Tuesday, March 31, 2015. The last day of March and what a pleasant day it has been. Work was relatively calm and stable and the day has been mostly sunny and come to think about quite warm too!
Last night as is the new norm was quiet and relaxing. I did spend some researching cameras as a new camera is in the works for us and more on that to come...later. I also flipped through N-Scale doing more research, this time for ideas and ways of moving forward with my model railroad layout. Then before long I was crawling into bed.
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot Card is the “Ace of Coins: A gift of security. Starting to build or construct something. A fertile environment" with a warning coming from the “10 of Swords: You Choose the Script. You can choose to plug yourself into a negative viewpoint, or to unplug yourself from one. The end of a bad situation. Hysterical overreaction."
Our lives are not as physical and immovable as we often think they are. Our minds and bodies are not separate from one another as they are more interconnected and intertwined than we are able to imagine. This is why it is paramount that we use our minds and bodies to create and manifest our dreams and desires here in the physical and material world. We are a part of a universal consciousness and energy that we can easily harness if we accept and recognize that it is part of lives and is very much who we are. Use it to turn your dreams into ideas and your ideas into reality or forever find yourself spinning your wheels getting nowhere fast as is eluded to by the “10 of Swords". So instead harness the energy of the “Ace of Coins" and make your life the way you want to be...and so it is!
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The Man of Cups and 6 of Coins
Monday, March 30th, 2015. We had a very relaxing Sunday even with venturing out in the rain for a coffee at a new coffee joint in town--Old Crow Coffee. The coffee was good however the seating is a bit of a letdown as they have seats for only ten patrons with stand up table that will allow about another four people to stand up and enjoy their coffee if at possible. We certainly did not enjoy our coffee while standing--quite the disappointment. But I do recommend the place in spite of the lack of seats when we there. I can easily see how they could rearrange the seating with new smaller tables in the main area and a bar ledge and a lover's nook on either side of the front door.
I slept well and awoke with the alarm.
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot is the “Man of Cups: An emotional adventurer. Tendency to want to emotionally rescue others. Drawn to emotional crises" with a some extra words coming from the “6 of Coins: Dependence. Resentment because of financial dependence on another. Charity. An unequal relationship."
Through clarity and dedication of thought and deed we can avoid getting emotionally involved and hung-up in situations or circumstances that are less than desirable for us. In addition, if we are clear and dedicated to improving our lives and moving forward in directions that enrich our spirits and allow us to help others do the same we can limit our dependence on others. Also a good and healthy attitude will allow us to have a deeper and a more meaningful understanding of our situation in life and how we can best move forward.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

IV The Emperor and the 9 of Swords
Sunday, March 29th, 2015. Yesterday was a busy day as we simply had the morning free before heading to a day of activity. First we drove into Vancouver; then grabbed lunch and coffee with a friend before the three of us headed over to "Performance Works" to watch a play. "Corpus Christi"; then we had a spot of tea before heading over to Las Margaritas for dinner with potentially new friends that my partner met up with due to his background.
Lunch was okay although, the coffee was great. Conversation as usual was lively and fun. The play had some great acting but was lacklustre overall. We parted ways with our friend and then sat for a spell with a cup of flavourless chamomile tea we pick picked up at "a la mode". The off to Las Margaritas to meet some new friends that are doing their best to make a new life for themselves here in Canada. My partner is from the same country as they are and hence the contact between them. Conversation and food were good. Then homeward bound we were oh, but not before a quick grocery run.
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot is “IV The Emperor: Sometimes one must be a benevolent despot. Organization. Taking charge. An authority figure. Utilizing discipline to provide a structure for creativity” with some input from the “9 of Swords: Unquiet Dreams. Stress. Worries. Mental tapes which play over and over.”
We must discipline in ourselves if we are to put to good use the creative energy imparted to us by the divine. I can be lazy and unmotivated so disciplining myself is key to moving forward with my creative projects and getting good results. A good way to invoke discipline in our lives to ask for divine intervention and blessings. Intervention so we can harness the strength and energy needed to get on with it and blessings in and of our projects.
For instance I didn't simply discover Tarot, I was guided to Tarot through the divine. The creation of my website and the name is through the divine and coming to grips with my space limitations and desire to be a model railroader has also been guided by the divine. I do not always have all the answers, strength or energy needed to move along in life so a little if not a lot of divine intervention is always welcomed and humbly accepted with much thanks.
This is one of the best ways to overcome the anxiety and worries eluded to by the “9 of Swords". The “9 of Swords" is an obvious sign of the lack of keeping the divine front and centre in our lives. Harness the creative energy and discipline if the divine in your life and move forward with those creative projects that may have been collecting dust the last little while.
I know I will.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The 8 of Coins with Guidance from III The Protector
Saturday, March 28th, 2015. Early Saturday morning and I ready to hit the gym but I have to wait forty-five minutes before I can do this. The gym does not open until 7:30am. I didn't make it to the gym this week as I was not disciplined enough to go as I arrived home 5:30pm every day this week except Monday, the day I could have gone but chose not to as I was at the gym the prior two days.
