Another relaxing day even though we were out and about for someone's haircut, a walk around Steveston, an afternoon coffee and pastry and our weekly grocery run.
Spirit Is and today's Pagan Tarot Energy is the "Four of Pentacles: Our Witch is shopping - a very pentacles-oriented task. She's using the money she earned to buy food. She doesn't look very happy and she has an awful lot in her cart. It seems as though something else rather than realistic need is driving her behaviour. Fours represent stability. But stability can become extreme. In her case, fear of running out of food is causing her to buy too much. If he goes much further, she could start hoarding and become selfish and greedy. Everything needs balance. Buy enough food but have faith that you can get more... you don't have to hold on so tightly."
Think about balance and better yet having faith is the message of the day. Faith holds everything together and brings much needed balance into our lives. Especially faith based on experience, something I'm reminded of today after weeks of stress and anxiety and patience wearing thin, today my faith is renewed because I've experienced the love and support of the universe many times over the years and this moment in the here and now is and will be no different than those experiences of the past.

Monday, December 14, 2015. Last night was an odd one where my dreams were filled with a single person only. Every time I became aware that I was dreaming this one single person was the sole occupant of the dream. And I awoke with this single person on my mind along with Tarot.
Our evening was quiet as we both sent time doing our thing. I worked on my "Tarot Encyclopedia" and watched a bit of news here and there then we were in bed. Oh, and I was contemplating and giving a lot of thought to me, Wizard Oron and how I see myself in the future, visualizing myself as the traveling wizard, a spiritual nomad and doing my spiritual works where I find myself whether here at home in beautiful British Columbia or somewhere down in the great state of Georgia.
As I awoke from my slumber as I prepared the coffee and organized my deck of cards my mind was occupied with more thoughts of Tarot and beginning 2016 as Wizard Oron where 'Coaching', 'Tarot' or 'Chakra' work occupy a large chunk of time each and every day. And as today's Tarot Energy revealed itself, it also revealed a warning, if you will...don't let any position of power I may hold give way to me projecting my thoughts, ideas, beliefs, opinions, attitudes, or outlooks onto the people I'm trying to inspire.
Today's Tarot Energy is the “4 of Coins: The Lighting Director. A position of power. Wanting to control how others perceive things.”
So today, we have the “4 of Coins" offering guidance as we continue to partake in the ups and downs of the holiday season where our days are filled with work and the chaos of trying to put all of holiday plans into place before the holidays have come and gone. So as we grow in our influence within our social circles whether through our employment or otherwise we must ensure that we do our best to voice our opinions, ideas, and advice in such a way as to not be forceful or aggressive in our efforts to "win" people over to our point of view. The best we can do in this regard is to remember, value and respect that we all have our opinions and that differing points of view can and in most cases are valuable assets in the world today.
