Spirit Is and yesterday's Gay Tarot Energy was the “Sage of Wands: Wanting to change the world. Changing your environment by winning others over to your viewpoint. Critical acclaim. Politics.”
Today's Gay Tarot Energy is and I am “IV The Emperor: Sometimes one must be a benevolent despot. Organization. Taking charge. An authority figure. Utilizing discipline to provide a structure for creativity.”
"Utilizing discipline to provide a structure for creativity” is what we all must do and what I must do for myself today. I need to dedicate time to and focus some good energy on fine-tuning my tarot specialty so that I, through the gift, guidance, and love of Spirit provide the best spiritual and tarot services to those who are drawn to or seek out the services I provide. I want to do this through the grace and presence of Spirit within me so that it comes not from me but the infinite love, strength and presence of Spirit that is dwells in this world and all that is beyond.
"Taking charge" in this case is for me about taking charge of our lives and being "a benevolent despot" to ourselves more than it is about being "An authority figure" over others. This tarot energy is all about have full control over ourselves today.
Thank You Spirit.
Welcome to Wizard Oron—I’m a Spiritual and Tarot Intuitive and I want to read the cards for you. 'IV The Emperor' and Finding Creativity Through Structure and Discipline
Thursday, October 13, 2016. The fire alarm rang out twice shortly after we were in bed, maybe about an hour or two after and then maybe twenty or thirty minutes later just as I was getting back to sleep.
Then I awoke again at about 5:40am, fell asleep again, then the alarm sounded. Had dreams, none of which I remember anymore but I remember feeling quite good throughout the night and also remember the phrase "Spiritual Awakenings" repeating throughout the night.
Spirit Is and today's Tarot Energy is “IV The Emperor: Sometimes one must be a benevolent despot. Organization. Taking charge. An authority figure. Utilizing discipline to provide a structure for creativity.”
"Utilizing discipline to provide a structure for creativity” is screaming at me for attention and is what I've been struggling with for some time. Creativity is what I need and the best way to be creative is be disciplined and focused, something I haven't been very good at as of late. Getting better at it and being more disciplined as of late but sometimes I get easily distracted...especially when I'm trying to more than one thing at a time. But I do find it enjoyable to work on a variety of things at once--never get bored this way however progress is slow...
...discipline, focus, structure let them be the mantra of this day. Create plan, an outline and follow it...it will bring great rewards, I'm sure.
Thank You Spirit.

The 'IV The Emperor' and Getting Pulled Back Into Action
Monday, July 25, 2016. Had a better night's sleep and few dreams/nightmares about the job. I was actually surprised by the number of thoughts, dreams, and notions I had of being Wizard Oron and true to my real identity and authentic self. I felt great!
And I awoke with no doubt about who I am, Wizard Oron.
Spirit Is and today's Tarot Energy is “IV The Emperor: Sometimes one must be a benevolent despot. Organization. Taking charge. An authority figure. Utilizing discipline to provide a structure for creativity.”
Another reminder to me about "Utilizing discipline to provide a structure for creativity" as I've kind let my forward momentum wane in a time where I've needed to keep it going and build up speed instead of letting it slow down. Now how can I do this? Hhhmmm...
I can continue to flesh out how I can best spiritual guide people to find that which they are looking for. To help them turn their attention within and discovering themselves. Discovering not only themselves but that they themselves hold the answers they seek within themselves. helping them help me so we all understand that what will each of us great is lifting each other up and understanding and ensuring that all of our lives count!
Thank You Spirit.
Namaste.