Last night we met up with a couple of my partner's co-workers for an early dinner and drinks at the Spud Shack. I opted for the pulled pork as I've tried poutine many times and am not a big fan of it although this place makes phenomenal poutine according to those that like the dish. And Cody was great! Always smiling, very friendly, and great service. Then we came home, showered and relaxed the night away. Well, I actually battled the desire to sleep until we crawled into bed at 10:45. I was falling asleep before well before 9:00pm. All is good though as I had a decent night's sleep.
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot is the “8 of Coins: The Factory. Skill and mastery. Tedious, repetitive labour. Slow and methodical progress" with much guidance coming from “III The Protector: Nurturing others is good practice for nurturing oneself. Parental instincts. Maintaining a home or a positive environment. Bringing a project to fruition."
We must be willing to invest the time and effort into our passions regardless of how tedious and repetitive it may become. The challenge for us is to maintain a healthy and positive attitude so our efforts are enjoyable enough that we get more pleasure out of it than feeling the tediousness of it all.
We must strive to develop and master our skills so that we create positive environments for ourselves and those that we care about as well to be able to complete the tasks at hand so we can then enjoy the hard work that got us here.
It's all about attitude and seeing the end game. What do we wish to accomplish and how can we accomplish it? We need to put the effort into it if we expect to get anything out of it and it's simply amazing what can do when set our mind to it and how enjoyable is the reward when we take a step back and take in what it is that we accomplished.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

XV Self-Hatred, XVI Revelation, and 10 of Coins with a Cameo by the 4 of Wands
Friday, March 27th, 2015. I awoke early so I thought I'd get right into writing this morning. However, I first worked with Tarot, made our lunches and had breakfast.
Today is a four Tarot day as in the midst of shuffling the cards, three fell to the floor and one flipped over in the middle of the deck. So for today we have:
“XV Self-Hatred: The trap to avoid for all minorities. Unconsciously accepting societal norms. Low self-esteem", “XVI Revelation: While it is usually best to tell the truth about yourself to those who are close to you, it can be a painful experience. A necessary destruction of the status quo. Having to tell someone an unwelcome truth. A new idea which upsets others”, and the “10 of Coins: History. A knowledge of and appreciation for history. Seeing your concerns in a larger context. Seeing your life as a story; who is the author". The “4 of Wands: Setting the Stage. Opening night finally arrives. A venture has been established. Celebrating initial achievements" anchors the day's energy.
It's time to write a new chapter in our lives but first we must look honestly at ourselves, accepting fully, lovingly, and without judgement, the reflection in the mirror. We must first accept and love ourselves before we can face the music so-to-speak with others. It's time to be honest with the world as our stage has been set.
If we are true to ourselves, we can be true to others and yes, this may create some friction and pain however we can get through it if we write our own stories by being active participants in our own lives.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The 9 of Wands and the 6 of Swords
Thursday, March 26th, 2015. Aaahhhh...at home at last. My work days are getting longer as I'm staying thirty to forty-five minutes later each day and today was no different. My roles at work are becoming more and more intense and involved and I find it difficult to pull myself away when quitting time rolls around. And since it is later in the day I fail to force myself to go to the gym.
However, I'm thinking of going in the morning as I do believe my gym opens at 5:30am and I've been awaking around 5:00am, 5:00am all this week so why not get out of bed and do something useful.
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot is the “9 of Wands: Don’t mess with me. Defensiveness. Putting up barriers to avoid intimacy" with the “6 of Swords: Peaceful Recovery. Serenity and the passage of time help to heal wounds. Stormy emotions are given time to subside, allowing a plan for a solution” providing some further insight.
We are being challenged to overcome our difficulties most of which may very well be self-imposed or created indirectly through our doing. Thought patterns and creating negative in our lives can and more often than not absolutely do create situations or put us on paths we did not plan for or at the very least hoped to avoid.
Our thoughts and actions have consequences many of which are unforeseen surprises--surprises that do not need to be surprises if we only realize that we are the masters of our destiny thus the recipients of the sometimes negative consequences of our own actions. Be aware of the power you have over your life and be acutely aware of your thoughts and actions knowing full well they may come back to bite when you least expect them to. Transcend these possibilities through actively participating in your life and providing yourself with many checks and balances when it comes to putting your thoughts and ideas into action.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The Guide of Wands and the 8 of Coins
Wednesday, March 25th, 2015. The middle of the week and a week that has me taking on more roles and expected responsibilities than I can rightfully handle. I'm doing my best to fulfill the dozen or so roles that have fallen onto my shoulders. I'm humbled and overwhelmed by the confidence placed in me as I take on my thousand and one roles and responsibilities.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot is the “Guide of Wands: Feeling possessed by a creative project or inspiration. Being inspired to help others. Doing what’s right” with some hints coming from the “8 of Coins: The Factory. Skill and mastery. Tedious, repetitive labour. Slow and methodical progress."
