Awaking earlier than the alarm these days even on the weekends and on the weekends I don't mind at all but on the weekdays I just want to sleep through the entire day. Having said that though I know full well that I need to be actively engaged during the day reaching out to Spirit, reaching out to others, increasing my skills and knowledge and stepping further into my Wizard Oron shoes.
Spirit Is and today's Tarot Energy is the “7 of Coins: Chores. Resting after a job well done. Contemplating life's cycles and changes. Planning your next move. Clearing out what's unnecessary in your life to make way for something new.”

For me the “7 of Coins" is all about planning my next move. More like re-planning my next move as I feel like I've been planning my next move for the past thirty years? I need to stop spinning my wheels and if I'm continuously spinning them I should drop them to the ground so I can start moving.
Ha! There's my next move, putting my wheels to the ground and getting a move on. Got things I need to do. A whole lot of paying it forward to do is more like it. I've got to repay all of the chances I've been given, wasted or fulfilled, either way, I need to give back for receiving this precious gift of life I've been given.

Spirit Is and today's Pagan Tarot Energy is "VIII Strength: The kind of strength this card speaks of is less about toughness, less about force or power, and more about patience, endurance, surviving adversity, and finding inner peace. We must learn to trust the process, we must now begin to thrive, not merely survive."
Never forget that "we must now begin to thrive, not merely survive." We have it in us, the strength of spirit, the strength of love and of life that provides us with the patience and endurance needed to propel us forward to a place where thriving is simply the way it is.
I think for me, there is a bigger lesson to learned here. When you look and immerse yourself into this card and the energy it represents you cannot help but understand, feel and know what it's all about. We are deeply interconnected with nature and need to do more to become more in tune with all that nature is and represents. We are not separate from this world, we are an integral part of it. Nor are we more superior or more intelligent than anything on this planet until we prove otherwise and I dare say and this is merely my own opinion based on what I see, that up until now we have not fully lived up to the level of intelligence that we purport to have.

Sleep was full, complete, and satisfying. The new welcomed me with a long warm embrace as I awoke feeling well rested and full of life. I feel like I've taken a dozen steps forward and am fully immersed in fulfilling my role as Wizard Oron. I'm living in the moment and the future is now. I'm leaving the past behind me this includes the job that no longer fits my needs.
Spirit Is and today's Pagan Tarot Energy is "XX Judgement - Another misunderstood card. Judgment is similar to the Justice card in that it refers to a Karmic sense of judgment and not a legal sense. We have struggled long enough in this world, and a change begins to see us finally starting to see some results for our efforts. Karma is now on your side, your karmic debt has been paid. Time to give back and pay it forward. The weekend has arrived giving me another couple of days to pull myself and my spiritual career together and take another few steps away from the job that no longer fits my needs.
Spirit Is and today's Pagan Tarot Energy is the "Nine of Swords: Our Witch is having one of those mercilessly sleepless nights. Every worry and concern presses down on her. The weight of the world prevents her from relaxing in any way. Nor is she being productive...all the crying in the world won't solve any of her problems. It's likely that you may find yourself having a sleepless night or two. Be aware that this kind of unproductive worry doesn't solve anything. You are fully capable of handling these things that are bothering you. As soon as you do, you'll enjoy restful sleep again."
If stress, worry and maybe a hint of fear are keeping you awake at night the most important thing you should focus on is that "You are fully capable of handling these things that are bothering you."
I know that this is more than true and that weights are truly lifted off of your shoulders and he world looks and becomes a much brighter place and then when you fall asleep, "you'll enjoy restful sleep again."
The best way to handle this is to take control of your life and accept the responsibilities you have. One big way to do this is to find something that grabs your passion, something you strive for rather than wasting energy on running away from something...it works, I tell you, it really works.
During my lunch break a visitor dropped by unannounced but more than welcome and she stayed with me as I drove from Langley to Abbotsford once I finished lunch. I'm not sure what type of spider she is but general speaking seeing a spider is about "weaving fate". Letting me know that I shouldn't "take the roundabout way -- be straight." Sleep has been relatively good these days and last night in a dream or merely a somewhat semi-conscious thought I had a vision of where I would during my lunch break and where I would park today and lo and behold I hit the usual mall and had to park in the exact and unusual spot I saw in my dream. Oh and I've also been reminded once again to trust my intuition. This happened yesterday.