'IV The Emperor' and Disciplining Myself So I Can Be More Creative
Tuesday, June 21, 2016. Dreams of serpents, more specifically, snakes, likely rattlesnakes, two of them to be exact. Someone lying on a sofa or maybe a lawn chair seemed to have them as pets. One rattler, coiled up seemingly on the guys calf and ankle, the other rattler near the guys head.
The next thing I know I'm in bed slightly awake and one of the rattler's was at the foot of the bed. My hands are flailing about and my partner is fast asleep and we're sleeping on the opposite sides of the bed than how we actually sleep. Then I kind of awoke and slipped quickly back to sleep.
Today's Tarot Energy is “IV The Emperor: Sometimes one must be a benevolent despot. Organization. Taking charge. An authority figure. Utilizing discipline to provide a structure for creativity.”
Ok. I completely understand that for me to really move forward and make significant progress in achieving my goals I should be "Utilizing discipline to provide a structure for creativity.” Discipline, discipline, discipline...I really need to take charge of my desires to do something with my life and get them working for me so I can do just that...make something of myself.
I'm reading and studying which is good however, I need to be more active in moving my life forward and this is where I get hung up as I end up being too worried about my financial situation to take the leap necessary or even the smallest of baby steps forward on anything and this irks the heck out of me. Although, I can say this is a bit less these days since I've embraced the Spiritual Guidance Counsellor title as my true role in life.
I need to unleash more of my creativity in order to be myself. Now I seem to be getting somewhere. Writing all of this and having all of you read it and be inspired by it is filling me with great feelings of love and freedom. My creative juices are thawing and beginning to flow again...Thank You All!
I'm signing off now so I can get work! Wizard Oron is calling...
Thank You Spirit.

'IV The Emperor' and Emotionally Detached Decision-making
Sunday, April 24, 2016. I had a bit of a frustrating afternoon yesterday. I was working on my model railroad and had little success with my second attempt at soldering sections of track together. If this was not enough when I was trying to create a folded paper template for a "Fortune Telling Mat" I also ran into problems and the first template found itself in the garbage. However, something helped calm me down and I got a train running on my model railroad layout...Spirit is good!
Last night we joined friends for dinner. Our hosts laid out a great meal and another friend a heavenly dessert. Conversation was as lively as ever and time disappeared and we did not find ourselves heading home until almost midnight so we didn't crawl into bed until after 1:00am--a late night for us!
Spirit's time is now and today's Whimsical Tarot Energy is the "IV The Emperor: Play by the rules and don’t take shortcuts. Use common sense when managing your resources. Now is the time to be organized and make plans. Careful use of logic and reason will deliver success. When reversed: Despite your obvious talents, success comes slowly at this time. Respect the past and learn from it. Frustrations, obstacles, delays, or setbacks will test your perseverance. Don’t react too hastily; make sure all your decisions are unemotional. Balance work with play."
Sometimes as much as we like to rely on our heart and emotions and let them take the lead role in our decision-making at times we must ask them to take a backseat to common sense, logic and reason. And today is such day and time for this to happen. We need to keep our heart and emotions in check and ensure that we are emotionally detached from our process of making important choices today.
Thank You Spirit.

Today is All About 'IV The Emperor' and Yesterday About the 'Elemental of Swords - Sylph'
Saturday, April 2, 2016. Didn't post anything to my blog yesterday as we did a grocery run as we are hosting some friends and my brother for dinner tonight. I think they are coming around 5:00pm, an earlier than usual time for our dinners but we'll work with it. When we got home, we were more in the mood to just clean up a bit, shower, relax for a moment then go to bed.
Not that I can remember my dreams last night but I think they revolved around camping and Tarot. Likely because I was glancing through some camping related books and longed to visit the wonderful scenery of British Columbia. I think that this was my thought before going to bed. As much as I have dreamed of visiting some wonderful places in the United States, BC has some stunning places I need to visit first.
And on that note I just remembered flipping through a few papers that I printed out a couple of years ago that could lead to me traveling throughout the province if I get a good plan in order. Let me see if I can organize my thoughts and ideas around this rough plan so I can set this ball and this energy in motion. Perhaps, it's still early enough to start this, this year!
Spirit Is and today's Tarot (Whimsical) Tarot Energy is "IV The Emperor: Play by the rules and don’t take shortcuts. Use common sense when managing your resources. And just look at what "IV The Emperor" is telling us, "Now is the time to be organized and make plans" as this combined with "Careful use of logic and reason will deliver success". What a fitting card for today as my thoughts, dreams, and recollections bring about renewed inspiration and rough yet firm ideas on where I'd like to take my life. And to ensure that we have our feet firmly on the ground, we should "make sure all" our "decisions are unemotional". This is what Deepak Chopra refers to in his book "Seven Spiritual Laws for Success" as "detachment", focused intention without an emotional attachment.
After all, I am Wizard Oron, the traveling wizard and spiritual nomad so I best get on with it and start traveling and reclaiming my nomadic ways!
Thank You Spirit.

