Had dreams about equipment, maybe setting it up or reconfiguring it somehow. The equipment was not related to the job per say however reconfiguring the equipment is similar to what is going on at the job in relation to software upgrades.
But I was still thinking about authenticity, not as much but I could feel it doing all sorts of things in the recesses of my mind. Authenticity is where it's at for me these days so I've got to follow it to wherever it leads me. And when I pause for a moment and authenticity enters my thoughts, "I am ready" comes to mind. So without further ado, I shout out loud, clear, and proud that "I am ready!"
Spirit Is and today's Gay Tarot Energy is the “Guide of Wands: Feeling possessed by a creative project or inspiration. Being inspired to help others. Doing what’s right."
Doing what's right is to help others. We have no choice. This is the time, the absolute right time to be reaching out and helping others. We have to get off of our high horses, our soapboxes and our pedestals and start doing things that will have the greatest impact on the world and this is helping others.
One very good way that we can start helping others is to see the truth in and of this world we live in. Second thing we can is to stop being so darned judgemental. We all do it, we all do it to some degree. Seen a homeless person lately, maybe someone begging for money, someone going through the trash, picking up cigarette but to see if they can get at least a toke out of it. How about the person who takes a half full container of pop or juice out of the garbage so they can quench their thirst? Or judging someone by the way they look, how they are dressed or the type of car they drive.
After we've rid ourselves of our judgmental ways we can start looking at how and who we can help...clothes, food, money, perhaps a place to stay, a ride, maybe even just a friendly smile and nod of your head will do. A car is a car and people can drive whatever car they like. People have their own sense of fashion and we may not agree with it but this does not entitle to pass judgement on this person simply by the way they are dressed.
Another great way we can help others is to them respect. Respect them by acknowledging their existence and that they just as much as you have a right to be in this world. Then love them for all that they are and all that they aren't for then we can truly love and respect ourselves and the world goes 'round.
Thank You Spirit.

The "3 of Cups", Authenticity and Feeling Genuine Joy
Last night I noticed that any time that I was aware, authenticity came to mind, authenticity in living, in being, in being aware, in knowing and understanding my place in this world and in the universe itself. I didn't feel like me in physical form as I slept but more as me being spirit.
And even when the alarm serenaded us out of our slumber, authenticity filled my mind. Even through clumsily getting out of and walking to the kitchen to get our morning coffee going as well as to greet the cat, authenticity reigned supreme in my mind.
Spirit Is and today's Gay Tarot Energy is the “3 of Cups: A Good Time. Happy, comfortable times together. Quiet enjoyment. Celebration."
Quiet enjoyment and being genuinely joyful filled my day even though I was going through the motions of the job. Although, I was fully committed to the job and fulfilling my role authenticity was with me. And as I went about the day and doing my "job" I didn't identify as an Operations Manager but rather as a Spiritual Coach and Wedding Officiant. At times I felt as if I was subconsciously officiating over a wedding or coaching someone as the journeyed along their spiritual path with me as their passenger during our chats. These were quite the real experiences to me even though they seemingly occurred at the subconscious level.
The “3 of Cups" may be appearing today however, I also felt it's energy yesterday as we returned my brother's car to his place, rode skytrain downtown, had an afternoon coffee and sweet at "Birds & Beets" on Powell Street and window shopped as we made our way along to check in on a friend's place during their absence. Usually, on a Sunday afternoon I get a bit antsy, queasy and uneasy as the impending work week looms large. Yesterday I felt optimistic as I look ahead to taking up my new role as Spiritual Coach and Wedding Officiant at Wizard Oron - Metaphysical and Mystical Realms.
I know that my good feelings, the joy I'm feeling today as well as the authenticity that is taking root in my life stems from my acknowledgement of the fact that I'm my best when I'm using my ears more than my mouth, doing more to empathically listen to people in need of a person to talk to and in need of a little bit of help whether they know they need it or not. My role is a listening role and I miss listening to people and helping them by being open and receptive to their conversations, allowing them to talk so much so that they often resolve their dilemmas themselves, even feeling better as a result.
The energy from this “3 of Cups" is such a great and most natural feeling energy that most of us can't but help feel happy, so happy in fact that we want to celebrate something, anything...even taking time to celebrate holding hands and being quiet with a loved one...no verbal conversation but communicating none-the-less. How perfect is that!?!
Thank You Spirit.