Yes, it's true, it's okay to be dissatisfied but we cannot dwell on that dissatisfaction for then that's where our energy goes and we simply become more and more dissatisfied and fall deeper and deeper into a hole that will swallow us if we're not careful. Take me for example, my focus has dramatically shifted over the past couple of days and the amount of positive, loving and uplifting energy around me has significantly increased and does it ever feel good. With all of the Tarot Decks I have along with the many stones and crystals I also have, I've received and built up a great deal of energy and strength to carry me forward especially since my ego has been properly controlled and dare I say subdued. I'm focused on what brings me satisfaction and on how and what I can do to get to this point.

I didn't get to spend as much time with Tarot this morning as I would have liked to but I knew that the Pagan Tarot was the deck to use and have faith in today's Tarot Energy, the "Three of Wands: Working on her computer, our Witch is surrounded by an interesting assortment of items on her desk. A newspaper is opened to the classified ads, with one circled. A dollar bill is ready to be put in an envelope. Three wands form a triangle - one is elaborate with gemstones, one is plain with a simple spiral wire around it, and the third is her pencil. Green stones and crystals are arranged on top of the envelope. She is sending money away to get money back, a form of sympathetic magic where acting on a small scale attracts the same thing back to the practitioner but in a larger form. Hhhmmm...I awoke several times throughout the night and my dreams were a bit odd. A large uprooted tree with a large flat circular root mass reaching toward the sky but the tree itself nowhere to found, a royal bank in a large building of buildings, perhaps looking for a former employer who I worked for at a theatre or was it that character from Wreck Beach whose voice could be heard many a time during our visits this past summer and a decrepit building that looked as if it was built hundreds of years ago yet is still standing looking much like it did when it was first built.

I found myself falling asleep around 6:00pm and was struggling to stay awake until I decided to crawl into bed around 10:15pm or so. I did have a small window of being more awake but it soon disappeared so I stuck to simply watching some model train videos posted on YouTube. I learned a few things. My night of sleep was uneventful as far I can tell. Although I must say that as the evening progressed I had the notion that I had to be somewhere else and this carried on into this morning. I still do not enjoy my job all that much but I was feeling pretty darned good walking into the office. I don't plan to be there much longer as I deserve better and should expect better both of the company I work for as well as from myself.

Using our brain power to find new ideas and opportunities online through the use of our computers, tablets, smartphones and all forms of social media will get us to where we want to and likely need to go. We should do so through our spirit, our moral compass, our strength of character and strength of mind. If we pursue this through a spiritual mindset we'll avoid the possibility of immature communication or the spying also warned about with the visit of this "Youth of Swords".

Another relaxing day even though we were out and about for someone's haircut, a walk around Steveston, an afternoon coffee and pastry and our weekly grocery run.
Spirit Is and today's Pagan Tarot Energy is the "Four of Pentacles: Our Witch is shopping - a very pentacles-oriented task. She's using the money she earned to buy food. She doesn't look very happy and she has an awful lot in her cart. It seems as though something else rather than realistic need is driving her behaviour. Fours represent stability. But stability can become extreme. In her case, fear of running out of food is causing her to buy too much. If he goes much further, she could start hoarding and become selfish and greedy. Everything needs balance. Buy enough food but have faith that you can get more... you don't have to hold on so tightly."
Think about balance and better yet having faith is the message of the day. Faith holds everything together and brings much needed balance into our lives. Especially faith based on experience, something I'm reminded of today after weeks of stress and anxiety and patience wearing thin, today my faith is renewed because I've experienced the love and support of the universe many times over the years and this moment in the here and now is and will be no different than those experiences of the past.