Friday, April 1, 2016. Aaaahhhh......Friday, the long week is finally over and I had a good night's sleep but didn't want to get out of bed though. It was just so comfortable lying there but the work day had to be tackled and out of bed we got.
Spirit Is and today's Pagan Tarot Energy is the "Elemental of Swords - Sylph: In the Pagan Tarot the elementals are recognized as the purest source of energy. The Elemental for Air is the Sylph. Sylphs can live hundreds of years, often reaching one thousand and never seeming to get old, looking ageless at all times. Sylphs often assume human form but only for short periods of time. They vary in size from being as large as a human to being much smaller. They are volatile and changeable. The winds are their particular vehicle. They work through the gases and ethers of the Earth and are kindly toward humans. They are usually seen with wings, looking like cherubs or faeries. Because of their connection to air, which is associated with the mental aspect, one of their functions is to help humans receive inspiration. The Sylphs are drawn to those who use their minds or those involved in the creative arts. The Sylph represents someone with great potential for intellectual prowess and tremendous logic. This Elemental can indicate a message, often pertaining to a current problem, issue, or belief system."
Interestingly, one of my dreams pertained to my job and the bosses wanting to discuss my wages or remuneration with me and I was a bit aloof I guess about the whole idea but in a very friendly and comical way. Maybe aloof isn't quite the right word but it's what came to mind when wanting to describe my reaction.
I'm trying to remember the other dream that stood out but I'm afraid it has faded into the ether of forgotten dreams. I must train myself to record my dreams as soon as I awake. It feels like it was an inspirational dream to as I do remember feeling quite confident and full of courage as if I was ready to take on something pertaining to maybe traveling...yes...no...can't be sure but I'm getting glimpses of a desert like environment...and maybe of my sister. A strong feeling of freedom and no ties to a job or anything that will keep me away from driving and traveling whenever and wherever I want fills my mind as I try to recall this dream....
Have you received some much needed inspiration or is there a message that has been revealed to you in an unusual or some unsuspecting way? Seldom do these things come in a direct fashion. They tend to hidden or obscured in dreams or in something you read, hear or see during the day. Open your mind, your spirit and you're like to see them. Use your other senses perhaps, close your eyes for a moment...open yourself to new ways of experiencing the world and of receiving messages from the "Sylph".
Thank You Spirit.

'4 The Green Man' and Seizing The Moment
Monday, August 3rd, 2015. Happy BC Day! Today is a statutory holiday here in British Columbia, a day off so we can celebrate the creation, building, and history of this beautiful province.
We'll celebrate this day by hitting the beach!
Yesterday, we made our way into downtown Vancouver to take part in the Pride Parade and related festivities. The parade is observed by hundreds of thousands of people, it's incredible just how many people can actually move through the streets of Vancouver and then into the small space of Sunset Beach. We watched a majority of the parade while sitting on the sidewalk along Robson Street then we meandered our way to Sunset Beach before wondering on into Gastown to find a bite to eat. We made a return visit to Tacofino...love their food.
We made it back home late afternoon, early evening and relaxed. I played around with my blogs and read a little from Natalie Goldberg's book 'The True Secret of Writing' and the 'RV Dreams Journal' before crawling into bed around 10:30pm and now here I am at 6:43 writing this having communed with Spirit and Tarot enjoying the sight of the fading moon and rising sun in the sky. It's quite a sight to see the Sun's reflection in the building across the street and then be able to look up ever so slightly and catch a glimpse of the moon...
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot is "4 The Green Man: The Green Man is generous in his bestowal of creative, fertile energy and he will move you to a new level of confident and assertive dynamism. This is a time for both giving and receiving the natural flow of life both inwardly and outwardly. Be prepared to find a new and thriving drive to begin projects, relationships and even new ways of living your life and fulfilling your world. Now is the time to experience being at the apex of the cycle of life. Enjoy it!"
I'm quite drawn to this..."Be prepared to find a new and thriving drive to begin projects, relationships and even new ways of living your life and fulfilling your world. Now is the time to experience being at the apex of the cycle of life. Enjoy it!" And this part here is especially potent for me..."new ways of living your life and fulfilling your world".
I need to seize this moment, this time in life, and live it, truly live my life the way I've always wanted to...living life on the road in whatever facet I can.
Seize the moment!
And with each being ruled by a planet today's magical influences are "peace, sleep, healing, compassion, friends, psychic awareness, purification and fertility". Mondays always seem to me to be a sleepyhead kind of day. As I transition from my "job" to solely being Wizard Oron, Mondays might be a day I take off and relax, taking time to simply 'BE' for the entire day.
So on top of 'seizing the moment', I recognize Mondays as being a sleepyhead kind of day and a good day to simply 'BE' to here's an early morning toast to "Living and Celebrating Life to the Fullest!"
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

