesterday, missed one exercise as the lat pull down was busy. I'm sure I can do it the next time, likely tomorrow.
We had a relaxing evening I guess can't really remember doing anything in particular so I guess it was one of those evening that slowly disappeared into a sleep filled night.
Spirit Is and today's Gay Tarot Energy is both “VIII Justice: Even today, gays can be the victims of “justice”. An unfair judgment. Being too judgemental or righteous. Feeling restricted by others’ expectations” and the “2 of Coins: Tai Chi. Flexibility. “Going with the flow”. Living in tune with your environment.”
This happened quite randomly as they both flew out the deck as I was shuffling and getting ready to cut the deck three times as I do each and every day and most times a card leaps from the deck I accept it as the card of the day.
I need to be more flexible and do a much a better job of living in tune with my environment. One area I need to focus on is paying more attention to my partner by being more engaged and actively listening to what he is saying as well as to be actually engaged in our conversation. Another area I need to pay attention to is daily living by being more engaged in my day-to-day activities--present moment awareness!
Being flexible and paying more attention to my environment will guard against me feeling so restricted or hampered by others' expectations of me. I'll do a better job of communicating with others and getting my points across in a more effective and meaningful manner. And this will not only benefit me as it will open the lines of communication and shed light on areas that need to be discussed instead of leaving them in the shadows.
Got to sign off here as we just returned home and its almost time to crawl into bed.
Thank You Spirit.

A Whirlwind Trip to Quesnel, a 16th Birthday Celebration and Great Food Along the Way
Tuesday, May 24th, 2016. We've been to Quesnel and back and I fully enjoyed the trip and especially spending time in Serenity. Staying in the van on my own during the evening felt fantastic and very refreshing and uplifting.
We finally got underway Saturday morning slightly after 9:00am as I slept in (And Saturday's Gay Tarot Energy, the “Guide of Cups: Messages from your heart. Altruism.”) and was nowhere near ready to leave when my brother arrived at 8am but we arrived in Quesnel around 6:00pm not bad travel time at all considering we drove up in a camper van.
We stopped twice for gas, grabbed some lunch at Horstings Farm in Cache Creek to take a break from driving and being on the road. I love the farm, what a great little gem of a place my brother introduced me to. You create your own sandwich for about $6.49 and they are quite big in my opinion and very tasty too! If you want more grab a loaf or two of their fresh bake bread, a bag of buns or one their savoury or fruity pies. They also have fresh produce, jams, syrups, honey and much more.
And when we walked into my sister's house we were warmly welcomed by my sister, niece, nephew, and, oh, not to forget our brother-in-law. Dad and Ursula were there as well so it was really a great visit. My sister had dinner waiting too! Yummy!
Around 10:30pm everyone started to crash so we all went to bed. Luckily I had water in the van so when I awoke I could make myself a coffee and relax a spell with Spirit and Tarot.
Sunday's Gay Tarot Energy, “VIII Justice: Even today, gays can be the victims of “justice”. An unfair judgment. Being too judgemental or righteous. Feeling restricted by others’ expectations.”
Around 7:30 or so I headed into the house but Jiffy, their dog saw and awoke half the household. So much for making a quiet entrance. My niece started making breakfast/brunch around 9:30. After that fantastic meal we chatted and had a jolly good time.
My brother and I had a friend come over for a visit and shortly after she arrived late morning several of us went out for walk to a viewpoint overlooking the city of Quesnel, a new vantage point of the city I never knew about...another great view of the city. We returned home, I drove the van into town as a few of us had some errands to run one of which for me was to empty the vans holding tanks. We returned to my sisters and set up for my nephew's 16th birthday party, chatted, snacked and waited for other guests to arrive.
The birthday cake was to arrive at 3:00pm but that did not happen, the baker wrote down the wrong day and didn't phone my sister until around 8pm. A misunderstanding that will be resolved with a refund and a cake this Friday, my nephew will have a small celebration with a few of his friends. Luckily my brother and our friend zipped down to Safeway and picked up a cake so all was not lost.