The "Elemental of Wands", Boosting Our Passion and Drive to Get Things Done
Looking after Zooey again, my brother's cat. She spent her first night here last night. Interestingly, this morning as I was going about my meditation, if you will, having my moment of thanks and gratitude for awaking and being giving life for another day, Zooey perked up and seemed to give an approving meow to my words. Thank You Zooey. Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today's Pagan Tarot Energy is the "Elemental of Wands - Salamander: In the Pagan Tarot the elementals are recognized as the purest source of energy. The elemental for Fire is the Salamander. People often confuse the elemental Salamander with the mundane version (a water lizard with black dots on red skin). Elemental Salamanders are very unusual looking - a combination of dragon and lizard. Salamanders are the spirit of fire. Without these beings, fire cannot exist. Many consider Salamanders the strongest and most powerful of all the elementals. They extend or contract their size at will. Salamanders are dangerous but remind us that we need times of inspiration. This passion, used properly, can yield great things. Left unchecked, it can cause fanaticism or burn out, both of which are destructive. The Salamander can represent someone of fiery passion and ambition. This Elemental can indicate a message, often pertaining to a career, a project in progress, or a possible new course of study."
Today's "Elemental of Wands" energy is instilling in us the passion, will and force to get things done. We have it in us today to follow through with our goals all the way to the end...to success! Our efforts are direct and well-focused on the tasks at hand, on what needs to be done. Our goals are manifest.
Don't let today's universal support for you and the achievement of your goals and this goes for me as, go to waste. We need to double our efforts and put our noses to the grindstone so we can see the realisation of goals through to their rightful end, to get ourselves to be where we want to be in life. Believe it, it is real, the time and energy to this, is now.
Let's get to it!
Thank You Spirit.

"VII The Chariot", Our Wheels Finally Gripping the Road and Moving Us Forward
Being able to spend more time doing what I love is what the weekends bring to me at least for now. As I'm on my way to being able to do what I love each and every day of the week. A mind-shift has occurred within me and the day job I have will soon, very soon, be no more.
What do I love doing? Meditating, simply being, contemplating, being totally immersed in Spirit and my spiritual self, being an active conscious conduit through which life can be created and co-created by me, being active in my co-operative consciousness with Spirit, where Spirit's thoughts are my thoughts and where my heart, mind, body and soul are in perfect harmony with all that is best for me. (These words are not my own as I'm paraphrasing something I read from a book, magazine, or even an email containing the Mystical Insights of Dr. Leon Masters)
For example, this morning I spent time in front of my weekend altar set up on the dining room table giving thanks and being full of gratitude for the gift of life for yet another day. On my altar are stones, crystals, crow statuary, a candle, incense and my many Tarot Decks. The energy of one of the decks will rise above the others and this is the deck that will reveal today's Tarot Energy for us.
Spirit Is and today's Pagan Tarot Energy is "VII The Chariot: Signifies both a time period in which we have felt as though our wheels were spinning, getting us nowhere; and also that such a time period is nearing its end, and we are about to begin to see our energies released for growth and movement again. The timing was not right for our success, but now that time is coming."
Generally speaking, I consider myself a spiritualist as my spiritual life combines a variety of spiritual paths that I have brought together to create my own spiritual path, one that works for me yet I am open to all spiritual paths for they all lead to the same source. And yes at times I feel like as I'm a lot of us have, that we're simply spinning our wheels and getting nowhere fast. But change is coming and we are beginning to move toward our goals as our wheels are now gripping the road and moving us forward. We are building up speed and momentum and will soon be on our way at a good clip, a comfortable speed that will allow us to see the road ahead clearly and change course or take a detour if we have to.
But let's take this forward movement for granted or think we can simply sit back and enjoy the ride. We have to actively take part and continue this movement forward by taking the right and appropriate actions that continue to fire the motor that will keep us moving. This is not the time to get lazy or take our focus off of our goals. They are there ready to come to life as we want them to, it's up to us to make them happen.
Thank You Spirit.