A nice relaxing Friday evening gave way to a goodnight's sleep that was informative and creative. Dreams had me wearing my ritual robe outside of the house, had me spending time in a home near the water in a place that seemed tropical yet more local, maybe something like the Coal Harbour area of Vancouver near Lost Lagoon in Stanley Park but not quite. I was sleeping, awaking, packing clothes enjoying the scenery outside, talking with people who seemed like people I don't know but knew in my dreams, sitting on a sofa talking with a couple of guys solving problems and answering questions...then I was dropping off personal possessions or perhaps movie props for someone in a change room of sorts, a former neighbour in our condo building...curious dreams for sure.
I awoke with a slight headache that disappeared as soon as I got into my ritual and somewhat meditative routine and had some of crystals and stones in the pocket of my ritual robe. This is where my dreams came to life in my mind and creative ideas poured out of my subconscious, some of which I hope to implement.
Spirit Is and today's Tarot Energy is the "Initiate of Swords: The suit of Swords and its corresponding element, Air, is masculine and intellectually oriented, so a mature man with blond hair represents this Initiate. He wears a long yellow robe, a yellow stole, and two necklaces. This Initiate can be a person who uses his mind to create order. He takes his experiences and forms useful philosophies and practices, to help himself and others feel at ease in the world. He can, though, rely too much on his self-made order and at times be inflexible."
And today is SATURDAY (SATURN): longevity, exorcism, endings, homes, and houses; the Moon moves into LEO which draws emphasis to the self, central ideas, or institutions, away from connections with others and other emotional needs and people tend to be melodramatic.
My dreams reflected the sentence "He takes his experiences and forms useful philosophies and practices, to help himself and others feel at ease in the world" as throughout the night and throughout my dreams, I was always thinking about my impact on others through my words and actions and how I needed to lead by example and do my best to bring more love and peace into the lives of the people in my dreams that has carried forth to the here and now! And to avoid being inflexible I always harken back to the examples of others such as Ghandi, Mother Teresa, Jesus or by remembering poignant phrases from books and magazines or through always keeping in mind that light, love, peace, compassion, and empathy are our natural state of being.

Spirit Is and today's Tarot Energy is “XVIII The Moon: Sexuality pulls us into a different, non-rational world which is sometimes frightening, always creative. A sense of mystery. Creative ideas which gestate in the subconscious. Sexuality or sex.”
A frightening non-rational world comes mostly from us and our thoughts and unnecessary fears so I focus on the creative and harnessing the power that is rightfully mine. Tapping into those creative ideas hidden in our subconscious are a goldmine of opportunity here in the conscious world so we need to do our best to delve into our own subconscious worlds and bring out the great ideas that are there.
Was heading to a local mall or so I thought during my lunch break but instead I found myself driving to Reflections Books. Apparently I needed to go to Reflections so that's where I let Spirit take me. Glad I did as a piece of Iolite and a Shamanic Dream Stone both found me as did a large polished piece of Selenite which now rests on the tall dresser beside the bed. The Selenite will help us sleep and both the Iolite and the Shamanic Dream Stone will take us deeper into our dreams and subconscious worlds. And then we'll tap into those creative ideas alluded to by “XVIII The Moon".

Had an odd night of sleep or of not sleeping, not really sure which however I felt like I was asleep but seemed to be awake and aware that I was in bed trying to sleep. Then when I awoke I fumbled through the morning...I seemed to stumble to make the coffee, work with Tarot and even eat my breakfast. But I made it through my early morning start and made my way to the job.
Spirit Is and today's Tarot Energy is “XII The Hanged Man: Living in the moment. Being fully absorbed in the present. Nonattachment to goals. Seeing things from a new angle."
I'm too emotionally attached and too rigid in wanting the achievement of my goals now that I'm blocking all of the positive energy that is out there waiting to help me do just that--achieve my goals. I need detachment. I need to plant the seeds in the ground and leave them be so they can sprout, grow and blossom instead of digging them up every five minutes to see if anything has happened. I need to quit disturbing the great loving and positive energy that is all around me wanting me to succeed.
And as much as I'm bothered by my job I need to present at it for all the hours I'm paid for and focus on it rather than bemoaning where I am. I need to be present and focused and perform the duties I'm paid to do. Besides, I can always find another job since I'm disenfranchised by the one I currently have. Seeing things at a new angle has given me a new fresh perspective and I'm feeling a whole lot better because of this. I have the strength, power, energy, courage and people behind me for me to succeed so I better get on with it.
And in seeing things from a new angle I also need to take a look at myself from a new angle so I can more fully understand myself, who I am and who I desire to be. I've got some homework to do so I take my leave for the day and bid you grace and peace.

Had odd dreams that I had strong feelings about not exactly sure what they were about though, not job related but equipment and technically related. And something to do with Spirituality and Tarot. All throughout the night I had an inkling that I was involved in some sort of spiritual works. I awoke several times almost disappointed that I was being taken away from important work and if I remember correctly I returned to the same scene all throughout my sleep, or was I even sleeping?

