Monday, March 7, 2016. Although we had a busy day yesterday with hair appointment, a symphony concert and meeting friends for an early but not so early dinner it was a good day and a really enjoyable weekend.
I came up with an outline for the new piece to my puzzle of transitioning to a spiritual career and even did a quick thing today at lunch that was more comfortable than I thought it would be so I'm eager to get on with the actual thing...sorry for being elusive here but I wish to keep it under wraps until I've actually gone ahead and made this thing happen.
Spirit Is and today's Gay Tarot Energy is the “Guide of Wands: Feeling possessed by a creative project or inspiration. Being inspired to help others. Doing what’s right.”
The “Guide of Wands" returns with a similar message as last time so how may I, Wizard Oron, be of service to you? Through a different medium and a different delivery vehicle. And why didn't I think of this before? Fear and stage fright, so-to-speak. A little more fearful these days in taking risks.

'XXI The World' and Having Patience For Change
Sunday, March 6, 2016. So my sleepless Friday night made for an uncomfortable, hazy, struggle to stay awake Saturday where I was hardly able to function. I took a quick catnap after lunch but didn't feel much better. Not until dinner did I start feeling "normal" again, still tired but at least I could function without struggling to keep my brain awake. We had a nice meal mixed with a diverse conversation with friends we met at All India Sweets.
Today's Gay Tarot Energy is “XXI The World: Life can be a heavy burden or a joyful one, it is mostly up to you. Transcending your circumstances by changing them or accepting what can’t be changed.”
Transcending our circumstances may not always be as quick of a "fix" as we'd like it to be and in so recognizing this fact we must have patience and not give up our desire to improve our situation in life. Giving up the fight is what many of us do and then we come to resent life and take up the role of being a victim. However, we're not true victims, we're simply victims of our lack of will to put in the energy and commitment to change what we can of our lives so that living life is a joyful endeavour for us.

'II The Intuitive' and Discovering and Expressing Myself
Saturday, March 5, 2016. A quiet evening at home didn't overcome a splash of alcohol before dinner and too much coffee throughout the day that made for a very sleepless night. Drat!
I dozed off here and there but midnight slowly rolled around to 2:00am, 3:00am, 4:00am then I finally decided to sneak out of bed around 5:30am. It's just after 7:00am and I'm already feeling the lack of sleep. I'm going to make an effort to hit the gym later this morning for a workout to see I can give myself a boost of energy. We are meeting friends for dinner at 6:30pm and I do not want to be falling asleep at the dinner table.
Since, I'm semi-conscious otherwise known as being half asleep and very relaxed it was to infuse my energy with that of Spirit and Tarot. Today's Gay Tarot Energy is “II The Intuitive: To be true to oneself, one must know oneself. Looking within for answers. Meditation. Intuition. Exploring that which is normally hidden.”
Since I was only half asleep throughout the night I had many thoughts around my future and the direction I'll be taking with my life as new avenue was opened up to me as we watched the local news last night. It was a faint glimmer over the past couple of weeks but then this news piece lit the mental light bulb hanging above my head. Not sure how to get started but I'll be brainstorming this weekend and in the coming days to see what I can come up with. I'll likely have a brief outline scribbled out this weekend.
My point is that my thoughts last night combined with this news piece and faint mental glimmers are my intuition at work pulling it all together into a more cohesive idea that I can work with. I'll have to work hard but the sooner I start the sooner I'll be earning revenue from this endeavor, not necessarily new but another avenue for me to explore and work with.
I'm getting to know myself better and truly learning what drives me as well as what I'd really like to be doing and now maybe I've found a good way to express myself. Hopefully, I can get over my stage fright!

The '5 of Wands' and Striving to Be Better
Friday, March 4, 2016. An odd night of sleep. Dreams were confusing and one dream kept re-occurring or something of that nature. We were going to a large gathering of some sort that was taking place in a large ballroom. No one appeared to be dressed in anything other than their everyday clothes so it was a casual affair. This dream was interspersed with images of my job and things that had to get done there. And the night seemed to go on forever. I awoke a few times and kept wondering when it would be time to awake and get out of bed...highly unusual for a work day. Such eagerness is usually reserved for weekends and other day's off.
Today's Gay Tarot Energy is “5 of Wands: The Hockey Game. The project meets resistance. Testing one’s ideas against others. An enjoyable struggle. Competition in the marketplace."
Going to hit the internet and browse a few paper publications to check out the competition, if you will. I'm contemplating a visit to a Tarot Reader/Intuitive to get a good feel for the dynamics of a reading as done by others and see what guidance I can receive as well. Besides, it's not really competition from where I stand as we all play a role in expanding the light, love, and peace that Spirit has to offer. Each of us specializes in connecting with unique individuals that desire to learn more and open up the possibilities that life has to offer.
Such energy is just a poke to get us to pay attention and not get too comfortable or lazy in what we do. We always strive to be better a more in tune with and attuned to Spirit.