The "Three of Vessels", True Joy from Gracious Living
Sometime during the night as I slept or slightly awoke, I suppose, thoughts of the Wildwood Tarot filled my mind so I decided as the night progressed the Wildwood was my go to deck in morning. It's energy calling out to me through my subconscious mind.
Spirit Is and today's Wildwood Tarot Energy is the "Three of Vessels, Joy: The ability to connect directly to joy allows the healing and empowering energies to flow through you and is a gift from the universe. Being able to be joyful and celebrate life fully in gratitude for the amazing gifts we share is a uniquely individual blessing but is also recognised by those who feel its warmth radiating from us. To be able to embrace love, life's achievements and the fulfilment that comes with selfless dedication to a shared cause or belief is to be the conduit from which the unseen breath of the divine flows. One of the most common reasons why people lose the ability to feel authentic joy in their lives is the fear associated with loss or grief at the passing of the emotion. Sometimes we need to give ourselves permission to be completely fulfilled and to experience joy again and be strong and stoical enough to understand that all of life's trials and tribulations, as well as the blessings and gifts, are cyclical by nature."
The "Three of Vessels" is guiding us, if not outright telling us to live in the present and to live and celebrate life with unconditional and unflinching gratitude each and every day of our lives no matter what trials and tribulations come our way. Living in the present, present moment awareness and living as best we can each and every day allows joy to flow through our lives. Yes, life can be challenging however we need to be always be spiritually minded each and every day and joy shall be with us always.
I always try to be joyful and full of gratitude each and every morning and doing my best to remind myself of the joys of existence throughout the day because I've been given the gift of life for yet another day. A gift that allows me to experience the awesomeness and beauty of life and all that life offers once again.
Joy is awaking and being greeted by the warm embrace of a new day, the breath of life from a new day, the spiritual richness that comes from being a conduit of the Great Source that gifts us all with the Spirit of Life that fills one and all, that continuously encourages us to be more than we think we can be spreading light and love throughout the world by allowing the unseen breath of the divine flow through our joy of living true and authentic lives.
Thank You Spirit.

The "5 of Swords" and Another Reminder That Life is Not a Competition
A bit overheated last night so my sleep was interrupted as I tossed and turned throwing the bed coverings off a few times before awaking around 4:30am and not sleeping much after.
Spirit Is and today's Gay Tarot Energy is the "5 of Swords: The Tennis Game. Being overly competitive. A game which gets out of hand. A pattern of always needing to win, or to lose.”
The "5 of Swords" is calling on us to meditate and strengthen our connection with Spirit and our true selves so we can overcome our overly competitive ways and attitudes. This energy is here to remind us that life is not a competition and that we need to stop treating it as such. For we should be more caring and compassionate toward each other by reaching for our higher selves and trying to solve our worldly problems through compromise and respectful conversations rather than resorting to our primitive brains and the violent ways it leads to.
Thank You Spirit.

