Wednesday, July 16th, 2014. What a wonderful night of sleep I had. I slept in until the alarm. I’m quite elated and I owe all to focusing my conscious and subconscious minds on my chakras and bringing harmony and balance into my life. I had no thoughts about work or any repetitive worries haunt me as I slept.

I’m glad to be experiencing the hazy, lazy days of summer so-to-speak. People are more mellow and easygoing and it’s seems to be a more relaxed time of year. I’m enjoying social gatherings as well as enough alone time to really think about and reflect on my priorities and what is important to me these days. Work is humming along quite nicely and life at home is full of much love and happiness.