We had, beef burgers, chicken burgers, hot dogs, chips, fresh vegetables and salad for dinner. I was introduced to an organic red wine with no detectable sulphites by our so the two of us shared two bottles of it, Our Daily Red out of California, I do believe.
After much partying and celebration sleep was calling out to many of us so off to bed we went. I think after settling down I fell asleep around 1am. I awoke here and there throughout the night but didn't awake until about 8 in the morning. Still had time for a morning coffee and time with Spirit and Tarot.
Monday's Gay Tarot Energy, the “Guide of Wands: Feeling possessed by a creative project or inspiration. Being inspired to help others. Doing what’s right.”
Soon my brother returned with my cousin, he was designated driver and so drove her home last night and picked her up this morning then my sister texted me that they were up so I should come in the house. I wrapped up my morning activities and headed into the house around 9am.
Had a bit of coffee, a bagel and a homemade ham and cheese muffin for breakfast. Shortly after 10am we were on our way, my brother driving with our Dad in his car and Ursula tagging along with me in the van. We had a great drive down chatting all the way about this and that as different scenes along the sparked memories and something to talk about. We reconnected with Dad and my brother at Horstings Farm and grabbed a late lunch before parting company, Dad and Ursula returning home to Kamloops and my brother and I to Vancouver.
My partner had dinner waiting for us as we walked in the door shortly after 7:30pm. Pork roast and root vegetables and a flan for dessert. Yummy! My brother left around 9pm. We grabbed our evening showers before relaxing a spell and crawling into bed a little before 11pm.
The alarm serenaded us at the usual 6:00am but I barely heard it. If I had not thought about the work as I drifted back into consciousness I would have likely fallen back to sleep.
Today's Gay Tarot Energy is the “8 of Cups: Farewell. Moving on. Leaving behind a person, a situation, or a part of yourself."
When I was working with Tarot this morning I was thinking back to my thoughts on the drive back to Vancouver. As we drove past the different campgrounds, RV parks and provincial parks along Cariboo Highway 97 and Trans Canada Highway 1 the idea of stopping at many of these places the next time I drive up intrigued me. How many days would it take to travel from Vancouver to Quesnel if I stopped a day or two at each of the places or at least the ones that called out to me. I quite like this idea.
So what does the “8 of Cups" have to do with these thoughts? Perhaps, a tidbit from my conversation with our friend Leanne might help here. When she and I were talking we talked about listening to our hearts, feelings and bodies when we make decisions or go about our daily activities. Am I doing enough to listen to my needs that are shouting out to me? Health, travel, work...relationship, family, finances...where I need to be or where do I need to go? Hhhmmm...how do I move on? "Moving on" is jumping out at me.
How about for you? Do you need to move on?
Tomorrows Tarot may clarify things a little as will an eventual doctor's appointment and an assessment of my health.
That's about all I have for now.
Thank You Spirit.
Namaste.

The '2 of Cups' Step Into Your Partner's Shoes and Take a Look at Yourself
Friday, January 8, 2015. Yesterday's Tarot Energy is “VIII Justice: Even today, gays can be the victims of “justice”. An unfair judgment. Being too judgemental or righteous. Feeling restricted by others’ expectations.”
Be wary of which side of the judgement equation you are on. Are you being judged too harshly or are you the one judging too harshly. I believe that most of us are judging each and every day of our lives without even necessarily knowing that we are doing it. It's best not to judge and simply try to understand the situation and find ways to resolve, solve or transcend it.
Today's Tarot Energy is the “2 of Cups: The Dialogue. A balanced relationship. Being able to see things from the other’s perspective.”
A reminder to be more involved in our relationships and that our relationships with our significant others are two way streets where give and take are essential. Relationships are all about compromise and respect and this can only come from authentic and unconditional love as well as a willingness to understand and a complete understanding of our partners and why we're in the relationship with them in the first place. Our relationships are not only about us as individuals but about us as couples, two people in a relationship. So step in your partner's shoes for a moment and see yourself through their eyes...I sure hope that you and I like what we see.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.
