The 'Man of Cups' and Helping Others Through the Guidance of Spirit

Sunday, April 3, 2016.  Our dinner gathering, another celebration of the gift of living five decades for me was a great success.  The conversation was lively and the food and drink well received and thoroughly enjoyed.  Thank You Spirit!  I am forever grateful and truly humbled...

Spirit Is and today's Gay Tarot Energy is the “Man of Cups: An emotional adventurer.  Tendency to want to emotionally rescue others.  Drawn to emotional crises."
If we have found ourselves to be drawn to emotional crises we must guard against rescuing others by pulling their emotions away from them and placing them upon/within ourselves.  If wish to aid others in their time of need we must instead equip them the ability to work through this or these emotional storms themselves.  Yes, we can be a shoulder to lean on but we cannot carry their load for them.  This is something that they must do themselves and can be best done through the presence and guidance of Spirit in their lives.  This is how we can best help people in crises--help them find Spirit when they may not feel or think Spirit is anywhere around them.

This is also a good reminder for us, that is to allow Spirit to guide us and provide us with the knowledge and wisdom necessary for us to help others but to do so where we are not the ones taking on the responsibilities of another unless absolutely needed such as when a person is incapacitated in some way and cannot take responsibility or make a decision themselves.

So continue helping others but do so with the presence and guidance of Spirit and allowing the other person to feel and work through their emotions.  Be there as a guide and support and not so much a rescuer.  Emotions must stay the property, if you will, of the person where they originated.

Thank You Spirit.

Namaste.

The 'Knight of Vessels, Eel'

Wednesday, October 14, 2015.  Another evening of Spanish lessons has come and gone and I'm actually learning the language one baby step at a time. Gracias.

I'm sleeping quite well considering I'm back at work and not able to simply sleep in and not worry about the day as we did last week.  I thoroughly enjoyed the week especially knowing that I had more to focus on the spiritual: Spirit, Tarot, the Sun, the Moon, and Crows along with the spirits of others and how I wish to engage with others' spirits around North America...this is my ultimate goal, my perfect job, my most rewarding career, my surest path to success that cannot and can never be measured in dollars and cents.  I give much thanks to the great conscious that "IS" for enriching my life and bringing such realizations as these into my life.

Spirit Is and today's Tarot Energy is the "Knight of Vessels, Eel: With purity of intent, your destiny defined, you are able to bring wisdom and maturity to your tasks.  Embarking on a quest of personal revelation, your vision leads you onward.  Your deep feelings are expressed at every turn.  Attraction, Conquest, Seduction, A welcoming, Compliance, Agreement, Induction, Coming together, Union, Arrival."

For now I feel a need to simply let the "Knight of Vessels, Eel" define and represent itself where you can allow its energy fill and guide you as needed without any words coming from me.  For me I feel like I've come upon and am about to open a long lost treasure...I wonder what it might be...

Thank You Spirit.

Blessed Be.

Man/Knight of Cups and Taking Time for Ourselves

A single day off before another day of work before my second day off for the week.  I’ll be working five days a week until election day here in BC.  Had another quiet evening after a hectic day at the office.  I was the busiest person in the office as I was covering the front desk/reception and taking calls as well as handling people coming in to apply for jobs, an, interview, or to vote early.  I had no time to think from after lunch right up and slightly past 5:00pm.  Made the day fly by and a worthwhile day of work.  It was a great feeling to be busy and full of energy.  Thank You Spirit.

Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the Man of Cups: An emotional adventurer.  Tendency to want to emotionally rescue others.  Drawn to emotional crises.”

I think I definitely need a “time out”, time to myself, to be free from all the encumbrances of life and let myself truly and simply “be”.  Actually, I’ve been craving solitude for a long time and one thing I’ve discovered it is near impossible to find the type of solitude I crave in an urban environment or thriving city are such as metro Vancouver.  The closest I get t this is to be working on my RV.  My RV as messy as she is, is my sanctuary, my little oasis in this bustling city that seems as if it is almost bursting at the seams.

One of my horoscopes suggested releasing my biggest dreams out to the universe and this is what I did.  I asked the universe to fulfill my innate desire and passion to explore this great land of ours by RV, to allow me to experience life the way that seems to fit my greatest needs.  I have released my greatest desire over to the universe and will see where the universe decides to take or to lead me.

Thank You Spirit.

Blessed Be.

Man or Knight of Cups

Namaste

Awaking to another bright, sunny and beautiful morning.  They’re all beautiful mornings mind you but seeing the sun brightens the day and brings a smile to my face.  The birds are singing and chirping up s storm, the sounds of nature in the city, simply amazing!

Had another decent day at the job yesterday and the energy seemed much more positive and uplifting, a much more cheerful kind of day it seemed.  Thank You Spirit.

Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “Man of Cups: An emotional adventurer.  Tendency to want to emotionally rescue others.  Drawn to emotional crises.”

Or how about this from Tarot, Running Press, Dennis Fairchild and Julie Paschkis, 1996, 2002; “A break from responsibilities soon arrives. Let others pamper you.  Do something nice for yourself.  Don’t be in a hurry to get things done.  Stop and think things through before acting.  Take a vacation and stay away from responsibilities.  There is life beyond work.”  I like this idea, an image of a man riding a dolphin that is also carrying a cup emblazoned with the image of a heart.  A nice card, a great image that much more reflects my mood.

Thank You Spirit.

Blessed Be.

Tarot cards Revealed

Friday, March 19th - XX The Aeon (Crowley) and Beyond Judgment (Gay Tarot) and II The High Priestess (Crowley) and The Intuitive (Gay Tarot).

These two cards represent my Personality and Soul cards.

Sunday, March 21st - The Knight of Cups (Rider-Waite) - easily led, new opportunities, and creativity.
Monday, March 22nd - all cards because its my birthday.
Tuesday, March 23, Wednesday, March 24th, and Thursday, March 25th - CONFUSION!
Sunday, March 28th - XVI The Tower - drastic changes, unexpected events, and new life.

I was hoping that I could peruse my tarot cards a little more at home or at work but it just does not feel right at all to do so.  The energy is all wrong for me to try and work with tarot at either of these places any more than I am doing now so I must remain satisfied with this set-up I have now and work toward something better once I live in the RV.

I will return to reading and studying the books I have on Tarot and go from there.  The Tarot is strong in my life so I will not lose what I have today so I can rest assured that Tarot will work with me until such a time exists for me to really pull out the cards and do a few working for myself and others.

That's all for now. . .
