Wednesday, December 31st, 2014. Happy Wednesday and Happy Last Day of 2014.
We had a quiet evening at home last night and a good night of sleep soon followed. I did open my eyes a couple of times over the course of my sleep however I awoke feeling rested, refreshed and ready to get on with the day. I have the day off so I'm more eager to get out of bed.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot Card is the “Ace of Coins: A gift of security. Starting to build or construct something. A fertile environment" with support from the “Sage of Coins: Working with resources rather than trying to control them. A mature appreciation of the natural world. Patience."
If we harness the power of Spirit in our lives we can move forward with success, we adopt success as a state of mind, as a state of being. We must allow ourselves to become the definition of success. This is easily accomplished if we work with rather than try to control the energies around us.
This is a great day to allow success into our lives as the Moon is in Taurus and as it is New Year's Eve, what better way to ring in 2015 than with a success state of mind and well-being?
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The Sage of Wands ad the 4 of Swords
Tuesday, December 30th, 2014. Happy Tuesday!
A great workout at the gym, a decent dinner, a quiet evening, and a hot cup of "Sleepytime" Tea made for a great night's sleep. I actually awoke a few minutes before the alarm. If this had been a Saturday or Sunday I would have leapt out of bed but a work day was ahead so I just laid in wait for the alarm.
Today's visiting Tarot Card is the “Sage of Wands: Wanting to change the world. Changing your environment by winning others over to your viewpoint. Critical acclaim. Politics" with some support from the “4 of Swords: Napping Between Rehearsals. Resting and gathering strength for the next phase. A vacation or “time out”.”
Can any of us take a leadership roles in our lives whether it be at home, on the job, or in some other facet where we can truly make a difference? If we allow ourselves to be guided by Spirit and let our creativity flow perhaps we can use these, our creative talents to bring change t the world. As it has been many times before, if we want change in the world we have to be that change. We through our talents and passions can make positive progress in our lives and the lives of others and make the world a little better, a little brighter, and a little more positive for someone.
Let's be that change however do our best to maintain our strength and energy levels so we can continue to do our positive works through getting plenty of rest and exercise and living healthy, positive lives.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The Youth of Wands
Monday, December 29th, 2014. Happy Monday!
I had a terrible night of sleep last night. I don't think I sleep more than a couple of hours if that. I wanted nothing more than to ignore the alarm and stay in bed, roll over and fall back to sleep. But alas, I had a work day ahead of me so out of bed I got.
Last night was a relaxing evening and I did fall asleep rather well I suppose but perhaps the energy of the evening and the thoughts of Tarot Cards and model trains that I had swirling around in my mind kept me from having a good night's sleep and rest. So I shall see what tonight will bring.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot Card is the “Youth of Wands: Focusing attention on something. Reaching for a goal from a possibly unsteady foundation" with further clarity brought about by the “10 of Wands: The Burden. Responsibilities. Obligations. Overcommitting yourself. Realizing that burdens are a part of life”
I have creative ideas, passions that I working on with an eye toward the independent future that I see the m bringing to me. However, I need to develop a more solid foundation for myself so that I can bring enough individual focus and attention on each of them so that I find success with each of them. I need to pay attention to the energy around me as well as my own and ensure that I'm always in sync with the cosmos so that my energy is always supported by and in support with the universe so that my goals are no longer goals but rather successes.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The 10 of Coins, 10 of Wands and the 4 of Coins
Sunday, December 28th, 2014. Yesterday was an alright day. My partner had a haircut as I waited in the food court in Aberdeen Centre, having lunch and perusing my Tarot Card books as well as a photo of my model railroad layout. My partner soon joined me, had lunch and then we headed out to south Surrey to get a ham for our New Year’s Eve dinner.
