Sage of Wands and Showing My True Colours
We had another quiet day yesterday. I took the car in for an oil change and a pre-road trip inspection. We ran a few errands, met up with a few friends and just had a day as it unfolded for the most part. Last night was also the Full Moon. She in all her glory was not very visible from our place and although I did get a peek of her if I stretched out over the balcony railing, she beckoned me to come be in her presence this morning and this is what I did. The Sun was rising however the Full Moon was clearly visible from our dining room window so I sat and celebrated the Full Moon in serene silence.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “Sage of Wands: Wanting to change the world. Changing your environment by winning others over to your viewpoint. Critical acclaim. Politics.”
The best way to have the greatest affect/effect or influence over others is simply to be yourself, to believe in yourself and your convictions and this is what I try and do each and every day. The last ten or eleven months I have been trying my best to put myself on full display to the rest of the world by not hiding behind any masks or false facades and simply showing my true colours to those around me. This is a constant struggle as our conditioning is to wrap ourselves in protective layers so as not to open ourselves to harm or hurt from others or the world around us.
I do my best to believe in myself and my convictions, to allow my originality and inspirations to take form. For the past eleven months I’ve been working at living out my goals and dreams and doing a decent job of it. I try to be content and always live and be present in the present moment, to appreciate each and every second, minute, and hour of each and every day. I’m acting on my own behalf, writing my own story and doing my best to live my life my way as well as to live in harmony with the world that is our reality.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

Guide of Swords and Life is Bigger Than All of Us
Had a good day yesterday, limping along with my RV project and wrapping up chores around the house. Our evening was quiet and pleasant and I slept well—though I seemed to be traveling in my sleep…could be due to our upcoming trip, leaving Thursday. Taking the car in today for an oil and filter change as well as an overall inspection, making sure she’s good to go for a road trip.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “Guide of Swords: A wider perspective. Altruistic thoughts. Messages from the higher self.”
Life is more than just about me. I like to be straight forward and candid and do my best not to hurt feelings by being honest and truthful. I do my best to take it easy and not judge the human folly that fills daily life. We’re human after all and we all tend to suffer from days where our brains just do not seem to be working and we go ahead and do something foolish. And with the technology today, such folly is likely to make to the airwaves in one fashion or another.
Life is about more than just me. I have a great life to be thankful for and I do my best to give thanks for the blessings and I would even say the privileges I have in this life, not everything is a right after all…Thank You Spirit for the reminder that I share the world with 7 billion plus other people and that I need to be thankful, more than just thankful for the life I have, I need to give of myself and give back, or pay it forward, for this wonderful life I have.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

"V The Priest", Non-Comformity, and Commonsense
We had an unexpected day yesterday as we hung out with friends for most of the day. A quick visit from one and then we drove around and window shopped with a couple of hours after lunch. Oh, we went out for breakfast at De Dutch Pannekoek House and I had their Farmer’s Omelet that was a meal and half for me but I managed to eat it all but it filled me for the day. My only qualm with my breakfast was that it was almost $20, good and what I wanted but a bit pricey for breakfast.
We didn’t get home until sometime after 8pm likely closer to 9 so our relaxing evening before bed was short. I don’t mind though, it’s great to hang out with friends once in awhile.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is “V The Priest: The best way to help others is to help them make their own decisions. Wisdom. Advice. A promise. A ceremony or ritual."
I try to be myself, a bit unorthodox, a bit of a non-conformist but I also know that I have to live in reality as well as keep my wits and commonsense about me. Today’s card for me at least re-enforces the need for me to grow some of my talents so I’m an expert or professional in each of them. I can focus on a few that are all somewhat related in that they can also be classified as hobbies. But what I want to do with them is take them to the next level, becoming a professional in each hobby and maybe earning a few dollars from each profession-crafting, ventriloquism, and one hobby that I wish to remain a mystery for now…crafting as in handcrafted greeting cards is an area I excel in, beading I’m learning quite quickly, ventriloquism I’m at an amateur level and simply need to practice and become a “natural” at it otherwise known as a professional and then my other hobby, a mystery for now is in the planning stages and close to becoming a reality…and of course getting a little expert advice in each of these areas is something I also plan on doing.
Thank You Spirit.

Sage of Coins and Following Through With Commitments
Everything is going to be alright. This was written in one of my horoscopes and I’m to do my level best to use it as this week’s mantra just as was suggested by the horoscope. Everything is going to be alright!
Thank You Spirit.
Yesterday was another errand and chore day at home so no work was done on the RV other a quick visit to drop off a few items I picked up running my errands for home. No problem though as my visit to the RV drove home the fact that I need to turn her into a home now and clean things out so she no longer looks like a garage or storage shed. I started that process already by organizing some of the tools and supplies I have. An ideal thing to get is an exterior storage pod so I can store these things outside of the RV. I’ll get to work on that next week or in early September after our vacation into Oregon and along the Oregon Coast.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the Sage of Coins: “Working with resources rather than trying to control them. A mature appreciation of the natural world. Patience.”
This reminds me that I need to stand strong with my commitments and complete them thus bringing them to a successful resolution. I can be a “jack of all trades” but I should master at least a few of the many talents I have so that I can focus my energies on only a few instead of many and thus zero in on a good and decent way to be financially independent.
Thank You Spirit.