Thursday, January 7, 2016. We are having dinner with a friend tonight but I'm trying to maintain my daily writing and Tarot intuitions. I really appreciate and love the influence and energy of Tarot and Spirit in life. I'm doing more to recognize and forever be thankful for this each and every day. For I am, for we are spirit, spirits having occasional physical experiences and what the physical world has to offer both good and bad. It's an experience worth living and an experience I cherish 24/7.

6 of Cups and VIII Justice
Friday, May 8th, 2015. Aaahhh...finally sitting down. Today was a busy non-stop day at work and the only time I was sitting I was in a vehicle driving from one place to the next. I was on my feet running around all day and didn't stop for a break, and a quick break at that until almost four o'clock where I ate my sandwich. Whew!
My intention of going to the gym tonight gave way to falling into a slouch on the sofa. That's where I am now as I write this. However, I've gotten up to get dinner going as it is now almost seven o'clock and oh, there's the bell, the oven dinged, dinner's in its final stage...time to eat...
...well, that was a nice dinner. Thank You Gracious Goddess and God. Thanks for the bounty that graced our dinner table tonight as well as the food we have in our cupboards and refrigerator. May we partake of it humbly and always be thankful for the abundance of food we have available to us.
Today's visiting Tarot is the “6 of Cups: Happy Birthday. Fond memories. A gift given in friendship or love" and “VIII Justice: Even today, gays can be the victims of “justice”. An unfair judgment. Being too judgemental or righteous. Feeling restricted by others’ expectations.”
We are blessed to have a strong connection and relationship with Spirit and we should be humbled by this and not take it lightly. Today we can bring together and learn from past, present, and future and learn from how we have lived our lives, how we are living our lives and how we can better live our lives tomorrow.
Love and friendship are likely top of mind today and this can also be love and friendship that lives through the ages. A gift given long ago or a friend from many lives ago may come back into your life. A sense of timelessness may be in the air as memories, friendships, and love come into light today.
Open your heart and your spirit and let yourself drift into the past. Sift through the images that float through your mind. Look at that one, the one that caught your eye and attention. Let the emotions fill your heart as you reminisce and reflect on lives and memories past that are and always will be a part of the fabric of your life.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The 4 of Coins and VIII Justice
Thursday, March 12th, 2015. A decent night's sleep came after yet another quiet evening at home, well save for an unannounced visit by a friend but a quiet night none-the-less. Oh, and we did eat a late dinner out at Ki Sushi here in New Westminster.
I had some dreams I was hoping I'd remember however, as soon as the alarm sounded the dreams faded into distant memory. Darn!
Today's visiting Tarot Card is the “4 of Coins: The Lighting Director. A position of power. Wanting to control how others perceive things” with much guidance coming from “VIII Justice: Even today, gays can be the victims of “justice”. An unfair judgment. Being too judgemental or righteous. Feeling restricted by others’ expectations.”
Never abuse the position of power you may find yourself in. In fact, if you hold a position of power it is incumbent upon you and realistically your utmost responsibility to do your part to lift others up spiritually. This is best done by example--how you lead your life and how you use your position of power in dealing with others. If you, if we are living our lives through the blessings and gifts of Spirit we will do our best to be diplomatic and compassionate in our dealings with others on this our wonderful journey of life.
Oops!
Yesterday's visiting Tarot Card is the “6 of Coins: Dependence. Resentment because of financial dependence on another. Charity. An unequal relationship" with a dampening effect being provided by the “9 of Swords: Unquiet Dreams. Stress. Worries. Mental tapes which play over and over.”
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The Sage of Coins and the 7 of Coins
Saturday, February 28th, 2015. The weekend is upon us. I took a day off from writing yesterday as I simply wanted to sit and not think anymore yesterday. The job requires a lot of thinking and decision-making as well as managing myself and other people and it's exhausting some days more than others and this past week has been a little bit like that.