The "Guide of Coins" and Feeling Special about having an Ordinary, Mundane Day
Slept very well with just a few oddball thoughts coming and going throughout the night. And really didn't want to awake this morning, was so very tempted to ignore the alarm and fall back to sleep but I didn't.
Spirit Is and today's Gay Tarot Energy is the “Guide of Coins: Seeing the magic in the mundane. Spiritual fulfilment from nature. Finding joy in the ordinary.”
The “Guide of Coins" is one of my favourite cards in this deck. It really defines the way I feel. Nature is not only my home, it's a part of who I am. I feel connected, vibrant, alive and full of energy even with a swarm of mosquitoes wanting to draw every millilitre of blood from us during our Cougar Mountain Cedar Grove hike on Sunday.
But enough about me and today's Tarot Energy. This is supposed to about you, yes, you!
Today's “Guide of Coins" is that specialness you're feeling today as you look out and spot a bird singing just for you, you're sure you're the only one hearing this special song. Today's energy is about the smile that crossed your lips today as that rusty old sign caught your attention and the mundaneness of the scene that filled your eyes as you looked back up and got back to your walk, nothing noteworthy, just life simply being life...
...aahhh...that's the whole energy of today's “Guide of Coins", life simply being life...nothing extraordinary, nothing eventful, nothing to write in the diary but wait, yes there is...you can write that you enjoyed being ordinary today, enjoyed the mundane day you had and that you'd like to experience it all over again!
What an experience!
Thank You Spirit!

the "IX of Wands", Believing In Yourself, Defending Your Beliefs by Pursuing Them
Muddled dreams and muddled thoughts when I awoke a few times last night. When I awoke this morning from another muddled dream I was immediately struck with the idea that this was all due to the Tarot of the Spirit Deck under my pillow. But this was only a part of the reason why. The real reason behind the muddled dreams and thoughts? A lack of a real connection with Spirit.
Why do I say this? Bad thoughts lead to anger and this shuts down our communication with Spirit. Spirit doesn't stop this communication, we do!
Valuable lessons learned through the subconscious and a few dreams...I like it and truly appreciate that I'm aware of and open to such real learning from Spirit.
Spirit Is and today's Whimsical Tarot Energy is "IX of Wands. Fight for and hold onto what you believe. Your projects are near completion; relaxation is at hand. Victory soon arrives. Luck comes to children. When reversed: Be prepared and aware of the ruler of the game. Arrogance creates obstacles. Rid yourself of self-pity and anxiety. Tend to your health."
I believe in myself and the power of Spirit in our lives, in my life. I'm more and more spiritually driven each day and really want to live a spiritually minded life. I believe and know that offering Intuitive Tarot and Wedding Officiant services is the right thing for me to do. I've even fine-tuned this especially around Intuitive Tarot as today upon surrounding myself with the energy of this "IX of Wands" the words Spiritual Coach and Spiritual Coaching came to mind so this will be added to my website and business card.
If your beliefs are spiritually driven and heartfelt they are as real and as valid as anyone else's. Don't let people convince you otherwise. Although it may be a struggle at times to hold onto what you believe, today, you have to hold on to those very beliefs, your beliefs for all they're worth. And dare I say, your beliefs are invaluable today. Don't let them go.
Thank You Spirit.

The "5 of Wands" Having a Solid Plan and Strategy to Stand Out and Survive in the Marketplace
Spirit Is and today's Gay Tarot Energy is the “5 of Wands: The Hockey Game. The project meets resistance. Testing one’s ideas against others. An enjoyable struggle. Competition in the marketplace."
As the energy of the “5 of Wands" washed over me filling every atom of my being many business related thoughts came to mind as to how I will position myself in the Tarot Intuitive and Wedding Officiant marketplaces. So the ideas that came from this energy are to develop a plan and/or strategy as to how I will enter the marketplace as well coming up with a mission statement and a more solid business plan so I build myself and my business up on a nice solid foundation.
I need to stand out in the crowd but in a good way. Through Spirit I will be but one of what I'm sure are many outstanding Wedding Officiants out there.
Thank You Spirit.