Upon returning home I had my hair trimmed then we made our to my brother’s place to join him and an uncle and his girlfriend for a post-Christmas visit, my brother lives in Surrey just fifteen minutes away from us and our uncle and girlfriend live in Vernon, about 5 hours hour away. The visit, conversation and snacking food was as good as always and we all parted company around 10:00pm.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Cards are the “10 of Coins: History. A knowledge of and appreciation for history. Seeing your concerns in a larger context. Seeing your life as a story; who is the author?” and the “10 of Wands: The Burden. Responsibilities. Obligations. Overcommitting yourself. Realizing that burdens are a part of life” with clarification from the “4 of Coins: The Lighting Director. A position of power. Wanting to control how others perceive things.”
As I more and more become the author of my own life I realize that my burdens are of my own doing and not really burdens at all but rather, lessons learned and to be learned. In addition, they are opportunities to grow and blossom spiritually as I understand my place in life as well as the meaning of life as it pertains to me, something that is different for each of us and something that each of us must discover on our own. As I open my mind to the universe and to Spirit the knowledge and understanding I gain opens my mind, eyes, and spirit to the wonders of life, some of which are simple, mundane, and ordinary—things which get lost in the fast-paced lives we live and the constant need to have more and more exciting extrasensory experiences to satisfy our senses.
Go into our collective past, your own past and discover the future. Drop our Smartphone’s, computers, tablets, and game boxes and delve into our minds—places of wonder, open to discovery, and amazing special effects and answers, if we only dare give ourselves the chance to discover them.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

Christmas in Seattle
Saturday, December 27th, 2014. A happy rainy and dark Saturday welcomed us out of bed. After a quick trip down to Seattle we’re back home. After I finished my work day we headed south. The drive was uneventful as was the customs and border crossing. Upon checking into our room we headed out to rustle up some dinner for ourselves if we found any open establishments on Christmas Eve.
Much to our surprise several stores, bars, pubs, and restaurants were open. One such place was Edge of the Circle Books. So in we went so I could browse the store. I love this establishment and as proof of this I walked out of there $60 lighter in the pocket but carrying a new Tarot deck, “Tarot, The Kingdom Within” by Juno Lucina and Shannon ThornFeather and a t-shirt by “The Mountain” company.
After which we looked for food to satiate our hunger and into Charlie’s Bar and Grill we found ourselves going. Was the food awesome, not by a long-shot but it was good and the atmosphere was cozy and the server friendly and a pleasure to interact with.
Soon we were back in our room snuggled up in bed as sleep settled in. Thank You Spirit.
Christmas Eve’s visiting Tarot Card is “X The Wheel of Life: If life on the rim makes you dizzy, move to the centre. Awareness of the cycles of life. Equanimity. A change in fortunes. Guidance from your future or past self” with hints from the “9 of Wands: Don’t mess with me. Defensiveness. Putting up barriers to avoid intimacy.”
Christmas Day’s visiting Tarot Card is “XXI The World: Life can be a heavy burden or a joyful one, it is mostly up to you. Transcending your circumstances by changing them or accepting what can’t be changed” with further hints from the “8 of Swords: The Crowded Subway. Restriction. Being trapped by your own biases and prejudices. Feeling lonely in a crowd.”
Boxing Day’s (December 26th) visiting Tarot Card is the “6 of Cups: Happy Birthday. Fond memories. A gift given in friendship or love” with some hints from the “6 of Coins: Dependence. Resentment because of financial dependence on another. Charity. An unequal relationship.”
Today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “Guide of Wands: Feeling possessed by a creative project or inspiration. Being inspired to help others. Doing what’s right” with a hint or two from the “7 of Swords: The Messenger. Carrying your plans through obstacles. Speed is important. Someone brings news or a message. Carelessness.”
The sights, sounds, experiences, and dreams over the last several days leads me to believe that I must do more to change myself so that I have a more powerful and positive impact on the world no matter how small of an impact it may be. I feel really good, more than good really when Spirit is strong in my life and when this is the case I feel that I am radiating out into the world positive and loving energy that permeates the space around me and fills people in the area with hope, love, and optimism. And the great thing is that we can all do this in our own small, little worlds and in fact some of you out there may have a bigger impact than you think. So stand tall, spread your wings and fill the world with love, light, and hope.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The Ace of Wands and the 7 of Cups
Tuesday, December 23rd, 2014. Last evening is a faint memory even though it’s only a mere 24 hours ago. I remember dinner, playing around briefly with my model railroad layout, and flipping through my model railroad magazines however this does not seem to make up an entire evening. However, I slept well even with a quick wake-up or two.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “Ace of Wands: A creative inspiration. The beginning of a project or venture” and is tempered by the “7 of Cups: The Bookstore. Choosing between different approaches. Contemplating choices when you should be acting.”