This morning though, I'm feeling quite rested and relaxed and will be heading off to the gym in about 30 minutes to get in another workout. Last night was as peaceful and relaxing as I envisioned it to be earlier in the day so I ready for the busy weekend activities that are in the waiting.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and the visiting Tarot Card for Friday, February 27th is “II The Intuitive: To be true to oneself, one must know oneself. Looking within for answers. Meditation. Intuition. Exploring that which is normally hidden” with support from “VIII Justice: Even today, gays can be the victims of “justice”. An unfair judgment. Being too judgemental or righteous. Feeling restricted by others’ expectations.”
Today's visiting Tarot Card is the “Sage of Coins: Working with resources rather than trying to control them. A mature appreciation of the natural world. Patience" with further guidance from the 7 of Coins: Chores. Resting after a job well done. Contemplating life's cycles and changes. Planning your next move. Clearing out what's unnecessary in your life to make way for something new.”
Go within for the answers you seek and in order to get in touch and in harmony with the real world and the real you. Turn off the outside noise and distractions for a spell and listen to sweet voice your soul. Sink further into the wonderful silence and be awakened by the sweet and loving songs of Spirit.
Work in harmony with the Cosmos and the Universe will work with you. Need an extra shot of energy to get moving or to get things done, look no further than yourself. More often than not Spirit has given you all the resources you need to move forward with success, you simply need to tap into them. Strive for harmony and balance, be motivated in all that you do by Spirit, and move forward with the love and light of the world that comes from within, within YOU!
It's also likely time to simplify your life. Unburden your Spirit by clearing away all the clutter that fills your life. Become more of minimalist and discover how free you become as you realize how much you do not need nor will miss the overload of material goods that you have in your life. It'll be like a massive weight being lifted off of your shoulders. Try it...take baby steps and do a little bit of Spring cleaning. You'll be amazed at how good you feel when your home is not weighed down with so many possessions, many of which you likely do not need...however be smart about it and don't just throw everything away...
Thank You Spirit.

The 2 of Swords with Guidance from VIII Justice
Saturday, January 10th, 2015. Had another quiet evening at home. Simply sat and relaxed doing a whole lot of nothing. Tossed around ideas for my model railroad layout as well as the new website I'll be launching very soon. I'm doing my best to focus my energies on a couple of different things instead of fracturing my energies by trying to partake in my many and varied interests.
So for now Wizard Oron and my very N-Scale Model Railroad Empire will be my two main focal points moving forward. A new career and a long loved hobby. Oh, and I'm going to learn Spanish this year too! I'm going to try and tie-in learning Spanish through my study of Tarot and the building o my model railroad empire. A good way to entice myself to learn a second language.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot Card is the “2 of Swords: Meditation. Closing your eyes to outer circumstances in order to gain perspective or to avoid a decision. Refusing to act" with further guidance provided by “VIII Justice: Even today, gays can be the victims of “justice”. An unfair judgment. Being too judgemental or righteous. Feeling restricted by others’ expectations.”
Choices, partnerships, contemplation...we need to focus our energies on making a choice, choosing between options, weighing the pros and cons of each choice and making that fateful decision. This is best done by focusing on the choice and relevant information that can best guide us to making the most educated decision based on what lies before us. Let's close our eyes to the outside noise and those who want to help or simply make the choice for us for we alone must make this choice and be accountable and responsible for the decision. The time for fence sitting has come to an end. Make a leap faith, if you will for our faith should be based on experience more than anything else.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The 9 of Coins and VIII Justice
Thursday, December 4th, 2014. I had another almost sleepless night. I did fall back to sleep however I also kept awaking every now and then while sometimes thinking I was not going to hear the alarm since I picked up a new Smartphone last night. But I think I’ll just use the old phone as my alarm and leave the new one alone.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “9 of Coins: Rewards. Enjoying the fruits of your labour. Well-deserved enjoyment.”, with support from VIII Justice: Even today, gays can be the victims of “justice”. An unfair judgment. Being too judgmental or righteous. Feeling restricted by others’ expectations.”