The latest inspiration to catch my attention is to go out of the city and live a more rural yet mobile lifestyle and as this inspired me a new inspiration snuck into mind of focusing on the job so I can finance a gently used camper van/van conversion. This all came about as I decided to pay more attention and focus on and getting more involved with my website. And I sit here writing and thinking about all of this much of this has been inspired by my desire to become spiritual and spiritually focused through Tarot and meditation especially in the midst of nature, a much more natural environment than I find myself in today.
So for me the "Guide of Wands" and the “8 of Coins" represent our need to get to the heart of our inspirations through weeding them out from a thousand and one thoughts that seemingly are inspirations yet are only the clues to the real inspiration that is hidden amongst them. Journaling and meditation are great ways to narrow our focus as could be a walk through the woods or by simply watching the falling rain or in some cases falling snow from our favourite window as we sit on our favourite chair that is our sanctuary as we let our inspiration take over our thoughts and guide us along our meditative path.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The Guide and Ace of Coins
Tuesday, March 24th, 2015. As usual we had a quiet and what some might call a boring evening at home relaxing and doing a whole lot of nothing as we relaxed the evening away after dinner and our evening showers. I did this, writing, as I'm doing now. Well, not actually but I was spending time with Spirit.
Spirit was top of mind for a short spell, really most of the evening before I crawled into bed. For even as I was contemplating my next move with the model railroad layout Spirit was with me.
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot is the “Guide of Coins: Seeing the magic in the mundane. Spiritual fulfillment from nature. Finding joy in the ordinary” and this is confirmed and supported by the “Ace of Coins: A gift of security. Starting to build or construct something. A fertile environment" which itself, is in turn supported by the “Guide of Coins".
What does all this mean?
We are the power and creative force we wish to have in our lives. How is this possible? B always being mindful of and respectful of the fact that we are very much a part of this world and without this world, we are nothing, and we cannot exist without it. We can if we choose harness the great power and energy of Gaia and take those creative thoughts and bring them into reality. Have no doubt...believe...have a little faith...be the creative force that you are.
Life is such a precious gift that we must not let it all go to waste for naught. Let's create and build our lives and do what we can to "save the world", if you will. Be thankful and ever grateful that you got open your eyes this morning.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

Monday, March 23, 2015
Monday, March 23rd, 2015. The weekend is over and the work week has begun. We out to celebrate another birthday yesterday having lunch (The Fish Shack), catching a movie (Life is Easy with Eyes Closed), and grabbing an afternoon snack (The Fountainhead Pub) before returning home.
Our evening was rather quiet and we again had light snacks instead of a full dinner and then crawled into bed. Sleep was deep and complete even with awaking about an hour before the alarm. I'm battling the onset of a cold however at this point I appear to be winning the battle.
Again through recognition of my relationship with and my understanding of how I am a part of the greater cosmos I communed with Tarot.
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot is the “Youth of Wands: Focusing attention on something. Reaching for a goal from a possibly unsteady foundation” with much insight coming from “XIX The Sun: The best moments in life are rooted in the ordinary. Contentment. Optimism. Ordinariness. Satisfaction from a job well done. Familiarity.”
Free spiritedness can become troublesome if not kept in check through a balance of meditation and positive actions in our lives. We must always be mindful of our connection with Spirit and our connection with and roles in the universe.
Thank You Spirit.

The 8 of Coins with Context Given by the 5 of Swords
Sunday, March 22, 2015. We had a very pleasant day yesterday. The weather brightened up and we each did our own thing. I hit the gym in the morning, then proceeded to play around with my model railroad layout on and off throughout the day in between reading a few pertinent magazine articles on the subject so as to be better prepared for the work ahead.
I'm trying to develop new skills as well as allow my natural talents to come through and this brings us to today's visiting Tarot, “8 of Coins: The Factory. Skill and mastery. Tedious, repetitive labour. Slow and methodical progress" with context coming from the “5 of Swords: The Tennis Game. Being overly competitive. A game which gets out of hand. A pattern of always needing to win, or to lose..”
I'm doing my best to follow my passions realizing I know nothing and have a lot to learn as well as the fact that even if we follow our passions, the work we put into them can become repetitive, tedious, and slow. Also we must overcome the psyche of life being about winning and losing, either against others or even ourselves. Life is about learning to connect with and allow Spirit to flow through us so we travel through life knowing and understanding the meaning of life as well as the fact that it's not always an easy road to travel.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

2 of Swords and the 8 of Wands
Saturday, March 21st, 2015. Sleep was upon us soon as we crawled into bed. I had a decent enough sleep and awoke with a clear and unencumbered mind.
I quickly got into rhythm with Spirit and Tarot and today's Tarot is the “2 of Swords: Meditation. Closing your eyes to outer circumstances in order to gain perspective or to avoid a decision. Refusing to act” with further guidance coming from the “8 of Wands: Movement. Everything is falling into place. People or circumstances are aligning to facilitate the achievement of your goals. Matters are rapidly reaching a conclusion. A group combines their energies while maintaining individuality.”