Contemplation is no longer an option as the time for action is now and now is the time I am going to act on my creative inspiration that is leading to a great project and venture. I arrived at this conclusion upon seeing in my inbox an email from a spiritual university regarding meditation, meditation that was on my mind throughout the day yesterday that also inspired many spiritual thoughts throughout my workday today.
An epiphany perhaps or a serendipitous and/or synchronistic happening that leads me to believe that spirit is the way to live a unique and productive life.
Thank You Spirit.

The 2 of Coins and the Ace of Swords
Monday, December 22nd, 2014. Another day of sleep and active dreams. The night was a lot longer than I expected it to be. My dreams were eye-opening, educational and encouraging as Spirit’s presence was with me throughout the night.
Last night we made a jaunt down to our local favourite Greek restaurant to celebrate for the third year in a row and at the same restaurant, our friend’s birthday. The food as always was good. The restaurant being close and it being a workday today we made it home early enough to relax and unwind for the evening before hitting the bed.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “2 of Coins: Tai Chi. Flexibility. “Going with the flow”. Living in tune with your environment” that is tempered by the “Ace of Swords: An idea. Starting to develop a plan or strategy.”
Both the “2 of Coins” and the “Ace of Swords” have meaning for me today. My dreams being such as they were emphasized my need to be more in tune with Spirit and Nature through working more with Tarot and my Chakras as well as by taking and making time to meditate. In one dream I was crying and crying out over the lack of Spirit in my life; in another I was...I lost the memory of the other couple I dreams I had...darn...
But these dreams along with a news piece that just aired make me well aware that I need to build a stronger spiritual life for myself and focus much more attention on this side of my life now and where I believe I need to go to make my life even more spiritually strong and fulfilling.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

XVII The Star with Clarification from XIII Death
Sunday, December 21, 2014. Merry Yule. Happy Winter Solstice.
Since, I’m living in Canada’s most moderate and tropical climate I’m exposed to the more expressed changes of the seasons and I find that I miss the cold, crispness of fall and winter. We had a brief spell of cold weather and snow here in Vancouver back in November but it’s too short-lived. All the same though I enjoy living in the city of Vancouver regardless of the weather.
Last night we finally parted ways with an old mirror we had. A friend dropped by for a short visit as well as pick up the mirror. Yesterday morning I went out shopping so I could bake a Cranberry Upside Down cake for another friend’s Winter Celebration. I delivered it in the early evening/late afternoon and stayed for a spell and quick visit before returning home to my sick partner. The weather was miserable and traffic much too busy for my liking so I was less than pleased be out and about in such conditions. Then it was a wonderful dinner and quiet evening.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is “XVII The Star: Spirit is Real. Hope. Serenity. Clarity. Having faith in an underlying or overlying spirit. A dream becomes real” with further emphasis from “XIII Death: Endings are beginnings. A phase of life is over. Allowing time to mourn. A part of yourself has outlived its usefulness.”
Allowing ourselves to be connected with and filled with Spirit allows us to always have clarity of mind, a path to follow and the understanding and love necessary to allow us always maintain harmony with Spirit as well as be flexible and open-minded enough to deal with the realities of life and the external influences that life throws at us.
Spirit allows us to be pliable enough so that we shed the unnecessary from our lives so we maintain a freshness of spirit and energy about us so we can move through life on an even keel. We can manage the ups and downs of everyday living with love and grace of Spirit by our side so we can be a beacon of light, hope, and love in the world.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The Man of Coins, Youth of Coins, Youth of Wands, and XIX The Sun
Saturday, December 20, 2014. The weekend has arrived. The work week seemed to be running long and then suddenly it’s over. I like that.