The Youth of Coins and Keeping an Eye Open for Good Things to Come
I was not expecting to have a very productive day yesterday and this is exactly what I had, a productive day. I installed a new wall lamp in the condo and I painted the exterior trim on the RV, and even sorted through boxes of screws and other fasteners, placing them all in a couple of organizers I picked up on my way to the RV. And I also installed another temporary light filtering fabric shade over the window behind the desk and I love the way it looks.
Today is another gray day and more threatening of rain by the looks of it so I may not be able to get another coat of paint on that exterior trim. But here’s to hoping I can.
Oh the new wall lamp I installed was need as the old one fizzled out on us. Almost two years ago I created this wall lamp by tearing apart a floor lamp, discarding the pole, keeping only the light fixture that I mounted onto a large wall bracket. I did this because we could not any other light fixture that provided us with as much light as this lamp did - 55 watts of light that provided great lighting that was comfortable and made reading easy. The new lamp has five 10 watt bulbs and is nice for mood lighting but not bright enough to read comfortably or piddle around with intricate projects like beading, something I like to do while relaxing on the sofa. A table lamp is in order.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “Youth of Coins: Focusing on the physical. Beginning a regimen. Matters relating to nutrition and exercise.”
In further researching the Youth or Page of Coins I’ve learned that this card can also represent opening for success, comfort, trust and/or the chance to make dreams real. It is also about having lighthearted and dare I say carefree fun with our bodies, talents and belongings. But we must also take care of ourselves by getting plenty of exercise and eating a healthy and balanced diet, at least most of the time. My rule is 80 percent good eating 20 percent bad but exercise, exercise, and exercise, don’t let that 20 percent get you out of shape.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The 4 of Cups and Living Life
Yesterday got a bit wet. At first there were only a few sprinkles then a seductive dry period and then the showers came and turned into a brief period of heavy rain. I was hoping the 30 or 40 percent chance of wet stuff falling from the sky would turn into a drier day bit no such luck. I paid a visit to the RV to try and finish up a few things on the exterior one of which was to apply sealant where I missed applying before. However, I’m not sure if anything I did apply held up to the rain as it takes about three hours before the stuff is what they deem to be “rain ready”.
I’ll likely not get over to the RV again until Monday as the forecast for the next few days is calling for on and off showers and rain-not good for exterior painting. So it’ll have to wait until drier weather which is likely to be Monday and definitely Tuesday as of yesterday’s long term forecast. But I do love my RV and she does not look all that bad.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “4 of Cups: The Audition. A new opportunity or choice presents itself. Everything hangs in the balance. Nervousness, excitement.”
There is time for reflection and renewal however I must not forget to open my eyes to the opportunities, optimism, and excitement that are all around me. I must not allow myself to become flat and stale so I must immerse myself into the buzz and excitement of life and all that it has to offer. I need to envision my future as I desire it to be by looking beyond the work that still needs to be done and see that it, that all of this work produces the results I’m wishing for.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The Queen of Cups and Embracing Life
Time is an interesting concept and we give and take time away from ourselves depending on what we prioritize in our lives-jobs, work, career, families, hobbies, chores, projects, dates, fun, etc. I thought I had plenty of free time to do my own thing however this time I thought I had has all but disappeared. I now have to be creative and make that time reappear in my life so I can finish up my project. My project is simply me working on my RV and I just need a few more days to tie up a few details so I can rest comfortably knowing that a particular project is complete, out of the way, and done right. I will find a way and do it.
Thank You Spirit.
Yesterday was another great day, the weather has become a little wet but that is fine by me. Never complain about the weather. I worked as hard as I could on my project and have another three or four hours of work left to do before I can say I’ll be happy and done with giving my RV a nice, new look on the outside with the application of new trim and sealant. I’ve learned a lot and this is what this project is all about-learning and knowledge, Spirit is a great teacher!
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “Queen of Cups: Messages from your heart. Altruism.”
Be kind, compassionate and loving. Open my heart and trust my intuition and feelings. Respect and revere all life, love and cherish everyone and everything. Simply let compassion and love guide me in all that I do.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

