Our Three Card Card of the Day Spread: XVI The Tower, Four of Wands, and VII The Chariot

We decided to go out last night for a fast food dinner, a movie, and to check out a club.  Since time was tight, McDonald's was on the way and our quickest option, not bad for our once a meal year at this establishment.  The movie, Inferno was entertaining and worth watching, at least for us.  The club was so-so, guess we've moved beyond the club scene.  But it was a fun night to be out with each other.

Spirit Is and today is a three card Tarot Energy day:

Card For the Day: "XVI The Tower.  If we do not relinquish the paths of baser nature; if we continue to act in ways that are not in our greatest good, the Tower tears down those things that are dangerous to us, and forces us to confront the reality before us."

Attend to This: "Four of Wands.  Seven people gather together for a ritual.  Our Witch is dressed entirely in white and a handsome young man stands with her dressed in black.  Around them four witches hold four wands in a ritual circle and are dressed to represent the elements:  Yellow for Air, Red for Fire, Blue for Water, and Green for Earth.  The group's priestess stands in the background, blessing the newly married couple as they begin their life together.  This card can represent marriage or any other significant milestone or ritual.  Whatever the event, it is one worthy of special celebration.  Surround yourself with those who can mark the occasion with the honour and joy it deserves."

What to Look Out For: "VII The Chariot.  Signifies both a time period in which we have felt as though our wheels were spinning, getting us nowhere; and also that such a time period is nearing its end, and we are about to begin to see our energies released for growth and movement again. The timing was not right for our success, but now that time is coming."

"XVI The Tower" is letting us know that the path to freedom and success from the self-imposed constraints on our lives is to reach for our highest ideals and to use the great and sometimes latent intelligence we have to move beyond the limitations of our primitive brains and instinctive and reactive nature to living life.  View the world through spirit and our connection to it as well as the world around us and harness the strength and power this gives us.

The "Four of Wands" is encouraging us to celebrate our newfound knowledge and understanding that we do not have to live a life of fear and misery as many times these are the product of our own thoughts and actions.  When we open our hearts, minds, and spirits to the unlimited potential of life and infinite knowledge and wisdom that dwells deep within us our minds clear and our thoughts become clear and precise allowing to us make wise decisions that lead to positive actions.

The appearance of "VII The Chariot" provides us with the means to run toward and meet our success head on and with open and loving arms.  Success comes to us when we accept that yes, we, too can be successful!

'XVI Revelation' and the Truth Revealed

Friday, February 26, 2016.  “XVI Revelation: While it is usually best to tell the truth about yourself to those who are close to you, it can be a painful experience.  A necessary destruction of the status quo.  Having to tell someone an unwelcome truth.  A new idea which upsets others.”

This quote appeared on the sign of the Knox Presbyterian Church at East Columbia and Sherbrooke Streets in the Sapperton neighbourhood of New Westminster a couple of weeks ago and came to mind today when “XVI Revelation" flipped over to show itself as the Gay Tarot Energy of the Day.  A good thong too!  I have beyond realized that we're not only hiding ourselves from the world around us ourselves too and this has to stop.  As painful as it may be we must be ourselves especially to our family, loved ones and close friends.  Faith in Spirit based on experience will get you through this pain.

When we are true to ourselves Spirit resides within and will help guide us in all that we do.  Our lives will be lived by loving and respecting all life on Earth and this includes ourselves.  And although I'm a big believer in "truth" I realize and know firsthand that it can be messy, ugly, disheartening and downright painful.  But it also for me at least feels so good not to hide "me" from the world.  This is who I am and I do my best to live a happy, healthy, positive, realistic, fruitful and caring life but I may at times be a bit rough around the edges, drop the ball, get mad, angry and hateful but I pull myself out of this ugliness as quickly as I can.  And I never go to bed upset, mad, angry, depressed or in a bad mood.

XVI Revelation

I slept through the night as I must have cleansed myself enough emotionally, spiritually and physically yesterday to allow myself a good night’s sleep.  Yesterday was a day of thought and reflection for me and I discovered, re-discovered and realized that I’ve not been a really nice guy for the past ten or so years and that I’ve been simply floating through my life not wanting to make any effort to realize any of my dreams or goals but rather have them handed to me on a silver platter.

I made a consciousness change in my life last night and the difference that made was immediate.  Our place was filled with unconditional love and a vibrant energy that I remember feeling before but have not felt in a very long time.  Thank You Spirit.

I came clean with myself yesterday and it was a painful experience to admit my own faults to myself and realize that I needed real change in my life.  The last few days I’ve experienced much eye opening and healing and feel much better and stronger from it.  I feel more connected to and with and more aligned to the cosmic forces that fill our lives on a daily basis.  “XVI Revelation” may have more in store for me today than I know but I’m ready for it because the best is still yet to come and I need to let go of all that is holding me back from creating and living the life I want.

Sunday, March 28th - XVI The Tower - drastic changes, unexpected events, and new life.

I was hoping that I could peruse my tarot cards a little more at home or at work but it just does not feel right at all to do so.  The energy is all wrong for me to try and work with tarot at either of these places any more than I am doing now so I must remain satisfied with this set-up I have now and work toward something better once I live in the RV.

I will return to reading and studying the books I have on Tarot and go from there.  The Tarot is strong in my life so I will not lose what I have today so I can rest assured that Tarot will work with me until such a time exists for me to really pull out the cards and do a few working for myself and others.