The "Seven of Stones" and Transformative Healing That Comes From Within
Spirit Is and today's Wildwood Tarot Energy is the "Seven of Stones: One of the deepest stages of healing and recovery after any emotional trauma or physical injury is forgiveness. If the healing is from a relationship issue, we often hold onto the pain, mistakenly believing that it keeps us close to the source of that pain. Sometimes, we hang onto a sense of loss, loneliness, and betrayal associated with the failure of the relationship. Regret can also be associated with these feelings as one questions one's own motives and actions. Yet, if you have acted with integrity and sincerity, there is no need for regret; it is a waste of energy and healing focus. If regret is present, more work may be required to understand its underlying causes. One of the elements inherent in bringing healing and closure to any situation is acceptance along with self-forgiveness. We are neither perfect or omnipotent and, therefore, we make mistakes. The acceptance of these simple truths can bring healing to the suffering soul."
Hidden wounds, wounds long forgotten whether emotional or physical are brought to the surface today for a truly transformative healing. A weight will be lifted off of your shoulders, an angst that has always been there is lifted and that thorn in your side that has been there for as long as you can remember is finally and permanently removed. This healing is quick and energizing, you have a new spring in your step, you mood is light and joyous and you not only feel refreshed and rejuvenated, it also shows. You are full of life and people take notice.
Accepting your humanity, your failings, the mistakes you have made transform and heal you from the very core of your being, a healing that comes from within that is deeply rooted in the trueness of your being, your authentic self. Healing that comes from the Great Source, the Spirit of Life, the Spirit of Being, the Spirit of the Cosmos that which is us, the spark of creation, the spark of life.
Thank You Spirit.

"11 The Woodward" and Harnessing Our Inner Strength
Spirit Is and today's Wildwood Tarot Energy is "11 The Woodward: Through adversity or the process of re-balancing in life, we find courage within ourselves that flows from an unknown source. Sometimes that courage has to do with facing unavoidable truth or dealing with a person or problem that no amount of physical confrontation or emotional bravery will resolve. The Woodward's strength, drawn from nature's inherent power to renew and overcome, is needed if we are to foresee what is to come and wait upon the turning of the seasons. Sometimes, when faced with a challenging situation, we must find our own inner backstop, the point from which we will not retreat or from which we can move forward with quiet confidence. The Wildwood ethos has to teach humanity about calm, resolute strength."
Sometimes, what's needed is an inner, well-focused and resolute strength in order for us to see our plans and goals through to completion. Oftentimes, this will not happen until we're pushed to our limits where we are teetering on the edge of a cliff and where a shift in our balance one way or another will either lead to a more solid footing or a great fall. We all have the strength within us to succeed but we don't always know how to channel or make this inner strength work for us. At least, not until we are pushed to the extreme where it becomes a "do" or "die" situation, if you will.
But realising this should be enough for us to connect with this inner strength and use it to carry us forward to see our goals through to their successful completion. We need to become one with our goals, to let our goals become a part of the very fabric of our being so much so that they help provide us with the focus, strength and momentum needed that carries us forward to meet our future selves, living the fruits of our labour and fulfillment of our goals.
Thank You Spirit.

The "8 of Coins" and Working Hard to Master Skills and Improve Talent and Loving It
Another day closer to moving from a job into a career, a spiritual career, a career that will be fulfilling and satisfying beyond what words can describe. An experience that needs to be experienced to know and understand what I'm feeling.
Spirit Is and today's Gay Tarot Energy is the “8 of Coins: The Factory. Skill and mastery. Tedious, repetitive labour. Slow and methodical progress."
I'm working hard as likely you are, working hard to master your skills and improving your talents but through it all loving what you're doing. For me, Spirit, Tarot and officiating weddings are dreams come true and I wouldn't have it any other way. In fact, I just happened to hear the end of a story on the radio about a wedding officiant and knew that hearing this brief snippet of a story was confirmation to me that I'm on the right path. A path where officiating over weddings is in my very near future. After all, I'm a Metaphysician, a Metaphysical Ceremonialist, a Tarot Intuitive, also known as a Tarot Medium and this is very fulfilling and satisfying to me.
Thank You Spirit.