As I contemplate these cards I get a sense that enjoying the fruits of our labour is relative to our understanding of our individual lives and how we fit into the world and our understanding of the meaning of life. The meaning of life is in my opinion different for each of us—just a little something to keep in mind. I also believe that we can further enjoy our efforts and how we move through life by being more lighthearted and less worried about other people’s lives—live and let be, with exceptions, of course.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The 3 of Wands and Paying Attention to Progress
Wednesday, November 26th, 2014. I had a very decent night’s sleep likely because I had some Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Vanilla Tea. My mind was relaxed as were my dreams not that I really remember any but I awoke sleepy yet well-rested. Odd but true!
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “3 of Wands: Leaving the nest. Seeing progress. Something or someone you have nurtured must now strike out on their own.”, and this is accompanied by “VIII Justice: Even today, gays can be the victims of “justice”. An unfair judgment. Being too judgemental or righteous. Feeling restricted by others’ expectations.”
Life is movement and we must always be prepared to let things go and move at their own pace and on their own journey. At times we may not realize what we have nurtured that has blossomed and struck out on its own until we see it just out of reach. This is a call to pay attention and appreciate all that we have in life and all of the many things, projects, and goals that we’re working on that may have developed a life of their own. This may even includes ourselves so look in the mirror, pay attention, and actively participate in your life.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

Man of Cups and VIII Justice
Thursday, November 13th, 2014. A quiet evening at home where a whole lot was not done. I didn’t do a lot other than go to the gym and make a simple dinner. Another fairly decent night of sleep and some mildly active dreams. A quieter night of sleep, thankfully and the alarm is how I awoke.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “Man of Cups: An emotional adventurer. Tendency to want to emotionally rescue others. Drawn to emotional crises.” “VIII Justice: Even today, gays can be the victims of “justice”. An unfair judgment. Being too judgemental or righteous. Feeling restricted by others’ expectations.”, is also visiting today.
I must keep my emotions in check and become a completely loving person where love and peace are states of being and fill every atom of my being. I must be the very concept of “zen” inside and out.
Namaste.
Meditate. Become at peace with yourself through discovering and getting to know yourself. Find a way to become whole and complete. Be aware of your emotions and the emotions of others however be weary of allowing emotions free reign in your life. Let your own expectations of yourself guide you and be open-minded and objective and do your best to never judge another.
Thank You Spirit.

V The Priest and VIII Justice and Coming to Decisions
Wednesday, November 5th, 2014. Sleep was fantastic last night. I did awake briefly for a bathroom break or so I remember but the next thing I know I was just becoming consciousness when the alarm sounded. What a nice way to awake. The only better way to awake is to awake when I awake without the help or interruption of an alarm. Soon this may be more than a wish a simply the way it is.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot card is “V The Priest: The best way to help others is to help them make their own decisions. Wisdom. Advice. A ceremony or ritual.”, with support from “VIII Justice: Even today, gays can be the victims of “justice”. An unfair judgment. Being too judgemental or righteous. Feeling restricted by others’ expectations.”
To best move ahead and away from feeling restricted by living up to or for others’ expectations is to learn to make own decisions through research and gaining as information as I can in order to the most educated decision I can. A reminder that launching my website is solely up to me and I need to gather more information in order to make the decision to launch my new website. As well I need to do the same when it comes to making a decision about purchasing a used but new to me van conversion.
Thank You Spirit.

The 5 of Coins and VIII Justice
Saturday, August 16th, 2014. After work yesterday upon arriving home I made a quick of clothes and then we headed downtown to meet up with friends for drinks and dinner. We had a pint of beer at the Irish Heather before hopping across the street to have dinner at L'Abattoir. Great atmosphere at both of these establishments and the service and drinks and food were quite amazing.
Thank You Spirit.
Yesterday’s visiting Tarot Card is the “5 of Coins: Hard Times. Material difficulties. Lack of money. People in adversity helping each other.”