To create real and meaningful movement in our lives we must close our eyes and truly get in touch with Spirit through deep meditation and the opening of our eyes and spirit so we connect with our deeper selves and learn how we can best create that forward momentum we desire in our lives. We must be active participants in our lives in order to fully live them. Deep meditation keeps us closely in touch with Spirit, with Gaia, with all that is, was, and ever will be. We need to be engaged.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The 10 of Cups and the 3 of Wands
Friday, March 20th, 2015. Happy Spring/Ostara. The evenings are quiet and relaxing these days and I'm quite enjoying them. I spiritually strong, balanced, and enlightened and I finally making some headway with my long dreamed about hobby.
The work has come to a quiet close and the office and warehouse got cleaned up in the process. The weekend is here and it's time to unwind and relax in deeper and more meaningful ways. Both the Sun and the Moon moved into Aries and this points to another birthday celebration, mine!
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today's Tarot is the “10 of Cups: The Ideal. Your secret dreams. Attainment. Unrealistic, wishful thinking" with some sway being provided by the “3 of Wands: Leaving the nest. Seeing progress. Something or someone you have nurtured must now strike out on their own.”
Although, most days I am filled with a deep and profound happiness and state of well-being today is a little bit different. I still deeply and profoundly happy and content but something under the surface is poking at me and wanting some attention but I'm not sure what is quite yet. I have an inkling but nothing solid to go on for the moment.
I'm back after a dinner break with friends. We met up with four friends and had drinks and dinner at the Hub here in New Westminster. As was our last experience at this place the food and drinks were good however it was too loud to really and truly enjoy the experience but will not complain too loudly as we'll likely go back again as this our fourth time there.
I understand the underlying poke I've been getting today and that is to be more free with myself and my partner and let our relationship blossom and flourish as is meant to be. This comes from a deep and profound spiritual connection with the cosmos as well as a deep appreciation and understanding of life and the gift of life that we've all received. What a blessing!
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The 9 of Coins and X The Wheel of Life
Thursday, March 19th, 2015. Last evening after the gym and dinner was a bit shopping, taking a shower and before long crawling into bed. Although, I did read a little out of "The Digitrax Big Book of DCC". I have yet to wrap my head around DCC but I'm confident I'll get to understanding the whole process and the wiring that goes along with it.
Spirit Is and Spirit is in every atom of my being and today's Tarot is the “9 of Coins: Rewards. Enjoying the fruits of your labour. Well-deserved enjoyment” with much direction coming from the “X The Wheel of Life: If life on the rim makes you dizzy, move to the centre. Awareness of the cycles of life. Equanimity. A change in fortunes. Guidance from your future or past self.”
As we go about our lives it important to remember we must always make real time to really and substantively enjoy the fruits of our labour through enhancing the power of our spirits in our lives by celebrating spiritually and wholesomely as possible. Celebrating in ways that go beyond the usual mode of celebration. Celebrate with a smile, celebrate with good deeds, celebrate by lifting another up and make theirs a brighter day.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The 5 of Wands and the 10 of Cups
Wednesday, March 18th, 2015. Another quiet evening at home. I flipped through some model train magazines, tossed around a few ideas about my layout, and did a little bit of internet research on a few train supplies. This on top of allowing Tarot to course through my mind and every atom of my being so I could gain a better understanding of yesterday's Tarot.
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot is the “5 of Wands: The Hockey Game. The project meets resistance. Testing one’s ideas against others. An enjoyable struggle. Competition in the marketplace" with further insight from the “10 of Cups: The Ideal. Your secret dreams. Attainment. Unrealistic, wishful thinking."
Empower yourself by overcoming your fears and obstacles. Empowerment brings about a change in attitude and the ability to turn challenges into successes. Reaching your destiny is and should always be about choice not fate.
Life is not easy, we all know that however more often than not we make it more difficult than it needs to be and this I see as one of the great obstacles for us all to overcome. Let's not turn a blind eye to or bury our heads in the sand in order to avoid our responsibilities over our own lives. You're not a victim of fate unless you let yourself be one.
Let's enjoy the struggle we call life and make it a more joyful struggle where we can laugh and cry and still enjoy the ride.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

X The Wheel of Life and the 2 of Swords.
Tuesday, March 17th, 2015. Happy Saint Patrick's Day!
Other than that, I'm at a loss for words and maybe this is a good thing.
Last night was another typical quiet evening at home. No gym, just plain and simple relaxation, relaxation that I missed on the weekend, as enjoyable as it was.
Today's visiting Tarot is “X The Wheel of Life: If life on the rim makes you dizzy, move to the centre. Awareness of the cycles of life. Equanimity. A change in fortunes. Guidance from your future or past self” with a small piece of advice coming from the 2 of Swords: Meditation. Closing your eyes to outer circumstances in order to gain perspective or to avoid a decision. Refusing to act."
We are not prisoners of fate nor do we have to accept destiny for what it is. Our very act of living life can affect change in our futures. Accept this responsibility and affect change in your life. Be a participant with fate and create the destiny you wish to have.
