Thursday, August 28th, 2014. I slept well but it was more of conscious sleep he last couple of hours rather than the much loved deep sleep that let’s and be awake feeling refreshed and ready for the new day ahead. I felt like sleeping in this morning but work was calling so out of bed I crawled.

I as we all need to realize and accept and participate in is control over our own lives. Yes, sometimes we have uphill battles but we must strive to maintain as much control over who we are, how we behave and how we react to what goes on in our lives. So as this reminder has popped quite frequently over the last while we all must heed this message and take control over our own lives and move forward with our own plans as best as we can.
My will and intent are mine to control and as long as I work with Spirit and do all things with spiritual and sacred awareness my actions will be in the best interests of all.