The “5 of Coins” brought to mind the realization that the hardest truths that we must often face in our lives are the harsh truths about ourselves and some of the greatest rewards in our lives are a result of us facing the harsh truths about ourselves. And with this thought in mind I realized that I've created much of the adversity I've felt and experienced in life and this realization helps me not only help myself those around me as well. We become liberated and free of the many fallacies of our lives that hold us back and keep us from realizing and living the lives we are meant to and must live in order to appreciate the real meaning of life.
Thank You Spirit.
Today’s visiting Tarot Card is “VIII Justice: Even today, gays can be the victims of “justice”. An unfair judgment. Being too judgemental or righteous. Feeling restricted by others’ expectations.”
Today’s visit of “VIII Justice” continues the theme of facing the truth about ourselves and being accountable for our actions by accepting responsibility for them. This allows our karmic debt to be paid in full if you will and allows us to move on to brighter days and greener pastures.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

VIII Justice and Paying Off Karmic Debt
Monday, July 14th, 2014. I slept quite well although I did toss and turn throughout the night and awoke about 40 minutes before the alarm. The morning felt kind of odd to me but I never could put my finger on what this “odd” feeling may be about and it disappeared soon after I arrived at the job and got into work mode.
Today’s visiting Tarot Card is “VIII Justice: Even today, gays can be the victims of “justice”. An unfair judgment. Being too judgemental or righteous. Feeling restricted by others’ expectations.”
In contemplating “VIII Justice” I was reminded of a few different conversations that took place this weekend and how easy it to fall into the “judgment” trap and place labels on people or cast judgment on their decisions. In reviewing other decks and the “Justice” from each of them today’s “Justice” energy is also about making amends and having paid off karmic debt so-to-speak and doing what we can to keep ourselves physically and spiritually healthy so as to not fall into the “judgment” and either cast judgement on others or ourselves.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

Blessed Be.

VIII Justice, the Sage of Swords and the Youth of Cups
Saturday, May 24th, 2014. A nice early start to the morning awaking at the time I’m usually wanting to continue sleep but I guess that’s because it’s during the work week and I awaking to go to work. Weekends are a time when I do like to awake early so I have more alone time, time to simply “be”. This morning I lit a candle and incense and spent time in the candle flame, connecting with the great spiritual energy that connects and interconnects us all to each other and to all things.
My thoughts became clearer and my understanding of my life and situation make more sense and I know for sure where I need to be going in life. I won’t get there right away as I do have obligations to fulfill such as debt repayment but that is all that really stands in my way. I’m mature and ready enough to move forward on my own and in the desired way I wish to go.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card in a three card spread is “VIII Justice: Even today, gays can be the victims of “justice”. An unfair judgment. Being too judgemental or righteous. Feeling restricted by others’ expectations.”
As it is so often difficult to do one can never really leave his or her past behind them especially mistakes they have made that may be hampering the fulfillment of their dreams and desires. This is where I find myself today. However, drawing this card really drives home the point of how important it is to acknowledge and accepts ones mistakes but more importantly one must transcend and move beyond them in order to be free of them. Easy to say but harder to do but I will as we all should, do my best to finally break free of the errors of my ways and just put one foot in front of the other and walk away from the past that no longer has any value or importance in my life except what I’ve from it.
This is further supported by the second supporting card this day, the “Sage of Swords: Making a mature, informed decision. Being too judgmental. Mediating a dispute.”
I’ve created a plan for myself, a timeline and I’ll need to must up all of the strength and courage to see myself through to the end of this plan and timeline if I expect to enjoy the “fruits of my labour”, if you will. I must meet my financial obligations and then I’ll be freer to do the things I most desire to do. I’m doing some of this now, working with Tarot, enjoying my hobby and planning continuing along with my plans to live a more mobile and nomadic life.
As I work to move beyond my past, by being less harsh and less critical of myself and more particularly so with others I will be taken up by the emotions represented by the “Youth of Cups: Youthful emotions. Daydreaming. Shyness.”