I’ve actually had a pretty decent few weeks at work all in all and I’m becoming more comfortable and confident about my new and seemingly ever changing position there.
Last night we had dinner with friends and made new friends as they as hosts also invited a couple of friends that we had not me yet. Dinner was as great as the conversation and the wine that freely flowed. The night drifted by and soon the clock hands were pointing at midnight, it was time to head home. We crawled into bed some time after 1:00am.
Thank you Spirit.
Spirit Is and Friday’s visiting Tarot Card is “Man of Coins: Responsible and hard-working. Reliable. Dependable” with support from the “Youth of Coins: Focusing on the physical. Beginning a regimen. Matters relating to nutrition and exercise.”
Today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “Youth of Wands: Focusing attention on something. Reaching for a goal from a possibly unsteady foundation” with clarification from “XIX The Sun: The best moments in life are rooted in the ordinary. Contentment. Optimism. Ordinariness. Satisfaction from a job well done. Familiarity.”
Hard work, dependability, and reliability bring success. These also bring into focus the path we have laid out before ourselves. However, we must walk down this path with a sure footing so we can enjoy the journey. My journey is simple and ordinary and brings me much contentment and satisfaction and I also find that my work-a-day is easier for me to handle.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The 2 of Coins and the 8 of Wands
Thursday, December 18th, 2014. We had another quiet evening at home and another decent night of sleep was had. I love, oddly enough, awaking to the alarm. Of course, this can only be said when it’s a work day otherwise, I prefer to awake on my own schedule.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “2 of Coins: Tai Chi. Flexibility. “Going with the flow”. Living in tune with your environment” with further enlightenment from the “8 of Wands: Movement. Everything is falling into place. People or circumstances are aligning to facilitate the achievement of your goals. Matters are rapidly reaching a conclusion. A group combines their energies while maintaining individuality.”
As I, as we all go with the flow and work in and maintain harmony with the universe, with the cosmos we will see positive and significant movement in our lives—movement toward goals, objectives, and bringing other matters to positive conclusions.
I’m finding myself more at peace and more clear about where I am and the things that I need to do in life. I’m more content and happy and able to put more effort into moving forward with all that matters to me.
Life doesn’t always have to be, nor should it be a constant struggle. Life is not easy and is often quite tough however we can relate better to life if we find way to gain a more positive attitude and outlook on and about life.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

Blessed Be.

Youth of swords and the Ace of Swords
Wednesday, December 17th, 2014. Another night of peaceful and restful sleep. A sleep filled with healing, renewal, intuition, education, and love. This was pre-empted by an evening of conversation and learning about being focused and dedicated to my passions and achieving them.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “Youth of Swords: Curiosity. Research. Computers, e-mail. Immature communication. Spying (or "hacking")” with further support from the “Ace of Swords: An idea. Starting to develop a plan or strategy.”
The important message here is to use my curiosity to further research and develop the direction of my life and where I want to take it. This all a result of ideas that are coming to mind as I continue to think about each daily visiting Tarot Card and the intuitive signs that come to light throughout the day.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The Ace of Wands and IV The Emperor
Tuesday, December 16th, 2014. We had a quiet evening at home and then in bed a bit earlier than usual and a night of sleep welcomed us. I slept well and actually could have slept longer if the alarm had not sounded but all is well.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “Ace of Wands: A creative inspiration. The beginning of a project or venture” and this guidance is further clarified by “IV The Emperor: Sometimes one must be a benevolent despot. Organization. Taking charge. An authority figure. Utilizing discipline to provide a structure for creativity.”
The “Ace of Wands” appeared a few days ago and is appearing again as I have not really delved into the creative inspiration I had then. I’m being reminded that that inspiration is something I must follow through with. As far as I remember is pursuing a new idea with my model railroad layout and then the other is to focus on my spiritual pursuits. Ah, yes, my spiritual pursuits and the launching of my website. As “IV The Emperor” is advising me to do, I need to bring more discipline into my home life here so that I can get on with my projects that matter most to me. I need to develop a schedule so I’m more structured and focused on these things and continue to move them forward and make them an active part of my life.