A great quote I read in the "Surrey Coffee News", Volume 4:48A reads:
"I wish I could stand on a busy corner, hat in hand and beg people to throw me all of their wasted time." -- Bernard Berenson
Don't waste any more time wishfully thinking about a better future, a different destiny, or a way to overcome fate. Get up onto your feet and do something about. Be an active participant your life and make it happen. Otherwise, life will pass you by and you'll be looking at the reflection of an old person that you'll soon discover to be yourself, left wondering how life passed you by.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

Sage of Cups, XX Beyond Judgement, the Sage of Swords, and the 8 of Coins
Sunday, March 15th, 2015. I ran a few errands in the morning including picking up a few donuts and muffins from our local Tim Hortons for our breakfast yesterday then it was off to celebrate the day with a movie (Wild Tales (Relatos Salvajes)) and dinner out (Burgoo on 4th). It was a great afternoon and evening out as the heavy rains that soaked me in the morning as I went out to get donuts became a beautiful partially sunny afternoon and evening.
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot Card is the “Sage of Cups: Emotional maturity. A good mediator or counsellor” with direction coming from “XX Beyond Judgement: Self-acceptance must come before liberation. Freedom from others’ expectations. Trying to make conditions better for others. Altruism. Pride. Self-acceptance.”
Today is about putting to good use our growth and evolution into wholesome beings where we have a deeper and more meaningful understanding of life and this world into helping others. This life is not simply about us as individuals it's about us as the world population and how we can best impact it by touching the lives of others, of those around us that can also touch us as well as impact our own lives.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.
Monday, March 16th, 2014. The birthday weekend as well as the 100th Anniversary of the New Westminster Symphony Orchestra are behind us. We had two busy days filled with activity but all-in-all it was quite fun and entertaining.
Although, I would have the like the day's activities to end a bit earlier yesterday than eight o'clock as we had our grocery run to make and I needed to take a shower. So it was pretty much hit the store, put the groceries away, take a shower and hop into bed. I think this weekend's festivities may have played a role in the dreams I remember. I was trying to find a couple of kittens that were hiding in the back of the stove. In another I was in on a sandy road that had a turn-off to a beach that was closed and I could overhear two people talking where one guy was pleading with the other to have the gate open. I was with someone else pushing a bike up this sandy road that led to sand dunes and another road. Then the alarm sounded.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot is the “Sage of Swords: Making a mature, informed decision. Being too judgmental. Mediating a dispute” with some opposition coming from the “8 of Coins: The Factory. Skill and mastery. Tedious, repetitive labour. Slow and methodical progress."
Resist the urge to pass judgment especially on yourself. Do your best to find the impartiality needed so you can clearly see and define what it is the you need to leave behind you. There is something that you need and must let go of.
I have to do the same. Especially, guilt and regret along with the fear of what others may think of me if I wear my spirituality so-to-speak as well as possibly take up solo lifestyle on occasion. I feel a strong need to envelop myself with Spirit and to live alone for a spell. My relationship couldn't be better however I'm in need of aloneness.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

Saturday, March 14th. I wish a very Happy Birthday to my partner.
And I'm also giving a shout-out to Robin Larkspur of Wiccan Writes as she popped into my mind as I got on with my day through communion with Spirit and Tarot.
Another well deserved quiet evening at home was had last night and a decent night of sleep followed albeit with an early morning awaking. So I mingled with ageless and timeless Spirit and Tarot for a spell as the “9 of Coins: Rewards. Enjoying the fruits of your labour. Well-deserved enjoyment” and the Sage of Coins: Working with resources rather than trying to control them. A mature appreciation of the natural world. Patience." revealed their messages for this day.
As we mature, grow, and evolve on this journey of life our ideal should be to grow closer to Spirit and the energy that "is, was, and always will be". We need to find ourselves and our connection with Spirit so that we understand and live the true meaning of life. Although we do not seemingly live in an ideal world we can do our best to have and to live ideal lives and if and when we do, and yes this is possible we will be able truly enjoy the "fruits of our labour".
And one of the best ways we can do this is through working in harmony with the cosmos, doing our best to live fully and truthfully, lifting ourselves up so we can help others do the same for themselves.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The Man of Swords and the 9 of Cups
Friday, March 13th, 2015. Another quiet and fulfilling evening at home after a day of work. Our evenings are just perfect for us as we are doing our best to live life fully as well as with purpose and by being active participants in our own lives. The night of sleep was good and again dreams were active but I'm failing in my attempts to remember recording them upon awaking.
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot Card is the "Man of Swords: A rational, scientific approach. A thorough investigation” with plenty of help coming from the “9 of Cups: Serendipity. Satisfaction. Everything is going well.”
Today is about using reason and logic to get to the bottom of matters of some importance in our lives. Although we often rely heavily on our intuition because it never lets us down today is not one of those days. Today requires a more mindful approach to the situation at hand as hard facts are needed to work our way through the weeds so-to-speak. In the end our efforts will be worthwhile as the situation will be brought to a fruitful conclusion.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The 4 of Coins and VIII Justice
Thursday, March 12th, 2015. A decent night's sleep came after yet another quiet evening at home, well save for an unannounced visit by a friend but a quiet night none-the-less. Oh, and we did eat a late dinner out at Ki Sushi here in New Westminster.