A sense of wonder, being lost in thoughts and ideas, being more flirtatious, a little bit more creative in my day-to-day activities this day. Just a bit more free in thought and behaviour today.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

VIII Justice, 5 of Wands, 7 of Wands - What a combination of cards!
Saturday, May 3rd, 2014. One of the best days of week when one works a Monday to Friday job however Fridays are also good because it’s the last day of the work week and you look forward to the weekend.
My job is going well for the most part other than making some poor decisions when it comes to ordering milk but other than that, it’s a downright very good job to have and for now I think I need to keep it. Yes, I’m not doing what I’d like to be doing but I’m working on that. I also know that I need to do a better job of focusing on work as well as my personal life so I need to strike a balance between trying to enjoy my hobby(ies) as well as continuing to strengthen my relationship and work ethic and efforts.
First and foremost I know that I am spiritualist and this is truly my deepest passion. Working with Tarot, being a Tarot Professional is the career I most desire to have. Ventriloquism is a hobby as I do not see myself as an entertainer in that regard, not in the least bit. Making cards has been fun and a great experience but to be honest it’s not where my heart is. Model railroading has been a longing I have since as far back as I can remember, from my very first train set, maybe when I was seven years old. So this is what I’m working on when I can.
However, my spirituality must be at the top of my priority list when it comes to the personal time I have. For instance, today as I wait as my partner gets a haircut/style I will work with Spirit and Tarot and take note of the experience. Travel also seems to be linked to my spiritual endeavors, I just can’t deny this desire to travel and not simply travel for the sake of traveling but traveling with and for Spirit.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is “VIII Justice: Even today, gays can be the victims of “justice”. An unfair judgment. Being too judgemental or righteous. Feeling restricted by others’ expectations.”
I accept responsibility for my life, my actions, and my decisions however the past is the past and must be left and remain behind me. It is what it is and it’s time for me to move on and really live my life. I’ve made mistakes and I accept that but they are done and over with and no longer need haunt me as I allow them to do. This is time for change, not simply words and platitudes but time for real hard changes to take place.
It’s likely to be a bit of a rough ride but I’ve got to move my focus and my mind forward and look at the present and into the future with a realistic attitude and mindset. The present and the future are all that I can change and so this is where my focus now shifts to.
ATTEND TO THIS: the “5 of Wands: The Hockey Game. The project meets resistance. Testing one’s ideas against others. An enjoyable struggle. Competition in the marketplace.”
I’ve been battling myself and beating myself up for a long time regarding my past mistakes and poor decisions in addition to trying too hard to please my new employer while at the same time being fearful of making mistakes. Instead of believing in myself, my skills and talents I allowed myself to be driven by the fear of not knowing and failing in my efforts at this new job. I was working from a negative instead of a positive viewpoint. I am talented and skillful and this should be and is now my new focus. Focusing on my strengths and abilities instead of my past mistakes and operating on the basis of fear.
EMOTIONS/FEELINGS THAT MIGHT ARISE: the “7 of Wands: Fighting the wind. A Quixotic struggle. Winning against the odds. Confrontation.”
Instead of being in harmony and working co-operatively with the divine forces at my side I’ve been battling them instead with doubt, fear, and lack of direction and focus. I’ve been on the losing side of the equation because of my actions or lack thereof. Last night was a rough night for me as focused on my mistake instead of focusing on my improvements and accomplishments at the workplace. I am definitely more focused but can do better. I need to relax more and not fear the clock or crunch time of making the orders—easy enough to do as it really is not a difficult process. I’ again operated here on the basis of fear instead of my ability to do the job right. Operating from a negative viewpoint only brings negativity, this should be no surprise. So what’s done is done and today is the only Saturday, May 3rd, 2014 that I will have so today is my focus with a quick glance at what tomorrow may bring now that I’m co-operating more and working in harmony with the positive energy that is on my side waiting to help me achieve success.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The Guide of Cups, Altrusim, and Cards of the Year
Saturday, March 22, 2014. Happy Birthday to Me!
