The '9 of Cups' and Everything is Indeed Going Well

Wednesday, September 7, 2016.  I forgot to mention yesterday that the stange thing about missing the alarm yesterday was the fact that the alarm on the phone is set for the work week, Monday to Friday and I do not remember turning it off for Monday.  So I was surprised that it didn't go off this morning as usual.  When I looked at my phone the alarm was indeed turned off and not only turned off but that the alarms for Monday to Thursday were also off.  And yet the alarm went off all of last week.  I find this very bizarre.
The alarm sounded loudly and brightly this morning at the regular time of 6:00am and this after a night of tossing and turning for about an hour.  Thankfully thoughts of model railroading and Tarot readings and chatting with and teaching people helped me fall back to sleep.

What does the “9 of Cups"  say to you today?

For me I'm a bit perplexed except when I think of modifying my iron-footed desire to live life on the road permanently to only doing so part-time and then living here the rest of the time.  I also dreamt of working from home, here in the condo, and being more involved with paying my fair share of the household expenses as well as making more detailed dinners and taking care of the house more.  Giving up my hard-lined approach to my immediate future to what I feel is a more fair and equitable approach.  For one my relationship is too important to me and I want to be able to come back home every once in awhile and rest from living life on the road.

So then, the energy of the “9 of Cups" is fitting for this day because with these thoughts and ideas floating in my mind "Everything is going well.”  Not a change of goals as I'm still here as your local Spiritual Guidance Counsellor on this road of life and the revealer of "What's Your Tarot?" However, I'm not abandoning my life or my relationship...Spirit at work here.

'9 of Cups' and a Change of Scenery

Thursday, February 18, 2016.  What a honour and privilege it is to sleep at night.  I'm loving my dreams and sometimes I feel like I'm sleeping for days with all of the lengthy dreams I have at night.  I wonder if it has anything to do with the Amethyst Crystal under my pillow?

Spirit Is and today's Gay Tarot Energy is the “9 of Cups: Serendipity.  Satisfaction.  Everything is going well.”

I loved seeing this card this morning however my work day made it seem nothing like "Serendipity.  Satisfaction" or that "Everything is going well.”  As the job day ended my head was spinning, I didn't know whether I was coming or going and hardly knew my own name or who I am.  What a crazy whirlwind of a day!

Now that I am home however and have had time to sit chill and debrief with my partner the day is a definitely a “9 of Cups" day full of "Serendipity" and "Satisfaction" where "Everything is going well.”

A simple change of scenery and being at home in a loving environment strips away and dissolves the stress and anxiety of a dizzying work day!

And gets me back in touch with who I am, Wizard Oron and knowing that this job is only temporary and that soon enough I'll be engaged in doing everything that I love to do and being happy doing it!

The 'Nine of Vessels, Generosity' and Allowing Our Natural Selves Rule the Day

Monday, November 23rd, 2015.  A seemingly sleepless night is what I had overnight.  I awoke many times throughout the night feeling more awake than asleep on more than one occasion.  Perhaps, it was the bag of gems and crystals under my pillow or the thoughts of being true to being "Wizard Oron" and then thoughts turning to work and then finances.  Thankfully, my thoughts returned to my career as "Wizard Oron" and I quickly fell asleep until the alarm.  This was sometime after 3:00am.

Spirit Is and today's Tarot Energy is "Nine of Vessels, Generosity: Nature's open-hearted, spiritual cauldron has a welcome for those who approach the waters of knowledge with compassion.  They are blessed by regeneration.  It can be easy to forget, when  we reach the pinnacle of our prowess, power and security, that life is cyclical and what we enjoy during the times of plenty are the products of previous toil and effort.  Just like the wise farmer, we must manage good fortune by planting seeds for the future and by helping those facing hard times.  This generosity will always come back to you a thousandfold if it is gifted with selfless goodwill and a common humanity.  To recognize and acknowledge that you are merely a conduit for this abundant enriching blessing, and to let it flow through you and into others' lives, allows your good fortune to circulate and your positive momentum to carry others with you.  By freely giving of your time, support and energy, the blessing of the divine surrounds you.  In this cynical and material world, such things may seem to have little value, but those who have experienced the process in their own lives understand that, in the words of Theodore Rubin: 'Kindness is more important than wisdom, and recognition of this is the beginning of wisdom'."