Thank You Spirit.

The Man of Cups and IX The Hermit
Monday, December 15th, 2014. I slept well last night and felt as if the night was dragging on a little too long as I awoke a couple of times wondering why the alarm hadn’t gone off yet. I finally looked at the time and it was around 4:45am. Thankfully, I fell back to sleep and then the alarm finally sounded at 6:00am.
Maybe it was the good company, great dinner, and uplifting conversation we had with a friend we shared time with. We also watched “Despicable Me 2”. What a laugh we got from that movie.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “Man of Cups: An emotional adventurer. Tendency to want to emotionally rescue others. Drawn to emotional crises” with extra advice being offered by “IX The Hermit: To fully understand something, sometimes you must escape it. Gaining perspective. Solitude. Study.”
To truly balance our emotions and maintain stability in our emotional lives we need to spend some alone time in deep meditation so we can better understand ourselves and how we relate to the rest of the world so we remain balanced and objective. We need to delve into Spirit and rely on Spirit to keep our energy levels strong and healthy so we don’t really rescue others but rather offer them the guidance and support they need to work through whatever crisis is intertwined in their lives at the moment.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The 6 of Cups Tempered by the 9 of Wands
Sunday, December 14th, 2014. We had a nice visit with my partner’s former co-worker/friend and his family. The meal was great and was accompanied by some fine local wines and beautiful conversations. We made our way home, relaxed a bit, and then climbed into bed.
A beautiful morning welcomed me as I made my way out of bed. After a quick meditation with Spirit and Tarot I made my way to the gym. I enjoyed another early morning workout before returning home and having a nice breakfast and another wonderful cafe con leche.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “6 of Cups: Happy Birthday. Fond memories. A gift given in friendship or love” and is tempered by the “9 of Wands: Don’t mess with me. Defensiveness. Putting up barriers to avoid intimacy.”
A good relationship is one where each of us has freedom and independence that comes about through love, trust, faith, and honesty. If we believe in our relationships and have built them up on a solid foundation of love freedom and independence within the relationship are the greatest gifts we can give to one another otherwise we will fall into the trap of building up barriers and always being defensive.
Thank You Spirit.

An Intentional Act
Saturday, December 13th, 2014. I intentionally skipped writing and blogging yesterday as I was mentally, physically, spiritually, and energetically exhausted from my week at the “job” I needed to simply come home and do nothing so this is what I did and did it ever feel good to just sit and let the exhaustion melt away.
I’m experiencing firsthand the revolving issues at the company I work at. A cycle repeats itself there every so often and it’s happening now. An unsatisfied employee resigned from his position as I mentioned before and the task of taking up his role has fallen onto my shoulders. Not so bad if I applied for and wanted to take on such a role. However, I supposed to be focused on customer service and operational issues, not on becoming and being a tech. I’ve learned from a variety of sources that this same cycle has happened to the previous people in my position. They’ve all left the company angry and unsatisfied. Will the same happen to me?
I’m trying to make the best of it and take it one day at a time. I’ll learn what I can as I do have some technical aptitude to draw upon and will do my best to fill the role as temporary or fulltime as it may be. The employers are actively searching for a new tech to fill the shoes of the old one. He is a huge loss for the company a she understood the all of the equipment inside and out and could accurately diagnose a problem from the briefest of descriptions about the issue.
Thank You Spirit.
So I rested for almost two hours and then got on to making dinner and getting on with the rest of the evening where I sat and played around with my model railroad and read some related magazines. It was a great and satisfying evening. Just what I needed.
And now this morning after a restful sleep I’ll be off to the gym after finishing this pleasurable activity of Tarot and writing.
Thank You Spirit.
Yesterday’s visiting Tarot Card is “VI The Lovers: A relationship is always a mingling of differences. A powerful relationship. Seeing both sides of an issue. Flexibility” with clarification from the “2 of Swords: Meditation. Closing your eyes to outer circumstances in order to gain perspective or to avoid a decision. Refusing to act.”