The “5 of Coins", where people should be willing to help people. Adversity can take many forms however this is the “5 of Coins" so the adversity hinted at is financial or health or perhaps, even both, for sure, it has to do with something in the physical plane. It could even be us helping planet earth by doing more to conserve energy, limit/reduce waste and excess, reduce our consumption of fossil fuels and other pollutants harmful to not only Earth but ourselves.

Connected with a lot of great, positive, and loving energy before crawling into bed last night as I found myself in the midst of a spiritual pep talk. I connected with the energy of the moon and many of crystals and stones I have in my life such as amethyst, citrine, dumortierite, hematite, labradorite, malachite, quartz, selenite, and tiger eye for example. Although my sleep was interrupted it was still what I'd call a good night's sleep.
Spirit Is and today's Tarot Energy is the “Guide of Cups: Messages from your heart. Altruism.”
Since I work with Tarot pretty much first thing in the morning and then I'm off to the job I do not have much time to really visit and interact with the day's card and the energy it brings into my day. Today was different even though most days where I have lunch in my own car and do my best to reflect on the card during my lunch break I seldom have a great connection with the card at the time. Today, the energy of this “Guide of Cups" was with me the entire day. I was surrounded by and fully immersed in Spirit and totally wrapped up in being who I am, a spiritual being, Wizard Oron tasked with the purpose of working with others to bring about change in this world where the light, love, peace, compassion and empathy exist everywhere and in every single human being.
Listen to your heart this day and see where your heart leads you. When immersed in and truly connected with Spirit, the message(s) should be loving and spiritually based. For me I feel nourished and full of the unconditional love that the universe has to offer.

Sincerity, believing unequivocally in yourself and having the strength, perseverance and courage to hang tough when things don't happen right away or go our way played strong in my mind throughout the night and the day. Also, as the day progressed I was reminded of the fact that I need to focus my energies on my business of being Wizard Oron so I can get on with assisting others discover and/or get more intimate with the amazing and awe inspiring world of Spirit. Then as I sit here and contemplate today's Tarot Energy and browse through the many tweets that come my way I'm reminded too, that we must first love ourselves before we can expect to change our lives or find ways to help and love others.
Spirit Is and today's Tarot Energy is the “8 of Coins: The Factory. Skill and mastery. Tedious, repetitive labour. Slow and methodical progress."
Clocks are the major imagery on this card...time, the passage of time figures prominently. Although, we can master existing or gain new skills the process will likely be a slow and time consuming one. We should be prepared to invest some heavy duty time in doing something that will challenge us this day. However, we should do so with the mindset that it can only improve who we are and make us a better human as a result.

Spirit Is and today's Tarot Energy is the "Elemental of Pentacles - Gnome: In the Pagan Tarot the Elementals are recognized as the purest form of energy. The elemental for Earth is the Gnome. Gnomes are found throughout the world. They are dwarf faeries who appear to be quite old because they mature very young though they live about a thousand years. They have a tendency to look like small bark-like tree men, about a foot tall, with acorn hats and clothing in natural hues of red, brown and green. They are active all year round. They live deep in ancient forests under old oak trees and make their dwellings in their intricate root systems. Their main job is the protection and healing of wildlife, though they occasionally help humans along their spiritual quest. The Gnome represents someone with a natural, deep, strong connection to the earth and animals. This Elemental can indicate a message, often pertaining to finances, resources, health, or a project that's been completed."
I'm drawn to the phrases "live deep in ancient forests", "the protection and healing of wildlife" and "help humans along their spiritual quest." These phrases represent a way, a path for how we can rebuild, strength and follow our true purposes in life. We need to immerse ourselves in nature to relearn our deep and integrated connection with nature so that we understand more fully that what we are doing to nature, we are doing to ourselves. We need to see nature as an extension of ourselves. Every time a species goes extinct we have also killed off a part of ourselves.
So let's take a walk in the park, go for a hike, or spend time in our gardens with this newfound knowledge and give nature a fresh look from our spiritual eyes, we just might like what we see and want to do more to protect that which is more a part of ourselves than we think.
Additionally, today's visit by this Elemental, this Gnome is letting us know that we are entering a week of good news around our finances, resource, or health depending on what area is possibly lacking and for others a project is finally and successfully completed.