IV The Emperor and the 9 of Swords
Sunday, March 29th, 2015. Yesterday was a busy day as we simply had the morning free before heading to a day of activity. First we drove into Vancouver; then grabbed lunch and coffee with a friend before the three of us headed over to "Performance Works" to watch a play. "Corpus Christi"; then we had a spot of tea before heading over to Las Margaritas for dinner with potentially new friends that my partner met up with due to his background.
Lunch was okay although, the coffee was great. Conversation as usual was lively and fun. The play had some great acting but was lacklustre overall. We parted ways with our friend and then sat for a spell with a cup of flavourless chamomile tea we pick picked up at "a la mode". The off to Las Margaritas to meet some new friends that are doing their best to make a new life for themselves here in Canada. My partner is from the same country as they are and hence the contact between them. Conversation and food were good. Then homeward bound we were oh, but not before a quick grocery run.
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot is “IV The Emperor: Sometimes one must be a benevolent despot. Organization. Taking charge. An authority figure. Utilizing discipline to provide a structure for creativity” with some input from the “9 of Swords: Unquiet Dreams. Stress. Worries. Mental tapes which play over and over.”
We must discipline in ourselves if we are to put to good use the creative energy imparted to us by the divine. I can be lazy and unmotivated so disciplining myself is key to moving forward with my creative projects and getting good results. A good way to invoke discipline in our lives to ask for divine intervention and blessings. Intervention so we can harness the strength and energy needed to get on with it and blessings in and of our projects.
For instance I didn't simply discover Tarot, I was guided to Tarot through the divine. The creation of my website and the name is through the divine and coming to grips with my space limitations and desire to be a model railroader has also been guided by the divine. I do not always have all the answers, strength or energy needed to move along in life so a little if not a lot of divine intervention is always welcomed and humbly accepted with much thanks.
This is one of the best ways to overcome the anxiety and worries eluded to by the “9 of Swords". The “9 of Swords" is an obvious sign of the lack of keeping the divine front and centre in our lives. Harness the creative energy and discipline if the divine in your life and move forward with those creative projects that may have been collecting dust the last little while.
I know I will.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

Blessed Be.

The Ace of Wands and IV The Emperor
Tuesday, December 16th, 2014. We had a quiet evening at home and then in bed a bit earlier than usual and a night of sleep welcomed us. I slept well and actually could have slept longer if the alarm had not sounded but all is well.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “Ace of Wands: A creative inspiration. The beginning of a project or venture” and this guidance is further clarified by “IV The Emperor: Sometimes one must be a benevolent despot. Organization. Taking charge. An authority figure. Utilizing discipline to provide a structure for creativity.”
The “Ace of Wands” appeared a few days ago and is appearing again as I have not really delved into the creative inspiration I had then. I’m being reminded that that inspiration is something I must follow through with. As far as I remember is pursuing a new idea with my model railroad layout and then the other is to focus on my spiritual pursuits. Ah, yes, my spiritual pursuits and the launching of my website. As “IV The Emperor” is advising me to do, I need to bring more discipline into my home life here so that I can get on with my projects that matter most to me. I need to develop a schedule so I’m more structured and focused on these things and continue to move them forward and make them an active part of my life.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The 10 of Cups and IV The Emperor
Friday, November 7th, 2014. Another decent night of sleep and another alarm bringing me out of my slumber. Thank You Spirit.
We had a quiet evening at home and spent much of our time chatting and watching a couple of our favourite programs, The Rick Mercer Report and This Hour Has 22 Minutes. Funny and Canadian to boot!
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “10 of Cups: The Ideal. Your secret dreams. Attainment. Unrealistic, wishful thinking.” And the card offering further clarification is “IV The Emperor: Sometimes one must be a benevolent despot. Organization. Taking charge. An authority figure. Utilizing discipline to provide a structure for creativity.”
The realization of my ideals and the coming out of my secret dreams is only realized through organization and discipline. I need to fully take charge of my life and move forward with my ideas, beliefs, goals, and active participation in my life.
We must take charge of our lives and understand and appreciate that we are, barring unforeseen circumstances solely responsible for our lives. We have control over our lives if we wish to take on such authority and responsibility and have the courage to come out of the closet and pursue of secret dreams and ideals.
Thank you Spirit.