Let's instead let our natural selves rule the day so that we truly give be it time, support, energy, or even money.  Give, give without pretense or need for recognition or some form of payback.  Just give!

9 of Cups and the Youth of Cups - Pay It Forward

Wednesday, April 22nd, 2015.  We had a quiet and enjoyable evening last night.  I'm doing my best to relax as much as I can during the evenings since my days this week are so busy, close to being overwhelming but not quite.  I'm working two jobs and managing two desks while a co-worker is on vacation and let me tell you--it isn't easy!  But I'm managing.  The difficulty is in having responsibilities that take me out of the office as then when I return to the office I have to catch up on the hours of office work I didn't complete while completing other important tasks.

I really appreciate the work though and I am receiving "karma" here since I had a really slack job for four years and sat most of days doing a whole lot of nothing and getting paid for it.  So it's good for me to be working as hard as I am today in order to make amends, so-to-speak.

I awoke early today.  I'm not sure at what time as I stayed in bed, hoping I'd fall back to sleep but it never happened.  When I decided to finally look at the time it was 5:45am and I guessed that I likely awoke around 4:00am.  But I'm not feeling tired so far...likely I'm still coasting along on all the adrenaline that carried me through the work day.

Since life is humming along pretty smoothly for me these days, all thanks to the power of Spirit I'm going to make a few changes to my website, www.wizardoron.ca.  I'm going to be more loving, giving, and compassionate in my offerings in the sense of allowing those who wish to use my services to pay by donation.  I'll leave the prices on the website but then create a "DONATE" button through PayPal thus allowing people to pay what they deem they can afford.  I want to inspire people and do not wish to hinder this through requiring a payment if a person cannot afford to do so.  They deserve to be inspired and assisted regardless.

Today is about giving freely in whatever loving form we can without a catch.  I am here through the blessing of Spirit and have had a blessed life and wish to give back and pay it forward, if you will.

The 3 of Coins and a Bit of the 9 of Cups

Wednesday, March 4th, 2015.  A day on the job that had many a hiccup to it yet seemingly ended quite well.  Tomorrow will tell the whole story about today's work day so that's it for work talk.

Last night was a quiet evening and enjoyable one as I had a great conversation with my sister as well as my nephew then I relaxed flipping through my model railroad magazines and doing a bit of online research about a few model train supplies.

Tuesday, February 10th, 2015.  We had a great weekend and it really felt like the long weekend it was.  Three days off and three days of enjoying our lives and the things we are passionate about--hobbies, movies, and food.

Tuesday, October 28th, 2014.  Another quiet evening at home last night and another decent night’s sleep.  I did piddle around my model railroad layout for a bit and just moving a few things around here and there gave it the “raw” look I was looking for that made look more like a layout that can become the model railroad empire I desire to build.

The 9 of Cups and Being Responsible For and Welocming Wishes Coming True

Thursday, March 13th, 2014.  Good Day to Everyone.

Yesterday was an odd sort of day that started with my usual routine then came a phone call and from my former co-worker and what a conversation we had.  She did most of the talking and I’m glad I could offer my ear and be a sounding board for her.  She thanked me for my actions as it has brought to light feelings and attitudes that have been hidden and simmering under the surface for many years.  She was to have a meeting at work at some point in the day however I have not heard anything more from her.

Beyond that I did some research into the labour laws of the province and although they exist they are quite weak in many areas.  My situation can only be dealt with through the anti-bullying workplace laws that exist in the province and that’s it.  I’ll likely get the ball rolling on this today.  It won’t get my job back but will put the company on notice that rules exist and employees have rights that are currently being violated.

Then I did a bit of shopping and tried to work through the feelings swirling about me regarding my job situation and what my former co-worker is now going through.  I did quite a good job of clearing my mind by reading about Tarot.  

I picked up a new book a couple of days ago (Reflections Books) and what a find it is.  I’m learning a lot.  It’s called “The Tarot Bible” by Sarah Bartlett.  I picked the book up in the store, put it down, walked around the store, looked at the book, walked around the store picked it up, flipped through the pages, and put it down again before picking it up the last time and making a purchase.  I also grabbed a package of “Meditation” incense made by Floré.  This incense burns for about hour and does a great job in clearing the mind and strengthening communications with the transcendent.