The "3 of Coins" and Enjoying Our Life Together as Routine and Mundane as We Like It to Be
I fell asleep with thoughts of officiating over a wedding of two wonderful people, people that came back into my mind when I was driving to the job. I also had thoughts of Elizabeth Gilbert, Dr Leon Masters, and Pamela Eakins. I fell asleep working in my chosen spiritual career and what I wonderful night of sleep I had.
Spirit Is and today's Gay Tarot Energy is the “3 of Cups: A Good Time. Happy, comfortable times together. Quiet enjoyment. Celebration."
This is what my partner and I try to do every day, have happy, comfortable, quiet times and enjoyment together. We're happy with our routine even mundane lives and have no need or desire to change any of it. We're enjoying life and we're enjoying each other each other's company. We have made a beautiful and comfortable home for ourselves and when we have visitors they feel it as no one is ever to eager to leave. The home we've created for ourselves is filled with the love and appreciation we feel and have for each other and this energy is also felt by those we welcome through our doors.
Thank You Spirit.

The "6 of Coins" and Transcending Financial Resentment and Attracting Creative Opportunities
I have the Tarot of the Spirit deck under my pillow and I get a sense that it is influencing both my sleep and my dreams. Dr. Leon Masters, founder of the International Metaphysical Ministry as well as the University of Metaphysics and the University of Sedona has popped into my dreams the last few nights. Although, this could also be a result of my reading about him and listening to a snippet of one of his lectures especially last night but on previous nights I get a sense that his presence in my dreams is directly a result of his presence that has been strengthened and supported by my having the Tarot of the Spirit deck of cards under my pillow.
Also, I'm heavily focused on Spirit, my spirit, my connection to/with Spirit, nature, the cosmos, and all that is, was and always ever will be. I'm feeling energies and external forces focused on me these days. I want to strengthen my spiritual connection with life and do more work in this area. This morning I was very eager to meditate using one of Dr Leon Masters directed meditations. But being the dedicated guy I am I walked out the door and headed to my job.
Spirit is and today's Gay Tarot Energy is the "6 of Coins: Dependence. Resentment because of financial dependence on another. Charity. An unequal relationship."
Resentment is never good and especially in financial matters. Most everyone works for someone else whether it be an individual or a corporation and receive a paycheque for their efforts, time and commitment to the employer. I'm no different but I've been resentful at times and this is only doing harm to me and no one else. Resentment on my part has blocked me from opportunities as well as creative pursuits that can free me from being bound to employer for a paycheque. Well no more, my resentment has fallen to back into the history of the past and I'm now forging ahead ready make something of the creative energies and opportunities that are within my reach. Which one am I going to reach out and grab?
Thank You Spirit.

"XVIII The Moon" and Putting Fears In Their Place!
Yesterday was all about getting ready to receive an out of town visitor, an acquaintance of my partner's. He has come to Canada, his first time here to participate in a few conferences two here in Vancouver and one in Montreal. over the next month or so. He seems like a very nice guy and his free accommodation we arranged for him during his stay here is in the heart of downtown Vancouver.
So that was our Saturday.
Spirit Is and today's Pagan Tarot Energy is "XVIII The Moon: Much the way that moonlight and sunlight show us differing perspectives of a situation, in this case we are able to see that our fears are not the reality; we are buying into a dream state, frightened by things which do not need to have power over us. We need to realise and take our power back from the nightmares in our lives."
As I'm working harder on fine-tuning my website and exactly what services I'm offering a bit of fear is creeping around the outskirts of my thoughts and mind. Thankfully, I see that I do not and will not pay attention to this fearful energy as it is unfounded and an unnecessary distraction. Today's Moon Energy is about exposing such fears for what they really are, illusions trying to rob me of my power to move forward and thrive in a new career that is my purpose.
I am in control, my power is my own!
Seize your power, harness it and know that you alone control your power and direction it takes, never relinquish it to fear or any other negativity that may come knocking at your door.
Thank You Spirit.