IV The Emperor and Taking on a Role of Authority in Our Lives
Saturday, September 6th, 2014. Awoke early this morning but did my best to fall back to sleep and when I did not feel too much sleep coming on I did my best to meditate. It wasn’t the best meditation as many thoughts flew through my mind however I feel all the better for doing it.
Last night was a quiet evening at home. I hit the gym after work and for the first time in months I was actually able to do all the normal weight routines I’ve tried to do each time I visit the gym. Last night the gym was very quiet and I simply relaxed and went about my normal gym routine. Then we watched the news before preparing dinner, leftover over chicken and quinoa and a light salad.
Today is beach day at least for now it is. Things could easily change but the weather is definitely beach weather and may be the last of the year at least for us. We like going to the beach but like the temperatures to be at a certain level or we won’t go.
During my meditation I was seeking clarification or answers about my goals, my desired career as well as the new website I had designed for this new career path I wish to embark upon. I did not feel any discomfort about and as I sit here thinking about it all I see an answer has come through for me in the way of Tarot and so this leads me to today’s visiting Tarot Card:
“IV The Emperor: Sometimes one must be a benevolent despot. Organization. Taking charge. An authority figure. Utilizing discipline to provide a structure for creativity.”
Answers come in many forms especially when we pay attention and keep our eyes open to seeing them. Moving ahead with my new career path and corresponding website will take organization and discipline as well as a healthy dose of creativity. Additionally, I need to use my skills, talents, and experience as best as I can to make a success of myself and one the ways I can do this is to seek further help if not education surrounding areas of this new career where I may be lacking in a specific skill set that will be necessary in assisting people in certain areas of their lives.
We must take charge and move forward in order to achieve our goals and move ahead with our plans. Many of have more than enough experience as well as the skill sets to do this if only we trust and believe enough ourselves in getting the job done. However, having said this we must also not be reluctant to seek help or guidance in order to move our plans forward and heck even some crazy ideas may be just what we need to move ahead in life.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

IV The Emperor and Releasing My Creativity Through Much Discipline
We had a busy day yesterday getting ready to host friends for dinner and so we got started quite early in the day to get everything done. I through together chicken fricassee in the slow cooker then whipped up a nice sour cream and lemon cake with a lemon glaze. We then did a bacon and date appetizer along with fig jam, cheese, and crackers. We served a simple green salad and white rice along with the chicken. And it was a success—dinner was great and the conversation lively and entertaining.
Thank You Spirit.
Yesterdays Tarot Card was the “7 of Coins: Chores. Resting after a job well done. Contemplating life's cycles and changes. Planning your next move. Clearing out what's unnecessary in your life to make way for something new."
Well, how true this visiting Tarot Card is. I’ve been organizing my crafting table and supplies so I can get myself back into making handcrafted cards again. I thought I did a decent enough job of organizing but did even more today and am even more satisfied with the results. My crafting table is cleaned off enough for me to work and I’ve got my stamps and papers ready to go.
Thank You Spirit.
And of course, my work today is also a reflection of today’s visiting Tarot Card, “IV The Emperor: Sometimes one must be a benevolent despot. Organization. Taking charge. An authority figure. Utilizing discipline to provide a structure for creativity.”
Now that my crafting table is organized my creative juices are flowing and I’m ready and more than eager to start making cards and such a feeling of creativity is flowing through me too! The colours of paper I’ve chosen for this year’s crop of cards is out of my usual sphere of colours and the designs flowing through my mind is not my normal way of making cards either but I really like my choices.