I have strong and healthy relationship that has really blossomed over the past year through my better understanding of it, me, as well as my willingness to be open-minded and to make compromises.
Today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “Ace of Wands: A creative inspiration. The beginning of a project or venture” with support from the “Guide of Coins: Seeing the magic in the mundane. Spiritual fulfillment from nature. Finding joy in the ordinary.”
My focus must be on my desired career and allowing it to grow and blossom as I have a great appreciation for and a desire to live a very ordinary and mundane life where I can really seek out and find satisfaction in being closer to nature. Summer 2015...hhhmm. This will allow me to be more of a guide to others in changing their own lives through their own strengths and actions.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The 9 of Coins and the Man of Swords
Thursday, December 11th, 2014. What a beautiful night of sleep I had last night. I thought I awoke to use the bathroom but I fell back to sleep so quickly it is only but a faint memory that I’m not sure is real or not. The alarm awoke us and it being my old phone it acted up this morning and I struggled to turn it off.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “9 of Coins: Rewards. Enjoying the fruits of your labour. Well-deserved enjoyment” tempered by the Man of Swords: A rational, scientific approach. A thorough investigation.”
Work has become a challenge as of yesterday as an employee has given notice that they are resigning from their position, their last day being December 24th. I’ve been given the task to learn that soon to be vacant position as well as do a thousand other jobs that fall under my title and job description. My stress level is a thousand times higher than it was yesterday morning. Thankfully going to gym and maintaining a healthy diet will keep me sane and balanced as I focus on my relationship with Spirit and the cosmos.
However, I also understand that by taking a step back and looking at the situation honestly and through objective eyes I will be able to move forward in a straightforward manner and weather this difficult and stressful time for not only myself but also the company I work for as well as my fellow employees.
Thank You Spirit.

XVIII The Monn and the Guide of Swords
Wednesday, December 10th, 2014. Another restful night was had and then it was time to get up and out of bed and allow the morning welcome us to the day. Last evening was quiet as usual and another day for me to hit the gym. Today will be a day of rest after three days in a row. Then right back at it tomorrow.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is “XVIII The Moon: Sexuality pulls us into a different, non-rational world which is sometimes frightening, always creative. A sense of mystery. Creative ideas which gestate in the subconscious. Sexuality or sex” with some hints from the “Guide of Swords: A wider perspective. Altruistic thoughts. Messages from the higher self.”
I’m feeling at a loss as to what to write here. I’m trying to draw from what for now is a blank mind. No thoughts, feelings, or tidbits of information are floating through my mind regarding either “XVIII The Moon” or the “Guide of Swords”. This is not the first time this has happened either so I’ll leave it for now.
Now that several minutes have gone by I realized that the creativity I’m experiencing surrounds my model railroad layout and the track plan I’ve adopted. I may need to add to it by adding another switch or two. Where the sexuality comes into play, I’m for now at a loss to put more thought or words to such an idea.
Well, generically speaking I suppose that we should be open and willing to explore our sexuality and see where it leads us. Within reason, of course. Perhaps, this is a way for us to open ourselves up to the creativity and wanderlust of Spirit.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

XIV Temperance and the 6 of Cups
Tuesday, December 9th, 2014. I slept quite well however my eyes feel and seem to get quite tired by the time the afternoon rolls around. And if I happen to awake at some point during the night that is close to the alarm I seem not to get into a deep sleep even if I do not notice the time.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is “XIV Temperance: Mix things up a little. Combining separate elements to create something new. Moderation (not too much of each flavour). Flexibility” with a hint of energy from the “6 of Cups: Happy Birthday. Fond memories. A gift given in friendship or love.”
With our spirituality as our focus we can find a way to incorporate many opposites into our lives. And I have sort of seen the light so-to-speak as I understand that I can have my spirituality, my passions, and work life and create and maintain balance between all of them. One such passion is living life on the road. I can continue to do some research into a suitable vehicle such as a van conversion then make a decision to buy or not and move forward. Such a vehicle will provide us with the flexibility to do short, medium, and long-term road trips.
