Friday, July 18th, 2014. I slept pretty darned well last night and we were in bed before 10:30pm. I do remember awaking a couple of time however sleep knocked me back out very quickly.

Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “7 of Swords: The Messenger. Carrying your plans through obstacles. Speed is important. Someone brings news or a message. Carelessness.”
So as I looked at the “7 of Swords” I found myself that I must continue to move forward in the pursuit of my goals and pick up the pace a little so I build the needed momentum to bring my ideas and plans to fruition. But I must guard against carelessness as I’ve experienced over the past few days at work. My work became a little careless and I made a few stupid mistakes, nothing catastrophic mind you but stupid mistakes all the same. Lessons learned so I can avoid making them in the future.
Today was a day where I just wanted to crawl back into bed or crawl under a rock for awhile. My energy was not good and my work suffered for it. I could not get out of this funk until after lunch, a full tummy and classical music did me wonders.