Yesterday turned out to be a great day. It started out well and got even better as the seconds, minutes, and hours of the day ticked on by. A second job interview became a job offer that I accepted. I start my new job bright and early on Monday—7:45am. Thank you Spirit. The sun shined all day, we got out together for a coffee and a quick walk; I made an Angel Food and Strawberry Tunnel, cake; I spoke with my brother-we’re meeting for breakfast later this morning; and we had friends over for tea and cake.
And then in about twenty minute’s time I’ll be off to the gym…
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “Guide of Cups: Messages from your heart. Altruism.”
Thoughts have been more loving, caring, and compassionate. More understanding and reflective too! I’m extending my understanding of this world and my place in it by experiencing it with Spirit. I’m trying my best to reach out with Spirit so I can have a deeper understanding of the world and the people in it. I’m trying my best to experience the world with my spiritual body more than my physical one, trying my best to be more divinely aware.
I also looked at my Card of the Year and strictly numerically speaking it is “V The Priest: The best way to help others is to help them make their own decisions. Wisdom. Advice. A ceremony or ritual.” However, if I try to make it more personal the Card of the Year that appears is “VIII Justice: Even today, gays can be the victims of “justice”. An unfair judgment. Being too judgmental or righteous. Feeling restricted by others’ expectations.”
Either way I see the year ahead as one best being experienced with a loving and compassionate heart, where the truth must prevail, and where I must let the past be the past and turn over a new leaf and be all that I can be in and for the year ahead.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

VIII Justice and Rising Above Anger and Condemnation
Monday, March 3rd, 2014. I think that last night felt like the longest night I’ve ever experienced. I thought that I first awoke between three and four in the morning however when I opened my eyes again it was only a few minutes past four. Then after sleeping for what felt like many hours and the time the alarm should be going off it was only five. Then I fell back to sleep and awoke mere minutes before the alarm thinking that it was about time. I guess in a sense I was worried that I would not hear or that the alarm was not going to ring and that I’d sleep in. I think I missed something last night thought that Spirit wanted to me to see and or experience. I was definitely awaking for a reason.
But I did during these moments of awakening I work and commune with both Spirit and Tarot. I really need to devote more time to this as well. I’m feeling quite encouraged to make a career out of all things Spirit. I’m not sure about how I’ll work out the finances for this type of work however it feels right to be reaching out in this direction at this time. My day at work kind of confirmed this for me too! I kept a level head and did not lash out when I was being belittled in front of others. I kept my cool and defended myself by discussing the work and effort I’m making in growing the business—all thanks to the strength of Spirit in my life.
Thank You Spirit.
Upon awaking I quickly got on with the day and took a few moments out to again reflect on Spirit and work with Tarot. Today’s visiting Tarot Card is “VIII Justice: Even today, gays can be the victims of “justice”. An unfair judgment. Being too judgmental or righteous. Feeling restricted by others’ expectations.”
This card sure helped me today as I showed patience and level headedness whereas in the past my more immediate reaction would have been to lash out. But even though I was being poked at in a meeting I kept my temper and anger under control. I felt sorry in a sense for the person that was not treating me well in that meeting as I’ve come to, with the help of Spirit, and understanding that this person likely feels weak, inferior and inadequate and the only way they know to overcome these feelings is to be rude, obnoxious and put people down. I do not like this person but nor do I dislike this person. They are who they are and could use a good therapist to overcome their demons but such a decision is theirs to make.
For myself, I refuse to be or to play the victim. I am Spirit. I am Tarot. I am Nature. I am the Goddess and God. For these are in all of us and are the highest ideals of ourselves that must always be the heroes we are chasing after in our lives. Matthew McConaughey said something similar to this during his acceptance speech upon receiving the Best Actor Award at the 86th Academy Awards as he felt that these three things made him the person he is today-- He needs someone to look up to, something to look forward to and someone to chase.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.