Saturday, October 15, 2016. Freely accept and receive the gifts offered by Spirit is what I awoke to this morning as was the need to thank Spirit for the many blessings and gifts already received. Crows and Jesus Christ also popped up in my mind as I became spiritually centred and received the gift of Tarot Wisdom for this day.
Spirit Is and today's Tarot Energy is "IX The Hermit - Hermits have typically been considered reclusive, but the hermit does not run from society out of fear; instead, the Hermit needs seclusion in order to hear the voice of the Goddess within. We must seek out a quiet place, either physically or through meditation, in order to hear the voice within."
"We must seek out a quiet place, either physically or through meditation, in order to hear the voice within" and come to understand ourselves, the world we live in, our place in the world and how best we can manage living life in this world. If we are truly connected with Spirit, light, love, peace, compassion and empathy should figure prominently in our lives. Our connection with Spirit, living a truly spiritual life, living a successful is best displayed in how we love and accept ourselves as well as how we interact with others and how much we do to lift them up and help them find their purposeful place in the world.
And the best way to help others is to teach them how they can best help themselves. We must lead them to the voice of Spirit which speaks to all of us, so we must help them relearn how to hear that voice of Spirit that is always speaking to us, which most of us simply fail to hear or listen to.

Thank you for the gifts of the crows over the past few days including today a great reminder of the activeness of Spirit in my life and a nudge to read the book I received from my partner in March "Gifts of the Crow". I think I vaguely recall a few crows filled my dreams last night.

"Changing your environment by winning others over to your viewpoint" is calling my attention and for good reason too! This is the best way to challenge ourselves to know exactly what we want, what we stand for and what we hope to accomplish. It helps us develop our plans, strategies, actions and calls to action that we hope are shining example for people to not only look to but also respond to.
So yes, I'm "Wanting to change the world" but not only for me, for us, for all of us, for all of humanity, the human spirit--who see, know, feel, understand that we can, humanity can, should, and needs to be better than we are. Let's change the world together by reaching for our highest ideals.

Thursday, October 13, 2016. The fire alarm rang out twice shortly after we were in bed, maybe about an hour or two after and then maybe twenty or thirty minutes later just as I was getting back to sleep.
Then I awoke again at about 5:40am, fell asleep again, then the alarm sounded. Had dreams, none of which I remember anymore but I remember feeling quite good throughout the night and also remember the phrase "Spiritual Awakenings" repeating throughout the night.
Spirit Is and today's Tarot Energy is “IV The Emperor: Sometimes one must be a benevolent despot. Organization. Taking charge. An authority figure. Utilizing discipline to provide a structure for creativity.”
"Utilizing discipline to provide a structure for creativity” is screaming at me for attention and is what I've been struggling with for some time. Creativity is what I need and the best way to be creative is be disciplined and focused, something I haven't been very good at as of late. Getting better at it and being more disciplined as of late but sometimes I get easily distracted...especially when I'm trying to more than one thing at a time. But I do find it enjoyable to work on a variety of things at once--never get bored this way however progress is slow...
...discipline, focus, structure let them be the mantra of this day. Create plan, an outline and follow it...it will bring great rewards, I'm sure.

A time to pay attention to our dreams and subconscious thoughts for possible answers that may very well require us to expend more energy than we expect we need to. So it is essential that we do all that we can to rest every aspect of our being from our physical bodies to our spirits to our minds, to our souls. Rest up and be well prepared for what the new day brings.
Sleep and meditation will work best. Relax with meditation, allowing yourself to find and go into your centre, your core where the innate knowledge and wisdom of the universe can be found. Let those first thoughts and impressions formulate and solidify so you can bring it with you as you slip back into the physical after spending time with all that "is".
Meditation will lead to a good night's sleep and informative dreams and subconscious thoughts--pay attention as more important messages and scenes will be revealed.