Another passion is my spirituality that incorporates Tarot, Chakra work, and Wicca. I can continue to be spiritual and focus on my spirituality and allow this to be my centre and work out from there at my job and other areas of my life.
Thank you Spirit.
Blessed Be.

7 of Wands and V The Priest
Monday, December 8th, 2014. We had a nice busy weekend. Yesterday we hosted a friend for dinner that by the way turned out better than expected—Santa Fe Chilli topped off with sour cream and cheddar cheese. We cheated and picked up a blueberry pie and vanilla ice cream from a couple of our local grocers. And sleep was good even with awaking around 5:00am.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “7 of Wands: Fighting the wind. A Quixotic struggle. Winning against the odds. Confrontation” with added meaning added by V The Priest: The best way to help others is to help them make their own decisions. Wisdom. Advice. A ceremony or ritual.”
Although, we may face difficulties and difficult decisions in life each of us often have the knowledge and resources necessary to make good decisions. Our decisions must be firm and unwavering so we can move on and continue to work cooperatively with Spirit. And an added bonus is that most of us also have a great support network of family, friends, and loved ones that will stand behind us or even guide us to make our decisions through much thought and foresight.
So let’s muster the strength, courage, and faith to make unwavering decisions that help us turn the corner and move ahead in life.
Thank You Spirit.

3 of Swords and 9 of Wands
Sunday, December 7th, 2014. We had a busy day yesterday once we got under way with our errands. The rain was not too bothersome but it does slightly dampen our enjoyment of being downtown for a part of the day`. We picked our new style of progressive lens and they sure our different than the old pair I had. It’s called an office lens or something similar where the main focus of the lens is to keep things that are within about six feet in focus, the top of the lens is for distance, and the lower portion for reading. I think I’m doing okay with them this morning however I am in almost total darkness. We also did our weekly grocery shopping as we are hosting a friend for dinner. Then our late afternoon/evening was spent at my brothers place celebrating his new home as well as celebrating the holidays early with him and his many other friends.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “3 of Swords: The Wreckage. Feeling heavy-hearted after an emotional storm. Feeling hurt or betrayed” along with the “9 of Wands: Don’t mess with me. Defensiveness. Putting up barriers to avoid intimacy.”
These two cards sure go hand-in-hand. Sometimes I’m my own victim of my runaway thoughts that go places that are from reality and the truth. So these cards are reminders to take a step back and look from the outside in to see what kind of relationships we really have and just how great of an impact they have on our lives. In my case it is better than what I sometimes see especially if I come home flustered or upset over events of the day that have nothing to do with my home life. I have a good and solid relationship and we are in a very good place.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The 4 of Wands Tempered by the 7 of Cups
Saturday, December 6th. Enjoy the Long Nights (Full) Moon. We walked over to the store for a jug of milk last night and on the way home the clear skies allowed us a glorious view of the moon, what a sight. Seeing the majestic moon in the sky always fills me great energy and fills my heart with love and joy.
We enjoyed a quiet evening at home where my partner read, I flipped through my model railroad magazines, and played around with my new phone. The night was relaxing and fulfilling.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “4 of Wands: Setting the Stage. Opening night finally arrives. A venture has been established. Celebrating initial achievements” and is challenged by the 7 of Cups: The Bookstore. Choosing between different approaches. Contemplating choices when you should be acting.”
The time has come where a decision or decisions must be made. We can no longer waste time waffling or sitting on the fence, it’s time to decide. This is my life, it is your life, so what are we going to do with our lives?
For me it’s time to launch my new website and more fully co-operate with the cosmos. I need to fulfill my purpose and actively participate in my life and this new website is a good way for me to do it. I’ve spent much too much time building and the setting the stage and contemplating what it will be like when I finally do things my way. The time to act is now and I need to trust in Spirit, trust in myself and move forward with courage, confidence, and the knowing that success is possible if I only dare step into the future and my dreams.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

I The Magician and XI Strength

Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is I The Magician: To live fully, one must create a life, not merely react to it. Creativity. Ability. Making something happen.”, further supported by “XI Strength: Directing your passions, rather than suppressing them, is the key. Finding healthy outlets for powerful energies.”