I had some dreams I was hoping I'd remember however, as soon as the alarm sounded the dreams faded into distant memory. Darn!
Today's visiting Tarot Card is the “4 of Coins: The Lighting Director. A position of power. Wanting to control how others perceive things” with much guidance coming from “VIII Justice: Even today, gays can be the victims of “justice”. An unfair judgment. Being too judgemental or righteous. Feeling restricted by others’ expectations.”
Never abuse the position of power you may find yourself in. In fact, if you hold a position of power it is incumbent upon you and realistically your utmost responsibility to do your part to lift others up spiritually. This is best done by example--how you lead your life and how you use your position of power in dealing with others. If you, if we are living our lives through the blessings and gifts of Spirit we will do our best to be diplomatic and compassionate in our dealings with others on this our wonderful journey of life.
Oops!
Yesterday's visiting Tarot Card is the “6 of Coins: Dependence. Resentment because of financial dependence on another. Charity. An unequal relationship" with a dampening effect being provided by the “9 of Swords: Unquiet Dreams. Stress. Worries. Mental tapes which play over and over.”
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The Guide of Swords and XII The Hanged Man
Tuesday, March 10th, 2015. Last night is a complete blur. I was battling my bodies need of sleep until the moment I crawled into bed. I tried watching the six o'clock news but missed most of it as my eyes kept closing and I struggled to keep them open. I did feel a bit more awake after dinner and my shower but sleep quickly fell upon me as I crawled under the blankets.
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot Card is the “Guide of Swords: A wider perspective. Altruistic thoughts. Messages from the higher self" with further guidance coming from “XII The Hanged Man: Living in the moment. Being fully absorbed in the present. Nonattachment to goals. Seeing things from a new angle."
Surrender. Allow patience, prudence, and trust to be your guides as you break away from the bonds of what is holding you back and as you embark on a new and necessary journey. Allow the gift of intuition and higher knowledge to work in your life as you find your way forward. Healing and renewal are at work in your life today.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The 3 of Wands and the Man of Coins
Monday, March 9th, 2015. Yesterday, with awaking early and the time, that is moving into Daylight Savings I thought for sure I'd have a superb night's sleep. It didn't happen. Although I slept I think I was awake more than what I slept and awoke feeling tired and drove home feeling even more tired. I was seriously afraid that I'd fall asleep at any moment however, I didn't and managed to get home without sleep setting in.
Thank You Spirit.
Today's visiting Tarot Card is the “3 of Wands: Leaving the nest. Seeing progress. Something or someone you have nurtured must now strike out on their own” with some extra thoughts being provided by the “Man of Coins: Responsible and hard-working. Reliable. Dependable."
Never be satisfied with the way things are. Always be on the lookout for ways to improve your life. One such way is to be filled with spirit and open to communion with the cosmic energy that inhabits us all. Be at peace and in harmony with Gaia and all of her inhabitants and never allow yourself to put yourself above another for you shall surely fall. We are human after all and as part of being human we are not perfect and make mistakes. But the good thing is that we can learn, change, and grow and eventually do things better than before.
Today is a day of spiritual fulfillment and satisfaction from having attained a great and awesome oneness with the divine. Cherish the experience...
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The 7 of Coins with Support from the Youth of Coins
Sunday, March 8th, 2015. "International Women's Day"
Let's do what we can to ensure that women are treated fairly, respectfully, as equals, and as valuable citizens of our society. Let's all stand up for women.
"Die Fledermaus", also known as "The Bat". What a wonderful and lighthearted opera we took in last night. We left home around 5:00pm, had a great dinner at Tacofino before briskly walking to the theatre to escape the chill filling the air as the setting sun disappeared under the horizon.
After the wonderful opera was over we simply headed back home, cleaned up, and crawled into bed. Saturday was another lazy day for us although I did get to the gym and played around with model railroad layout quite a bit. Oh, we did get out of the house for an early afternoon coffee but didn't enjoy it very much--too early for an afternoon coffee, I guess.
And here I am awake early after a late night, getting into bed well after midnight. I'm skipping the gym today, confident that I'll be there tomorrow after work. Today is likely to be another fairly quiet day. We'll do our weekly grocery run, maybe go out for an afternoon coffee but other than that I see ourselves doing our usual routine.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot Card is the “7 of Coins: Chores. Resting after a job well done. Contemplating life's cycles and changes. Planning your next move. Clearing out what's unnecessary in your life to make way for something new” with further support and guidance from the “Youth of Coins: Focusing on the physical. Beginning a regimen. Matters relating to nutrition and exercise."
Don't always feel compelled to work or stay busy all of the time. At home, make time for yourself as we all need down time and as much as we think we cannot afford to stop and sit and take time out from our busy, hectic schedules, it's a must, that we have to make time to do. Taking time for one's self is not be selfish, it's been realistic and honest with what our needs are. We all need to make time to rest, relax, and rejuvenate and this includes taking a time-out from the 24/7 technology we hold in our hands for far too long, our Smartphone's.
