Friday, January 9th, 2014. I slept very soundly last night and this is likely from not sleeping very well the previous four or five days or the new over the counter cold medication I took before bed. Or it's a combination of the two.
Last night was quiet evening. Didn't do a whole heck of a lot, simply relaxed doing a whole lot of nothing and reserve my energy reserves so I can get over this cold sooner rather than later.

Spirit Is and today's visiting Tarot Card is the “4 of Coins: The Lighting Director. A position of power. Wanting to control how others perceive things" and is being challenged by the “6 of Swords: Peaceful Recovery. Serenity and the passage of time help to heal wounds. Stormy emotions are given time to subside, allowing a plan for a solution.”
Patience and faith based on past experiences should guide us as we embrace each welcoming new day. There is no need to hold on so tightly that we close ourselves off to new opportunities and experiences. What are we holding onto so tightly and why are we doing this? We all to embrace life, live it fully and actively, and know that we are living our lives the best way we know how always understanding that there is also always room for improvement.