Tuesday, October 11, 2016. We did our weekly grocery shopping at a couple of different stores yesterday before returning home where we had frozen pizza for lunch. We relaxed a spell before heading out for a quick walk around the River Market and Pier Park. Then it was back home where simply enjoyed the afternoon and Thanksgiving break. I piddled about with my model railroad as well as printed a few photos of crows since they were so prevalent yesterday. And I took out and tooted my new to me used clarinet I picked up at Long and McQuade a couple of years back. I've been inspired by my partner taking up the piano as well as a friend who has rediscovered the joy of playing the French Horn he hadn't played for years but picked back up a couple of years ago.
A week or two ago I was listening to CBC 105.7 one afternoon and they played a clarinet piece that sounded wonderful hence my desire to play a clarinet once again. So today at lunch and since I was so close to Long and McQuade I decided to buy a music stand, music book and clarinet stand. I was also hoping to get a clarinet mute but all the staff who knew anything about the mute were with other customers so I didn't get what I was most after. The clarinet is louder than I expected it to be so I need something to quiet it down.
On the drive to the "job" I felt like I was flying with the crows as they appeared to line the route I take. Crows flying along with car as I drove along Columbia Street and into Sapperton where crows were perched here and there on the telephone and powers lines that followed the street or crossed it this way or that. I'm flying with the crows for sure these days spiritually and energetically and maybe even astrally and what an experience it is. Thank you, my dear crow friends.
Spirit Is and today's Tarot Energy is the “Sage of Cups: Emotional maturity. A good mediator or counsellor.”
This is a perfect card to describe how I feel these days and especially today. Last night as I slept I kept seeing myself working as Wizard Oron, Spiritual Guidance Counsellor, a facilitator assisting others to rediscover, reconnect with, reveal, uncover their own spiritual identities, their spiritual humanity and their connection with Spirit. This connection is always there however many if not most of us lose this spiritual connection as grow up and bury it under layers of our social upbringing.
This card is about balance and objectivity. Of having an open and clear mind that allows you to play the role of the neutral arbiter in situations where an objective third party may need to step in and find a solution and neutralize the situation, thus keeping the peace.

Monday, October 10, 2016. Happy Thanksgiving! This to all of my fellow Canadians here in Canada and abroad.
We had another relaxing day yesterday. We lazed around most of the morning before heading to Commercial Drive to have brunch. We soon found ourselves sitting and relaxing at Cabrito Tapas-Bebidas. The food was good, the service friendly and the ambience and atmosphere warm and inviting. Next time in the area though we'll likely check out Jamjar, that's next door, as they apparently serve up some great Lebanese folksy food.
We had coffee and dessert at Renzo's, it was okay but the staff were a bit pretentious and the place felt a bit stuffy even though it's an open, airy kind of place.
Then we meandered back home. Oh, we did check out the Doctor Vigari Gallery on our stroll along Commercial. What a great place. They gave crows, well crow art to be exact a lot of space. The crows were featured in paintings, metal, resin, photos, and greeting cards. And speaking of crows, they've just made their presence known this morning with a welcoming 'caw'. In fact, yesterday on our way to Commercial Drive as we walked up to the intersection of Carnarvon and Sixth here in New Westminster, a crow landed on the Carnarvon Street sign just inches above where we stood. I had a bit of a connection with him before he flew off and landed on the building where Ki Sushi is located. And again before crossing the street the crow and I exchanged quick glances as well as an exchange of spirit. What a great experience!
Just came back in from the deck as several crows dropped by for a quick visit. What a great way to start the day. I look forward to more exchanges like this. Hopefully, the weather is such that I can get outdoors in the morning and be with the crows, be with Spirit so I can better understand and fulfill my purpose.

"Freedom of spirit" stands out for me today and this may be linked to the appearance of so many crows over the past couple of days. For me it's no accident that so many crows have made their presence known to me and I know that the "Page of Bows" is a further reminder of my free spirit and that I'm quite right in moving forward as a Spiritual Guidance Counsellor and Tarot and Chakra Intuitive just as I have advertised on both my business cards and car door magnet. In fact as we walked out the door yesterday on our way to brunch yesterday, Wizard Oron, Spiritual Guidance Counsellor kept popping up in my mind, in fact it popped up in my mind throughout the day and especially so the Doctor Vigari Gallery.
"A prodigy" and "The appearance of a stranger" are now jumping out at me. Am I a "prodigy" of sorts and is the result of "The appearance of a stranger" or do the crows represent the stranger, am I their prodigy or do the crows represent the prodigy referred to by the extraordinary energy of the "Page of Bows" of today?
More questions than answers but what wonderful loving energy and spirit surrounds and fills me today. I'm enamored with and by Spirit.