It can sometimes take a lot of work and a whole lot of time to discover who we are so we can then create the lives we truly want not lives fabricated out of too many external influences and misdirected ideas. Most of us glide through life either on autopilot or by allowing ourselves to be tossed around here and there by what society throws at us. We must stop the insanity and toss out this nonsense and become our own unique selves by truly creating our own masterpiece, ourselves.
I’m important enough to this world to be me and to guide my own life rather than allow it to be guided by others. The best way I can do this is to spend the time and expend the energy necessary to discover who I am and what I truly wish to be and truly wish to do with my life. In fact I’ve already done this and am doing my best with minor tweaks here and there to create my own life. One way I’ve done this is by taking responsibility for my life and all that I’ve done with my life to this point. Secondly, I’ve created a timeline as to how long it will take me to get where I want to be. One part of this is to be debt free and I shall be in twelve months or less.
Discover yourself, create a plan, write it down, execute your plan, be flexible, don’t give up and create your life.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The 9 of Coins and VIII Justice
Thursday, December 4th, 2014. I had another almost sleepless night. I did fall back to sleep however I also kept awaking every now and then while sometimes thinking I was not going to hear the alarm since I picked up a new Smartphone last night. But I think I’ll just use the old phone as my alarm and leave the new one alone.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “9 of Coins: Rewards. Enjoying the fruits of your labour. Well-deserved enjoyment.”, with support from VIII Justice: Even today, gays can be the victims of “justice”. An unfair judgment. Being too judgmental or righteous. Feeling restricted by others’ expectations.”
As I contemplate these cards I get a sense that enjoying the fruits of our labour is relative to our understanding of our individual lives and how we fit into the world and our understanding of the meaning of life. The meaning of life is in my opinion different for each of us—just a little something to keep in mind. I also believe that we can further enjoy our efforts and how we move through life by being more lighthearted and less worried about other people’s lives—live and let be, with exceptions, of course.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The 8 of Cups and 6 of Swords
Wednesday, December 3rd, 2014. I had somewhat of a sleepless night. I’m not sure at what time I awoke but from that point until the alarm I hardly slept a wink and if I did it was a very conscious sleep.
I wanted to sleep in today but alas a work day is a day where sleeping in is not recommended. I did get up and get on with the day but I did on occasion wish to be back home and in bed.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “8 of Cups: Farewell. Moving on. Leaving behind a person, a situation, or a part of yourself.”, complemented by the “6 of Swords: Peaceful Recovery. Serenity and the passage of time help to heal wounds. Stormy emotions are given time to subside, allowing a plan for a solution.”
As I contemplate these cards I get the sense that moving on allows one to recover from a once hectic and emotionally charged lifestyle. This could be a deep and inward change only or perhaps relocating by simply moving across the city or into an entirely new city. But change and saying farewell to our old selves is what is needed. Bad habits, a poor attitude, pessimistic thinking, or a beaten spirit must be taken care of where our spirit is renewed and allowed to soar to new heights. Believe in and have faith in yourself and move in harmony with the universe and let your voice be heard.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

Man of Coins Complemented by the XXI The World
Tuesday, December 2, 2014. We had another quiet evening at home last night. I browsed through my model railroading magazines as well as piddled around with my model railroad layout. We then watched the news before we were off to bed and at least for me, fast asleep.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “Man of Coins: Responsible and hard-working. Reliable. Dependable.”, complemented by “XXI The World: Life can be a heavy burden or a joyful one, it is mostly up to you. Transcending your circumstances by changing them or accepting what can’t be changed.”
As I move forward with my plans and goals I see a clear path laid out before me where I know what I need to do to get to where I want to be. This involves focus and determination as well as a lot of hard work where I’m not only responsible but also take responsibility for my actions. This requires both reliability and dependability.
This needs to be a natural part of our being and can be through understanding life and how we can move through life where much of what goes on is controlled by each of us as individuals—quit externalizing and take a long hard look in the mirror and see the person responsible for your life reflected back at you.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.