I accept the wishes I made, the ones I am most passionate about.  Living and working on/from the road in my trusty little RV as I work on crafts, perform ventriloquism, and work with Spirit through Tarot Card Consultations, Readings and Interpretations mixed in with Mystical Research and blogging about my experiences through or on my many blogs.  Writing has also long been a wish of mine however it’d be nice to write and get paid for it.

And yes all things considered, things are going well and I have a degree of satisfaction with where I’m at and welcome a serendipitous day.

This is a day where we should thank and be thankful for what we have in life as well as be tempered in our celebrations of wishes coming true and good fortune coming our way.  Do not be too smug or create envy in others.  Be gracious and kind and more importantly be humble.

The 9 of Cups and Serendipity

I had a decent day yesterday and accomplished quite a bit of finishing work on the many stamped images I created over the past couple of weeks.  I had few distractions yesterday as well so I didn’t get as much done as I had hoped but thoroughly enjoyed the work I did accomplish.

I do a feel a little of serendipity however at the same time I’m wondering about my employment prospects.  I’ve sent out many applications over the past couple of weeks and have not heard anything back from one single prospective employer.  I may have to seek professional help.
Oh, and while shuffling the deck this morning, “III The Protector” fell away from the deck a couple of times so I’m taking some guidance from this card today as well—nurturing a positive environment that will also help me to nurture myself.

But overall, I do feel good, calm, relaxed, and quite worry and anxiety free all things considered.  Maybe with the “9 of Cups” also being a “wish fulfilled” card I will realize my dream of RVing and working on the road.

The 9 of Cups and Cardmaking Heaven

I had a great run of stamping and cutting images for a large number of handcrafted Christmas Cards last night.  From about 8 until 10pm I was having a wonderfully delightful time working on my crafts.  I was filled with great spiritual energy.

Earlier in the day I messed about with my cards and completed one but my mind was muddled and filled with confusion.  I was in an aimless mood for most of the day but an after dinner shower cleansed me and washed away all of that confusion and left with an urge to make cards so that is what I did for the evening even going so far as to write down that making cards is my new career path-I love it!

The 9 of Cups and Feeling Good

I and I guess we had a quiet day at home yesterday.  The weather was not a factor but what a gray day and it seemed to get dark so early last night.  The sun is setting before 9:00pm these days, I guess.  I did venture out to our other storage locker to pick up a small box of hobby stuff that I wanted to go through.  I’m glad I did.  Gives me a bit of boost and really drove home present moment awareness for some reason-living in the moment and enjoying it for what it is-don’t waste a single second wishing for the future, instead create it in this very moment you have.

I’m pleased with how my life is unfolding for the moment.  My anxiety and stress levels are quite manageable and actually I dare say pretty much non-existent.  I’m not stressing over things as much as I used to and in fact would say that I’m more accepting of each and every moment as it unfolds.  Yes there are times I get a bit flustered or feel a rise of anger in me but I quickly corral these feelings and instead rise to Spirit.

I have transcended that old mode of thinking in terms of good and bad luck and not allowing myself to enjoy the blessings in life or engage in too much wishful thinking for fear of bad luck coming in to snatch them away.
I’m aware of the seeds that I sowed in the past and through meditation and a strong presence of Spirit, the bad seeds have been uprooted and discarded only leaving behind the seeds, sprouts, plants, and blossoms of a peaceful, love filled life lived without fear where I am the author of my own life and create a life of Spiritual wholesomeness and goodness where Spirit reigns and is alive and well.

9 of Cups and Be Gernerous With Your Smiles

I’ve received more working hours with Elections BC so I’ll be working a full five days a week until Election Day.  I thoroughly enjoy what I am doing in the district electoral office and the people I meet on a daily basis.  Everyone is so happy that they can vote in the election even though they’ll be out of town and country.  Thank you Spirit.

We had a lousy dinner and another quiet evening at home although I did work in the kitchen for a time making two batches of some very simple peanut butter cookies to bring with to work today.  I love baking and want to do more however work and earning a living as they say must come first but alternative ideas to holding down an actual job are percolating in my mind.  All of which can be done while living and traveling in the RV.  Some of my dreams involve my RV such as the acknowledgement that yes, she may be old but we can simply fix her and make her as good as new.  I then awoke feeling pretty darned good, a bit tired perhaps but feeling happy.  My tiredness will disappear once I get back into the gym and start working out again.  My cold has pretty much disappeared.  Thank You Spirit.