Sunday, October 9, 2016. We had a nice slow and relaxing day yesterday that continued into the evening even though we were hosting a couple of friends for dinner. A very relaxing energy filled the day and gave opportunity to just simply be and this is what I was or did, simply "be". It's wonderful as this same energy has carried forward into today. And as I awoke as the birth of a new day welcomed me, I also felt reborn, renewed, and refreshed.
Yesterday, after lunch we made our way to a new coffee place here in New Westminster called the "Coffee Bar", and although they serve Parallel 49 coffee that we have not enjoyed in the past, our lattes yesterday were very good as was the apple croissant and peanut butter chocolate cookie we had. And this is how relaxing the day was as we not only went out for coffee but we ran a few errands as well. Absolutely wonderful!
Spirit Is and today's Pagan Tarot Energy is the "Five of Swords: Our Witch and her young man find themselves in a tense situation. Back to back, they hold their swords aloft as magickal power emanates from them.. They have assumed a defensive position to face their attackers. "By standing strong together" we can overcome tough situations and circumstances and this can come the support of a loved by them simply being there for you but it also comes from our strong connection with Spirit, which comes to us when we have come to know, love and accept ourselves for who we are, warts and all. With self-knowledge comes the understanding of the meaning of life and how best to approach and handle each new day where we are literally bombarded with thousands of things that seemingly come at us out of nowhere.
Strength and the ability to handle tough situations comes from love, love of life, love of the universe, love of the world, love of our fellow human beings, and love of nature. Be strong, know that your back is covered no matter what tough situation or circumstance you face.

Thursday, October 6, 2016. Sleep was once again good to me however I did awake earlier than the alarm and had mixed thoughts about model railroading, RVing, Tarot Readings and also about the job. But I awoke with a sense of relief as last night it was decided that I'm looking for a new job. My current job situation is not healthy and the employers will not change as they've been doing this same routine for years and they're almost proud of how many employees they have gone through. I've heard that just in the last five or six years some 40 plus employees have come and gone through the doors and I'll be another.
I'm happy that I've made the decision and am actively seeking new work although my desire will be to simply transition to work as a Spiritual Guidance Counsellor and Tarot Reader full-time. I'd love to just awake each morning and get work with Spirit.

Every once in awhile youthful emotions get the better of us and that's no big deal. Youthful emotions aren't always a bad thing. And neither is daydreaming...stealing a few moments to lose yourself in such thoughts can bring about a sense of relief or even re-charge the batteries so you can continue on with the day. And a daydream may even be informative, enlightening or a glimpse into the future. So go ahead and let yourself be a kid again!

Wednesday, October 5, 2016. Awoke by the serenading alarm. Haven't found a great ringtone on this new hone for the alarm...nothing appeals to me and besides they are very quiet even at the loudest setting. Had some dreams, I think but none that I can remember. I remember having a lot of thoughts about my model railroad layout and doing many, many Tarot Readings throughout the night. So much happening in my subconscious!
Spirit Is and today's Tarot Energy is “XVII The Star: Spirit is Real. Hope. Serenity. Clarity. Having faith in an underlying or overlying spirit. A dream becomes real.”
"Hope. Serenity. Clarity. Having faith in an underlying or overlying spirit. A dream becomes real.” All of these became very clear today as I had a morning meeting with the boss that threw me down in the dirt and had me a deep funk most of the work day. Just before lunch I had to take a drive to pick up parts and a deep, brooding depression set in and I was giving up hope and faith in who I am and all of my dreams and desires. I was entering a very dark place as tears were threatening to burst from my eyes. But then Spirit stepped in, I found my centre and reaffirmed belief in myself, my dreams, and most of all Spirit.
My lunch hour was light and airy. I worked through the afternoon, smiling my way through a video shoot on how to complete repairs to some equipment, repairing other equipment and then spiritually guiding myself through a staff meeting where staff were belittled, disrespected...sick days are not allowed, vacations are privileges and more less should not be asked for or taken and then we were asked to contribute to and work as part of the team. What?!?
I returned home in the presence of Spirit, debriefed with my partner pulled out my spiritual possessions, updated my LinkedIn profile and got onto writing this. This job I have is going to quickly become a thing of the past and I need to rapidly put it behind me.

Tuesday, October 4, 2016. Got caught up in the Vice-Presidential Debate tonight. We've accepted the fact that we're political junkies here and that even though we're Canadians, that this 2016 Presidential Election will have worldwide repercussions depending on who wins. So, we're watching it quite closely and hope the American people make the right choice for it's not just your country that is at stake here.
Had a decent night's sleep and awoke almost in a start with thoughts of model railroading and Tarot Readings so these kept my mind active until the alarm sounded. Not at all bad though as I had some good ideas about both and more importantly a peek at a future Tarot Reading I'll be doing for a few people. Associated with these thoughts was the acceptance of the fact that I'll stumble in the beginning and have clumsy and difficult Tarot Readings from time to time and this is okay. With Spirit at the centre of all that I do all of the people I work with will be loving and supportive no matter what.