So make today a truly lazy day, if you're not working nor have any pressing matters or concerns to attend to. Remember a lot of the time we give far too much importance to things that just do not need our immediate attention. Relax mind and body today. Breathe in the nourishing essence of Spirit and let Spirit restore your soul, body, and mind.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

V The Priest and the Sage of Coins
Saturday, March 7th, 2015. The illusive weekend is here once again. Although my job is not bad at all I do enjoy my weekends and I also enjoy the lazy evenings we've been having for so very long. I enjoy the relaxed lifestyle we have created for ourselves and make no apologies for it. The reason I'm enjoying this lifestyle and journey so much is that I'm in a comfortable home, engaged in a hobby I've been passionate about for years, am going to add another facet to this is as well, and I'm engaged in spiritual journey that has been with and me for an eternity.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot Card is “V The Priest: The best way to help others is to help them make their own decisions. Wisdom. Advice. A ceremony or ritual” with a bit of direction coming from the “Sage of Coins: Working with resources rather than trying to control them. A mature appreciation of the natural world. Patience."
My heart is beating in tune with, in unison with the heartbeat of the universe. My path is set and I'm on a journey that I must follow through to the end. I as we all are am filled with the eternal wisdom of the cosmos and the ancestors that travelled this path before me our now guiding my way.
We are all connected to the ancient and unfailing wisdom of the cosmos and if we are willing to hear it, to listen to it, to open our eyes, minds, and spirits to its calling and work in harmony with it a whole new world will open up for us. What appears before us may appear daunting however if we listen to our inner voices and let our instincts guide us we will embark on a journey and live life in ways unimaginable.
Respect and love life. Respect and love each other.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

IX The Hermit and the 5 of Coins
Friday, March 6th, 2015. Happy Friday!
Another quiet evening and a decent night's sleep prepared me for a bit of a hectic day. My role at the job is becoming quite pivotal and critical to the company, the owners, and my fellow employees. As I mentioned to my partner this evening I feel like I'm being surrounded by everyone as they walk around me in a circle asking me to do this and that for them or asking me a million different questions. But all is good as I'm doing my best now to take notes and prioritize everything in an order that makes sense.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot Card is “IX The Hermit: To fully understand something, sometimes you must escape it. Gaining perspective. Solitude. Study” with reasons being offered by the “5 of Coins: Hard Times. Material difficulties. Lack of money. People in adversity helping each other."
As I mentioned on twitter, worry and trouble look to the past and the future and faith looks within. For whatever ails us, one of the best actions we can take is to look within for the guidance and answers we are seeking or maybe even don't know that we should be seeking. Meditation calms the mind and opens our centres for direct communication and communion with the divine, with the all encompassing energy that ties this world together. Harmonize with the cosmos and the cosmos will do it's best to work with us and guide us along the path we need to follow.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The 9 of Coins and the 3 of Wands
Thursday, March 5th, 2015. Life is simply humming along as I do my best to hear, listen to and co-operate with the cosmos. I do my best to transcend mistakes I make such as losing my temper while driving on the road or if a less than polite thought of a person crosses my mind. Thankfully, these occurrences are becoming less and less and a insignificant part of daily routine. Our evenings are quiet, pleasant, fulfilling, and quite satisfying overall.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot Card is the “9 of Coins: Rewards. Enjoying the fruits of your labour. Well-deserved enjoyment” with some suggestions coming from the “3 of Wands: Leaving the nest. Seeing progress. Something or someone you have nurtured must now strike out on their own.”
We have access to a lot of knowledge and wisdom if we can turn off the volume of the external world long enough for us to listen to and hear it and then let it pass through us for others to experience too! Tapping into the traditions of humanity including our own ancestors can fill us with a breadth of knowledge and wisdom that will open up avenues to achievement and success.
We need to be open to learning, growing, and evolving so we can enjoy life on the deepest level possible, enjoyment that has to experienced in the deepest parts of ourselves to be understood as it is beyond human comprehension.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The 3 of Coins and a Bit of the 9 of Cups
Wednesday, March 4th, 2015. A day on the job that had many a hiccup to it yet seemingly ended quite well. Tomorrow will tell the whole story about today's work day so that's it for work talk.
Last night was a quiet evening and enjoyable one as I had a great conversation with my sister as well as my nephew then I relaxed flipping through my model railroad magazines and doing a bit of online research about a few model train supplies.
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot Card is the “3 of Coins: A child’s room. Creating a positive environment for someone. Work done for the pleasure of it" with the “9 of Cups: Serendipity. Satisfaction. Everything is going well" also making an appearance to clarify the reason for the “3 of Coins" showing up today.
The universe is singing to us today and we need to do our part delve deep within ourselves so we can hear it and the message that will allow us to release our creative energy out into the world and be more free, loving and able to harness the energy of the universe to create a positive space in our lives. Release your dreams to the care of the universe knowing full well that the message has received, heard, and acted upon.
