Saturday, February 28th, 2015. The weekend is upon us. I took a day off from writing yesterday as I simply wanted to sit and not think anymore yesterday. The job requires a lot of thinking and decision-making as well as managing myself and other people and it's exhausting some days more than others and this past week has been a little bit like that.
This morning though, I'm feeling quite rested and relaxed and will be heading off to the gym in about 30 minutes to get in another workout. Last night was as peaceful and relaxing as I envisioned it to be earlier in the day so I ready for the busy weekend activities that are in the waiting.

Go within for the answers you seek and in order to get in touch and in harmony with the real world and the real you. Turn off the outside noise and distractions for a spell and listen to sweet voice your soul. Sink further into the wonderful silence and be awakened by the sweet and loving songs of Spirit.
Work in harmony with the Cosmos and the Universe will work with you. Need an extra shot of energy to get moving or to get things done, look no further than yourself. More often than not Spirit has given you all the resources you need to move forward with success, you simply need to tap into them. Strive for harmony and balance, be motivated in all that you do by Spirit, and move forward with the love and light of the world that comes from within, within YOU!
It's also likely time to simplify your life. Unburden your Spirit by clearing away all the clutter that fills your life. Become more of minimalist and discover how free you become as you realize how much you do not need nor will miss the overload of material goods that you have in your life. It'll be like a massive weight being lifted off of your shoulders. Try it...take baby steps and do a little bit of Spring cleaning. You'll be amazed at how good you feel when your home is not weighed down with so many possessions, many of which you likely do not need...however be smart about it and don't just throw everything away...