As I look at this card images of my dad and my brother in my mind. And as I stumbled along this work day I gave thought to one of my co-workers who has proven himself to be everything that the “Man of Coins" is about. And as the day progressed I wondered about myself. Do I exhibit any of these qualities? And I criticized myself and was doubtful if I did but then a beacon of hope and light filled my heart and spirit and I came to the conclusion that yes indeed, I am responsible, hard-working, reliable and dependable and have no reason to doubt myself.

Monday, October 3, 2016. I wish I could remember all of the dreams and thoughts I had last night but I only have a foggy memory of what transpired in my subconscious last night. I remember walking through a community centre or perhaps a school in one of those foggy dreams and talking to a woman as well. Actually, I think I was amongst a crowd of people or was I was standing in front of them? Hhhmmm...dreams.
As I fell asleep I reminded myself that I have amethyst, citrine, dumortierite, and labradorite tucked under my pillow. I also reminded myself that I'm a Spiritual Guidance Counsellor and Tarot Reader and I have the abilities, skills, and capabilities to help people.
Spirit Is and today's Tarot Energy is the “3 of Swords: The Wreckage. Feeling heavy-hearted after an emotional storm. Feeling hurt or betrayed.”
Emotional pain is real and can be deeply felt however we must not let such emotions overwhelm or get the better of us. As soon as we have such an emotional storm enter our lives we should as quickly as possible find our spiritual centre and deal with these emotions on the spiritual plane. This is where we're at our strongest, all thanks to our connection with the universe, this great force we are a part of, remember your human spirit.

Sunday, October 2, 2016. Wizard Oron was coming to life in my dreams last night and who is Wizard Oron? That would be me. Creation and manifestation of desires filled my night of sleep slowly giving way to model railroading and completing my layout and being deeply and humbly grateful and thankful for all that I have in my life and all that has come into and through my life over the years.
The cool morning and now stunning sunrise as reflected in the glass buildings around us welcome us into this beautiful new day. The gift of life for yet another day so I can once more appreciate and show my appreciation for the amazing gift and power that life is! Wow, what an amazing palette of colours and art that is on display. Nature, the world, spirit...truly amazing!
Spirit is and today's Tarot Energy is "XI Justice - Considered by most to be Karmic justice rather than legal justice, this reminds us of the Rule of Three; what you put out, you get back, times three. A sense of the balance of the Universe coming back to center follows when this card comes up in a reading; the karmic lessons or debts are paid off."
"Karmic lessons or debts are paid off" is the energy of this day and must be truly appreciated, humbly accepted. And what better way to thankful for this than to spend some time in quiet reflection and contemplation of what such a blessing and gift means to us...to have paid off our karmic debts through being open and flexible enough to learn the karmic lessons that made this happen. This is not to be taken lightly and the best way we can give thanks for this is to "pay it forward".

Saturday, October 1, 2016. Awoke with Tarot and Spirit in mind and both the Pagan and Wildwood Tarot were calling for attention this morning so today is a two card Tarot Card kind of Day.
First we have from the Pagan Tarot, the "Six of Chalices: In a happy, playful reversal of roles, our Witch's daughter sets up her afternoon tea party. She makes sure everyone (dolls included!) has a cup of flowers before the event can begin. There is a gentle, sweet, carefree feel to the entire scene. Take the time for little kindnesses toward those around you. Making people feel comfortable or pleasantly surprised or pampered makes situations and emotions flow smoothly. Don't shun small gestures as childish or a waste of time...these small efforts are often what touch people the most."
Second, from the Wildwood Tarot we have the "Ten of Bows, Responsibility: Whether you volunteered for the task or it is thrust upon you by unforeseen circumstances, it is a time to accept responsibility. Do so with good humour and stoical resolve and welcome any daunting challenge with humility and enthusiasm. Although the timing may be unfortunate or inconvenient, the issues of dealing with responsibility are often a matter of simple self-confidence. Today is a day to extend all sorts of kindnesses to others as well as to graciously accept the responsibilities thrust upon us whether at home, work, or play. People know that life is important to us and that we strive to always treat others with the love and respect they deserve as well as to do our best to make good things happen with the responsibilities given us.