9 of Cups and Simply Being

I had a relaxing day at home for the most part as we did go out briefly to pick up a few things to complete a couple of home chores that has been our “To Do List” for some time: cleaning and sealing the grout in the tub/shower.  After that we sat at home, reading, relaxing, watching a bit of television, well I did that mostly: took in a couple of baseball games.  But the best part of my day was spent reading Adelina St. Clair’s book, The Path of a Christian Witch.

Adelina has taken a path that I think most Christians and Witches/Wiccans would frown upon and that is of blending the two spiritual paths into one, a path that fit with her identity and needs as a person in need of and on a spiritual quest.  For her neither of these paths was a complete whole; the only completeness she found was to put the two together and let them intermingle in her spiritual consciousness and it was there she found spiritual fulfillment.

A Two Tarot Card Day

Had a decent night’s sleep, did awake for a pee but fell right back to sleep again and awoke at about 6am.  Did my usual morning routine before sitting down with Tarot.

Spirit is and today is a two Tarot Card day.  Today’s two visiting Tarot Cards are the “Youth of Swords: Curiosity.  Research.  Computers, e-mail.  Immature communication.  Spying (or "hacking") and the 9 of Cups: Serendipity.  Satisfaction.  Everything is going well.”  These two cards almost seem to be in conflict however at the same time they work well together for me today.  As I am curious by nature and for the most part things are going quite well, could be better but patience as things are in a state of change right now.

Another Repeat Card

Had a so-so night's sleep and awoke too early with the alarm going off at 6:30am, an early shift for my partner.

Today's visiting Tarot card is the 9 of Cups again, not often that I am visited by the same card two days in a row but I always welcome whichever card decides to visit me.  I was surprised though by this card but also feel that the underlying current or energy in life is very much that which the 9 of Cups represents.

Serendipity and Quite Relaxed

Although, I am now among the ranks of the unemployed I am finding that I'm not as worried as I thought I would be at the prospect of not having a decent paying job.  I'm quite relaxed and in good spirits.  I feel good after my first day of being unemployed as I cleaned up a bit and have my craft table better organized and shape enough for me to get crafting.  But that will not happen for a day or two as I have other projects on my plate that need my attention first.

Today's visiting Tarot card is the 9 of Cups, a fitting card for the day I've awoken to as well as the mood I'm in.  Thank you Spirit.

9 of Cups

I awoke slightly before the alarm even though we got into bed well past midnight.  I was still half asleep as I dragged myself out of bed, taking the alarm with me.  At least one of us could sleep in today.

I was tired but managed to work with Tarot and surprisingly after more than a week I'm sure, today's visiting Tarot card did not flip or fall away from the deck as I shuffled and cut it three times.  Today I'm visited by the 9 of Cups.  I do have a sense of satisfaction but not resting on my laurels or taking much time to enjoy my accomplishments.  I got a few things completed over the past four days but there is so much more to do.

Last night I was watching television as I was shuffling the cards and as much as I was paying attention to what was on TV I was also giving thanks to the world around me, the four elements and all of the spiritual energy that is us.  I then muted the TV and proceeded to focus on Tarot.  Good thoughts, joy, peace, love, and happiness filled my mind, body, and spirit.

The card that appeared was as you can see from the list above is the 9 of Cups.  Each of the cards listed above are quite relevant for the day they appeared as well as all the time since as are all of the card I have selected over the past ten years that I have been working on and off with Tarot.  Ten years have gone by since I purchased my first deck of tarot cards maybe a little longer.  I really cannot believe that much time has passed us by.

But time is unimportant in the bigger scheme of things and life is such a wonder that I try to live each day to the fullest and to the best of my abilities.

Cards Falling From the Deck

I'm taking the cards falling from the deck as a good form of energy and communication.  On the evening of Wednesday, February 12th as I was shuffling my deck of card the Ace of Wands fell away from the deck - creative inspiration.  The randomly selected card is XVII The Star - spirit is real.

Now that I have a better understanding of my cards I will only use the card that falls from the deck as my card of the day, should that happen rather than going ahead with my random selection process.  It is all good!

On the 13th my card is the Ace of Cups - a gift of love

Today, the 14th my card is the 9 of Cups - serendipity