'XIX The Sun' and Loving the Simplicity of Life If We Let It Happen
Thursday, March 3, 2016. A more sleepless night than last and more frequent dreams of work and some not but interwoven with images of the job. Ugh!!!
But as always a bright emerges...and that is images of me being a spiritual commentator via YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, blogs and my very own website, www.wizardoron.ca - please check it out!
Today's Gay Tarot Energy is “XIX The Sun: The best moments in life are rooted in the ordinary. Contentment. Optimism. Ordinariness. Satisfaction from a job well done. Familiarity.”
I had to include a image of “XIX The Sun" as it really drives home the energy, meaning, and symbolism it conveys. I can totally relate to this image as I can easily get lost in such an activity-working on my model railroad layout, or making handcrafted cards, that is, when I was making them, reading a really good book, walking on a beautiful trail or even spool-knitting for that matter. For me ordinariness is what really makes this life, my life worth living. The utter simplicity that life can offer is super exciting, fulfilling, satisfying, and uplifting to me. It's sheer joy to spend a quiet weekend at home and simply puttering around the house doing a bit of this and that. As it was for me to be camping in Serenity.

The '2 of Coins' and Taking It Easy
Wednesday, March 2, 2016. A bit of a sleepless night--somewhat haunted by dreams around the job of which I survived another day and received further proof that it's not the best place to be working if you expect your employer to care about you in any way. It's a decent enough place an all and the wages are average for the type of industry yet the company could be so much more. Enough of that though...Ugh!
I'd rather dream about spiritual things and I do more often than not but every now and then other images fill my mind.
Today, I visited 'Serenity' to relax a bit during lunch and decided to grab "The Tarot Box" I left in her after our October trip to Vancouver Island. I'm a bit of a Tarot connoisseur and definitely a Tarot enthusiast and I wanted to crack open this deck and see how my interaction with them goes. Exciting!
Today's Gay Tarot Energy is the “2 of Coins: Tai Chi. Flexibility. “Going with the flow”. Living in tune with your environment.”
Yup, gotta go with the flow in life, now don't we? Going against it can only last for so long before one gets tired of banging his head against the wall or taking one step forward and two steps back because it's tough fitting in when one doesn't feel like they belong. It's a good thing I'm flexible and fairly easygoing but this is a reminder to go with the current for awhile as everything is all right and going in my favour so no need to make life difficult for myself by being obstinate and stubborn.

The 'Hanged Man' and Living in the Moment Wherever the Moment Is
Tuesday, March 1, 2016. Paid a quick visit to Reflections Books today as I needed a nice boost of energy and I walked out of the store with a small purchase and a great shot of much needed energy. My energy levels have been quite high especially on the weekend and a few days prior as I'll talk about more later. However, the company I'm working for, sucks a lot of energy from its employees, myself included. We all put in the hours but get little return on our investments and I feel like I'm getting pushed up against a wall and to a point where my principals are being challenged and almost compromised. And I cannot let this happen. I need to make a stand, if you will, and keep my principals intact.
A change is needed so I'm glad that I'm feeling a swing toward a new career, a new spiritual career, and a career where I can interact with many more people and be more at home and be myself. More importantly, I'm doing things that come much more natural to me and that are more in tune with what makes me tick. And this was confirmed as I browsed the shelves at Reflections as well as head tidbits of a conversation between two women, friends who ran into each other at the store. One of whom was going back home to work with her cards and have a cup of chai tea. Cool, very cool indeed!

Hey, this is a reflection of my day at the job. I was fully immersed and living in the moment as I performed my duties. The job was number one. However, at lunch, I was number one and I fully immersed myself into enjoying and appreciating every morsel of food I ate with the utmost thanks and gratitude for having food to eat and fresh water to drink.
My goals are in front of me and I'm working toward them but I'm not clinching to them in a way where I'm losing sleep over them or stressed or worried about achieving them. Instead I have faith based on experience as well as an understanding and knowledge that I am achieving my goals but all in due course. It's not a matter of if but when and when is soon, very soon!