IV The Emperor, Organization, and Change
Change is slow and I’m slow at changing but I’m learning the lessons Spirit has for me and this is a good thing.
Thank You Spirit.
Yesterday was another casual day where I did a bit of this and a bit of that. I cut out a new window panel for our air conditioners intake and exhaust pipes as the acrylic one cracked thanks to me. I need to do a little bit more with it so it is more securely fastened to the window frame without to adding any holes to the existing window and framing structure. I’ll likely also add some bracing so the panel does not bow out like it does from the weight of the two pipes.
I piddled around the RV doing a whole lot of nothing but I was simply glad to be there. I have many projects to do but I’m happy to have the opportunity to do them even if they are a bit of a headache to have to deal with—lessons that need to be learned…
Thank You Spirit.
Last night I dreamed about Good Housekeeping magazine and several days ago I dreamed about another magazine, the title of which I cannot remember. Magazines, songs, snippets of ads have all been in my dreams these past couple of weeks. Intriguing…
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is “IV The Emperor: Sometimes one must be a benevolent despot. Organization. Taking charge. An authority figure. Utilizing discipline to provide a structure for creativity.”
Discipline and organization are what I need to keep top of mind these days. I have many things I want to do, choices that I wish to make, changes that I want to undertake however they are fleeting and always one step ahead of me because I lack the discipline and organization needed to get me to where I want to be going. Oh the big one though is that I, myself need to change…

IV The Emperor, the 4 of Coins and Moving Life Forward
The 40th BC General Election is now history and so is my work with Elections BC. The results of the election were shocking and quite unbelievable and brings into question about the accuracy of the polls as well as those responding to the polls as the polls flipped anywhere from about 10-20% where the party that was expected to gain power actually had a worse showing than the previous election. So with this news I’ve decided to abandon any desire to watch the news or pay attention to anything election or politically related. I might not even vote next time as BC has clearly become a province of one party rule. However, having said all of this I’m determined more than ever to move forward with my life and my dreams and get it done. Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and yesterday’s visiting Tarot Card is “IV The Emperor: Sometimes one must be a benevolent despot. Organization. Taking charge. An authority figure. Utilizing discipline to provide a structure for creativity.”
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “4 of Coins: The Lighting Director. A position of power. Wanting to control how others perceive things.”
I’m trying to be disciplined and respectful of opposing opinions as well as letting others have their say. My life as of last night and today has taken on a new and different meaning and I am now more than ever determined to get my life in order the way I see fit. I think I got a bit of a kick in the you know what to make me push ahead, to truly push ahead in my pursuit of the life I’ve long dreamed of living.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

IV The Emperor and Respecting and Learning From the Past
I had another successful work day yesterday. Had to tweak a few computers and deal with issues we could not possibly resolve on our own and that was trying. Somewhere, someone dropped the ball but the mistake was fixed through the “backdoor” so-to-speak and lo and behold the computers suddenly had remote access. Papers and supplies were organized and all the computers and printers are up and running. I must give thanks to my previous co-worker for teaching me everything I know, barely know at that. Thank You Spirit.
This cold I’m battling is getting me down and I have a hard time functioning between it and the drugs I’m taking to combat it so I more or less plunk myself down on the sofa and watch the world go on around me. Actually, quite surprisingly I was able to read a little bit last night and thoroughly enjoyed the article I read in Sage Woman magazine Issue 83. The magazine is aimed at the mature female witch but I find the articles and information quite useful in my own life as a witch. Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is “IV The Emperor: Sometimes one must be a benevolent despot. Organization. Taking charge. An authority figure. Utilizing discipline to provide a structure for creativity.”
This is a very helpful card for me at this time as I need to take charge of my life and provide myself with some organization and structure and the best way I can do that is to respectfully learn from my past as well as to take time to make plans. I need to write things down and commit my thoughts and ideas to paper so they become concrete and part of my purpose. Having concrete ideas before me gives these ideas form, structure, and energy that will be intertwined with all energy that will help me bring them to fruition.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