The "Eight of Wands" and Ready to Welcome the Return of the Energy I've Sent Out Into the World
Fell asleep quite quickly as is usual and with the usual crystals, gems, and stones under my pillow. I also placed the Tarot of the Spirit deck under pillow as well last night. Had a great sleep, could have slept longer but wanted to have some alone time and solitude this morning so I slipped quietly out of bed just before 7:00am.
This morning as I sat out on the deck soaking up the morning as Spirit and Nature welcomed me to this day, stillness and simply being came over me as I sat shuffling the cards in my hands, as crows, seagulls, and other birds made their presence known.
Spirit Is and today's Pagan Tarot Energy is the "Eight of Wands: In a happier scene than the Seven of Wands, our Witch is sorting mail that contains money. She sits comfortable while reading one of the letters. The Wands that were threatening in the Seven now bring good tidings. She is finally enjoying the return on her investment that she sent out in the Three of Wands. Events that you set in motion in the past are now moving toward you, for good or ill. If you have consciously invested in something, you will enjoy the fruits of your labour. If you have sent out bad energy, this will be a period of reaping what you have sown."
Upon seeing the "Eight of Wands" a question came to mind: what kind of energy have I sent out in the past that I'm receiving today and maybe in the next 24 to 48 hours? As I contemplated this question a solid answer did not come to mind right away however, I felt at ease, happy, and content that I'm ready to move forward and work with whatever energy comes my was as it is a reflection or a return of energy that I, myself have sent out so I must prepared to deal with it, good or bad!
My sense though is that the energy returning to me is fairly, if not entirely positive. No clouds appear on the horizon and the day is a bright one all around!
Thank You Spirit.

The "3 of Coins" and Enjoying Chores and Mundane Work
The work week is finally over as it always is on a Friday for a lot of people so big surprise there but it's nice to be done with work for a couple of days. Especially, now that my focus has narrowed on getting myself up in running on a more rewarding and fulfilling path and spiritual career. A career where the metaphysical and mystical come to life and where I offer Spiritual Guidance, Tarot, and Wedding Services to all!
Spirit Is and today's Gay Tarot Energy is the “3 of Coins: A child’s room. Creating a positive environment for someone. Work done for the pleasure of it."
Creating a positive environment for someone, even myself really is always a loving and cheerful enterprise. This even entails work done for the pleasure of it such as folding clothes, making dinner, cleaning house, cleansing the energy in our home, even our own energy as when we go about our day-to-day lives all sorts of energy can sometimes cling to us that may interfere with the positive energy we carry with us or even that which dwells in our homes. So I often enjoy chores or mundane work as it keeps me grounded and reminds me that I have a gifted and well-rounded life that I need to continually enjoy.
Thank You Spirit.

The "4 of Cups", an Opportunity and the "4 of Coins", Don't Abuse Your Perceived Sense of Power
Rested quite well, sleep was refreshing although awaking before the alarm is a bit irksome but it does happen on occasion. Besides, I feel very close to and well-connected with Spirit and why shouldn't I? We're all spirit after all, aren't we?
Spirit Is and today's Gay Tarot Energy is the “4 of Cups: The Audition. A new opportunity or choice presents itself. Everything hangs in the balance. Nervousness, excitement.” and the “4 of Coins: The Lighting Director. A position of power. Wanting to control how others perceive things.”
A new opportunity has presented itself however it will put me in a perceived position of power when I start seeing clients in the coming days and knowing such I need to be wary of adopting a position of control over them. As although they may come to me for spiritual guidance or answers to questions they have or even to oversee their wedding ceremony I must always keep myself in check and stay on equal ground with them. Although my education may provide me with a means of offering assistance to them by no means am I better than them or in a higher category than they are. We are equal and this must always be top of mind for me.
And as you may have noticed two cards are filling the day with their energy today. They slipped out of the deck as one as I was meditating with and shuffling the cards. Two cards to show that an opportunity is out there but that at the same time the opportunity comes with its challenges.
Thank You Spirit.