Believe and do your part and welcome the influence of the universe into your life.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The Guide of Coins with a Little Challenge from the 5 of Swords
Tuesday, March 3rd, 2015. Life is humming along quite nicely. We're both working, doing well all around and are enjoying our relaxing evenings at home as we did last night. We're ever thankful and grateful for what we have and where we are in life at the moment. Could things be better? Sure but we never expect or ask for more than what we have for far too many in this world are going without.
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot Card is a repeat from yesterday, the “Guide of Coins: Seeing the magic in the mundane. Spiritual fulfillment from nature. Finding joy in the ordinary” with some challenge coming from the “5 of Swords: The Tennis Game. Being overly competitive. A game which gets out of hand. A pattern of always needing to win, or to
I am who I am and have no need to compare myself to others or even worry about what they think of me. I am my own person and can have my own likes, dislikes, loves, and passions and have no need to explain where I coming from. I'm connected with the cosmos as we all are and am doing my best to enjoy this wonderful journey known as life.
For most people I'm likely a boring person who enjoys boring things however for me everyday life is a joy to behold. Wasn't always the case but as I've delved more into Spirit as well as within my true being and identity I understand myself, my place, and my role in life much better today than I did ten years ago, even yesterday. Each day is full of learning and opportunities as long as we keep our eyes, hearts, and spirits open long enough to take notice of them.
Find acceptance and happiness with what you have and doors will be opened for you, just be willing to look and do you part to see them and most of all walk through them. Life works with you if you work with it.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The Guide of Coins and the Man of Cups
Monday, March 2nd, 2015. Happy Monday!
The weekend was satisfying, fulfilling and a total joy to experience. I enjoyed the pursuit of my hobby, model railroading, a passion I've had for over forty years.
I piddled around with my layout for most of the day and ideas for my layout even crept into my morning workout yesterday and my dreams last night. But I'm okay with that as great ideas come in the strangest of ways so come on ideas...yay!
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot Card is the “Guide of Coins: Seeing the magic in the mundane. Spiritual fulfilment from nature. Finding joy in the ordinary” with some other ideas coming from “Man of Cups: An emotional adventurer. Tendency to want to emotionally rescue others. Drawn to emotional crises.”
I'm happy with where I am and with what I have in my life. Do I need more in my life? Not really. The only wish I have is trade my current old RV for a newer van conversion--reason being is that I would like a newer and more streamlined vehicle to cruise around in as I or we go about our little quick get-a-ways out of Vancouver every now and then.
I've been watching a couple of DVD's that feature some Canadian railroads and what a joy it is to be watching them especially the "Cab Ride" along the Canadian Pacific mountain line between Golden and Revelstoke. The lines of rail mixed with the passing landscape fill me with much peace, love, joy, and serenity. Seeing this landscape pass by the window of the cab, is a perfect representation of the “Guide of Coins". This card further solidifies my desire to lead a more mobile lifestyle.
Be one with nature for a spell. Allow a walk in the park or a stroll along a river, lake, or ocean enchant you and fill you with the spirit of life so you can find true joy and pleasure from the simplistic experience of nature.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

XXI The World and XI Strength
Sunday, March 1st, 2015. A new month is upon us and my how quickly does time pass. Around the middle of January I received a notification that my car insurance expires on March 2nd. Back then I thought I had a lot of time to get to this then yesterday I awake to the fact that I need to renew my car insurance. Where did the 30 to 45 days go? It's been a busy and somewhat hectic start to the year.
Whew! Time flies when you're having fun...
Yesterday, I started the day off with Tarot, a quick coffee and a great morning workout at the gym then I got to work on my model railroad layout first with a trip to Home Depot for some lumber then back home where I accomplished more yet less than I wanted to however I'm happy with the progress.
We also did our weekly grocery run in the afternoon before returning home to simply relax and let the night slowly pass by after a disappointing mushy fish dinner. Not sure what is happening with the sole filets these days but every piece of fish we pick up from the grocery is a disappointment. But we made up for it with a nice bedtime tea and a couple of cookies.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot Card is “XXI The World: Life can be a heavy burden or a joyful one, it is mostly up to you. Transcending your circumstances by changing them or accepting what can’t be changed” with more direction coming by way of “XI Strength: Directing your passions, rather than suppressing them, is the key. Finding healthy outlets for powerful energies.”
Keep an open and learning mind. Never let yourself feel like you know it all as this a great indicator that as much as you think you know you really know nothing at all. Always awake each day with a willingness to learn and gain new knowledge for the universal consciousness and life force is within us all if we only allow ourselves to feel and experience it in all its glory.
Our journey is one of awakening, awakening to the oneness of the universe that is waiting for us to awake and finally come home to our own creation, our true selves. Marvel at the journey you are on, experience it, really experience it beyond your humanity, experience with your soul, your spirit that is free of containment, that has no boundaries or restrictions, that can experience life and the world far beyond the limitations of your human condition.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.
