Monday, October 10, 2016. Happy Thanksgiving! This to all of my fellow Canadians here in Canada and abroad.
We had another relaxing day yesterday. We lazed around most of the morning before heading to Commercial Drive to have brunch. We soon found ourselves sitting and relaxing at Cabrito Tapas-Bebidas. The food was good, the service friendly and the ambience and atmosphere warm and inviting. Next time in the area though we'll likely check out Jamjar, that's next door, as they apparently serve up some great Lebanese folksy food.
We had coffee and dessert at Renzo's, it was okay but the staff were a bit pretentious and the place felt a bit stuffy even though it's an open, airy kind of place.
Then we meandered back home. Oh, we did check out the Doctor Vigari Gallery on our stroll along Commercial. What a great place. They gave crows, well crow art to be exact a lot of space. The crows were featured in paintings, metal, resin, photos, and greeting cards. And speaking of crows, they've just made their presence known this morning with a welcoming 'caw'. In fact, yesterday on our way to Commercial Drive as we walked up to the intersection of Carnarvon and Sixth here in New Westminster, a crow landed on the Carnarvon Street sign just inches above where we stood. I had a bit of a connection with him before he flew off and landed on the building where Ki Sushi is located. And again before crossing the street the crow and I exchanged quick glances as well as an exchange of spirit. What a great experience!
Just came back in from the deck as several crows dropped by for a quick visit. What a great way to start the day. I look forward to more exchanges like this. Hopefully, the weather is such that I can get outdoors in the morning and be with the crows, be with Spirit so I can better understand and fulfill my purpose.

"Freedom of spirit" stands out for me today and this may be linked to the appearance of so many crows over the past couple of days. For me it's no accident that so many crows have made their presence known to me and I know that the "Page of Bows" is a further reminder of my free spirit and that I'm quite right in moving forward as a Spiritual Guidance Counsellor and Tarot and Chakra Intuitive just as I have advertised on both my business cards and car door magnet. In fact as we walked out the door yesterday on our way to brunch yesterday, Wizard Oron, Spiritual Guidance Counsellor kept popping up in my mind, in fact it popped up in my mind throughout the day and especially so the Doctor Vigari Gallery.
"A prodigy" and "The appearance of a stranger" are now jumping out at me. Am I a "prodigy" of sorts and is the result of "The appearance of a stranger" or do the crows represent the stranger, am I their prodigy or do the crows represent the prodigy referred to by the extraordinary energy of the "Page of Bows" of today?
More questions than answers but what wonderful loving energy and spirit surrounds and fills me today. I'm enamored with and by Spirit.

Sunday, September 11, 2016. Did not have a very active day yesterday at all. Stayed in most of the day only venturing out for quick trip down the block to get some protein powder and then a quick grocery run after dinner. Although, I forgot that I was doubling a chicken recipe I'm preparing today so I'll to skip on down to Safeway and get another can or two of stewed tomatoes. I worked on my model railroad and my Spiritual Guidance Counsellor Manual most of the day. Very relaxing!
Crawled into bed shortly after 11:00pm and awoke at 7:30am. Had one quick dream about what I'm calling the old workplace now as I have at least in a spiritual and psychological sense quit the job. I quickly dismissed that dream. Then I had an odd dream about being in line-up to use the bathroom, that was pay-for-use and very small and uncomfortable and which people snuck in line or in front of people such as me but I simply let it slide. Then the rest of my dreams were about working with several different people and facilitating their experience with Spirit and Tarot. One guy stood out as he was told that his life was going to change and that he's been sitting around waiting but nothing has happened. He wanted me to check with Tarot to see what was going on. So a long conversation ensued about how he had to be an active participant in change. The I told him that we could go through the cards but the lack of change was unlikely to be addressed as that time has passed and this reading would address his life as of now. This dream continued on for some time and was a wonderful and enriching experience.
Spirit Is and today's Whimsical Tarot Energy is the "Page of Wands: Tact and diplomacy will bring the best results. People are in a generous mood, so don’t hesitate to ask for assistance and get matters off your chest. When reversed: Everyone wants to get things done quickly. Don’t overlook important details in the rush to completion."
What speaks to you when you look at this "Page of Wands"? What words, thoughts, ideas fill your mind? What visions fill your head? Where does this "Page of Wands" take you? Where do you see yourself? How do you see yourself?
I see the need to keep things in my life balanced and on an even keel. I see a need to reach out to people more spiritually than I have been, to always be empathetic and do my best to focus on people's words, to hear them, to listen to them intently and keep my mind focused on what they are saying to me. Their words matter. I need to listen to their entire being. I need to keep my mind from wandering for details matter and I cannot pick up on these important details if my mind is elsewhere.