IV The Emperor
I had an enjoyable day yesterday. I spent the day mostly relaxing and reading. However, I did get a couple of loads of laundry done, made breakfast fruit squares for my partner and I assembled a few crafting items together that I purchased long ago but have never used. I will try my hand at selling them on Craigslist.
As I was reading all things pagan, wiccan, and witchy I thought to myself that I’m all three of these if I must wear a label and in fact I dislike being labeled in such a way because it is so limiting and constricting of my much larger identity as is for any of us. We are all multifaceted and unique individuals such that specific labels cannot really capture who we are and fact should only be used in a very general sense so we are not bound to the perceptions such labels evoke in others. For instance, in addition to being pagan, wiccan, and a witch, I’m also a craft's person, RVer, amateur ventriloquist, model railroad enthusiast, and (blog) writer.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is “IV The Emperor: Sometimes one must be a benevolent despot. Organization. Taking charge. An authority figure. Utilizing discipline to provide a structure for creativity.” As I started to go through my crafting tools and supplies yesterday to sort through them I felt a great sense of relief as I added many items to a pile of things I intend to sell and get rid of. I have much more to go through I’m sure and this heavy anchor I’ve been lugging around for many years has finally disappeared. De-cluttering and organizing sure has a way to lift weight off of one’s shoulders and lighten the mood and improve the energy of a place and/or space.
I owe my efforts to reading the archived posts of a new blog I discovered over the weekend, “Wiccan Writes”. Thank you Robin Larkspur for your encouraging words and calm and gentle spirit.

IV The Emperor
I slept well last night even with getting up to go pee sleep quickly enveloped me once I returned to bed. I awoke briefly again but have no idea as to when that was as I wanted to sleep more and more sleep came until about 7:08am.
Spirit is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is “IV The Emperor: Sometimes one must be a benevolent despot. Organization. Taking charge. An authority figure. Utilizing discipline to provide a structure for creativity.” This is exactly what I a doing to myself in order to finish my 100 card order by the end of this week. I told my customers I should have their orders to them in two weeks and I need to keep to that statement or promise. And in relation to yesterday’s card I need to focus on my work and creativity as well as my Spirit, my physical desires need to be put on hold for the time being.
Thank You Spirit!
Blessed Be.

IV The Emperor
Today’s visiting card is the Emperor and what I glean from his visit to me today is that I need to continue to discipline myself and work on my crafts each and every day regardless of what might be trying to pull me away from doing so.
I’m also doing my best to take charge of my life so I am the one in control, the author of my own life, the author behind his own life’s story.
Last night I made another silk bag, this time for the very first deck of Tarot cards I purchased, the Thoth Deck by Aleister Crowley.
One more silk bag to make and each deck of cards will be protected. Then I will move onto some of my other projects such as cards. I will discipline myself so much so that each and every day, I work on some aspect of card-making.
I give thanks to the Cosmos.

Ten Years Since my first Tarot Deck
January 18th - IV The Emperor
January 19th/20th - V The Priest
January 22nd - 7 of Cups, The Bookstore
January 23rd - 9 of Cups, Serendipity
Last night I was watching television as I was shuffling the cards and as much as I was paying attention to what was on TV I was also giving thanks to the world around me, the four elements and all of the spiritual energy that is us. I then muted the TV and proceeded to focus on Tarot. Good thoughts, joy, peace, love, and happiness filled my mind, body, and spirit.
The card that appeared was as you can see from the list above is the 9 of Cups. Each of the cards listed above are quite relevant for the day they appeared as well as all the time since as are all of the card I have selected over the past ten years that I have been working on and off with Tarot. Ten years have gone by since I purchased my first deck of tarot cards maybe a little longer. I really cannot believe that much time has passed us by.
But time is unimportant in the bigger scheme of things and life is such a wonder that I try to live each day to the fullest and to the best of my abilities.
Thanks for stopping by and until next time I bid you peace. . .
