Tuesday, July 19, 2016. Surprisingly after a night of sweating up a storm last night I awoke not feeling terribly bad. I'm not sure what I was suffering from but I awoke sometime last night with a nasty headache and soaked in sweat. I was feeling nauseous but that quickly passed and once I had some coffee and an apple in the morning I was feeling much, much better.
Stopped for lunch at a rest area just outside of Chilliwack. Likely still in Abbotsford but that's not really important.
Besides, it's a work day but I'm doing my best to enjoy my lunchtime as cars speed by on the highway behind me. I'm relaxing at a picnic table as I contemplate today's Tarot, "I The Magician: To live fully, one must create a life, not merely react to it. Creativity. Ability. Making something happen.”
I just finished reading on a social networking app from an anonymous post that said something like this: "May your decisions be based on what you like not what you fear."
Have my decisions been based on what I like? Not really. If I think about it honestly, for the past nine or ten years I've been acting out of fear more than from what I'm most passionate about--travelling in an RV and following my nomadic tendencies, learning and teaching about Spirit, Nature, and Tarot. This is a raw and honest assessment that makes me realise I'm living a lie. I've been living my life fearfully rather than passionately. How unfortunate but now it's time to change rather than wallow in this realisation.
It's been an enlightening few minutes for me and I'm loving it. No more fear, Wizard Oron!
You're a Spiritual Guidance Counsellor and you have much to offer this wonderful world we live especially with the billions of others that share it with you. Get to it!
Thoughts and dreams last night as well as today are about camping in many of the local provincial parks and campgrounds as well as private campgrounds that dot the landscape around metro Vancouver. These inclinations, if I may call them that, are welling up inside of me and creating quite the energy force that's compelling to do my absolute best to make this happen. And one way is through advertising--car door magnets on the camper van...gotta like it!