XX Beyond Judgement and Doing My Best to Get Off the Fence
Yesterday was another quiet day spent at home with a quick jaunt to the gym being my only outdoor activity. I spent the day doing chores and finding misplaced items. I move about the house, set things down and forget where I put them when I go to find them days later. Of course, it does not help that I have piles of stuff all over the condo because I might need them when instead I should put them away where they belong and I can find them. I’m getting better at keeping myself organized though and now that I mention this, maybe it is time to for another clean-up.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is “XX Beyond Judgement: Self-acceptance must come before liberation. Freedom from others’ expectations. Trying to make conditions better for others. Altruism. Pride. Self-acceptance.”
I must face the realities of my life, get off the fence by making a decision, forgive myself of guilt and burden, heed my calling and allow Spirit to guide and show me the way. I far too often paralyze myself with indecision and this is why sometimes days, weeks, months, and even years go by and I have accomplished any of my goals or dreams. I should not feel guilty about what I want to do in life as it is my life to live and I do not need to meet or fulfill others’ expectations of me. I need to do what is right for me.
And this does not mean I do not respect or pay attention to what people are thinking. However, I must understand, appreciate and realize that their ideas are based on their own likes, needs, and wants, and not my own. RVing and living life o the road is one of these ideas that others’ don’t appreciate or understand is the right decision and best way for me to live my life. But this is based mostly on what they consider to be the best way to live one’s life, their opinion, not fact and this what I must accept. It is their opinion as it is my opinion and my life to live.
Thank You Spirit.

The Ace of Cups and Emotinal Awareness
We had a decent day yesterday, we each did what we had to do in the morning and then simply enjoyed the afternoon and evening as the day unfolded, not what we expected but enjoyable none-the-less.
Thank You Spirit.
Then this morning as Spirit Is I awake to today’s visiting Tarot Card, the “Ace of Cups: A gift of love. The beginning of a love affair, friendship, or partnership.”
I sense a blossoming of emotional awareness in my life where I am in tune with both my emotions and Spirit, enlightened, if you will to the guiding voice(s) of pure emotion and Spirit. Today is about possibilities of gifts, opportunities and synchronistic events.
However with having said this I must guard myself against egoism and self-centeredness and be sure that I am allowing myself to guided by pure and true emotion and not my own ego or pride. The best way I can do this is through connecting with others with purity of heart and openness, a deep connection that goes beyond the superficiality of the masks that we wear-Namaste ("I bow to the God within you", or "The Spirit within me salutes the Spirit in you") …
Thank You Spirit.

The "7 of Wands" and Confronting Myself
The weekend has come and gone and a quick rain shower or two did nothing to dampen our enjoyment of the weekend. I was actually able to work on my project for a very brief time and this was both good and bad. I did get some work done however I rushed doing it and could have done a much better job of it. Nothing looks bad or is terribly wrong, it’s not quite right but it’ll do.
I had a lot of time to think and contemplate and reflect and simply be this weekend and through all of this I’ve discovered that I’m afraid of and battle both myself and the success that can be a part of my life. I stoke the fires of fear and doubt more than I should and am finding it very difficult to overcome this self-inflicted fear and doubt. I mention this because when I work with Tarot and Spirit I see success in the cards, I sense success with Spirit, yet within me such ideas are very fleeting and never stick around too long.
Yesterday, while I was in my RV dropping off a few things I felt alive and full of life and had a great energy about me that filled me with a lot of hope and wash all doubts and fears aside however when I got home all of this disappeared. I think I need a good spiritual cleansing and healing-too many old wounds and scars remain. I need to truly heal and transcend these wounds and fears and free myself form the chains that hold me to old ideas and modes of thinking.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “7 of Wands: Fighting the wind. A Quixotic struggle. Winning against the odds. Confrontation.”
I see this as a confrontation with myself and my own doubts and fears more than anything else. I struggle to overcome me. Many a time I am reminded of the talents that I have, the upbeat attitude, the outgoing spirit and personality I exude and yet I get caught up in my own anxiety and fears and shy away from my greatest goals and dreams when they are so close, within reach, and dare I say, easily attainable.
A battle is brewing within me and I need to confront my doubts and fears and find a way to overcome and transcend them if I truly want to make a life of my own.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The Ace of Wands and Trusting Oneself
Another weird kind of day yesterday. I did get out of the house to work on my project but the energy was not feeling right and I may have rushed in my efforts to try and get things done. Rushing blinds me to mistakes being made as well as sloppy work. A sober look at the work today or maybe tomorrow will shine the light on what I did yesterday and how good or bad of a job I did. The afternoon was quiet, warm, and spent at Tre Galli at the River Market. We took our work down there and must have spent a couple of hours sipping coffee and doing our own thing.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and Today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “Ace of Wands: A creative inspiration. The beginning of a project or venture.”
If I leave myself open to creative ideas and inspiration maybe a bold and original idea will pop into my head or will open up the possibility of a fabulous synchronistic event taking place today. The possibilities are absolutely endless. I think I have an idea right now and I better jot it down before I lose it…done!
You see I’m trying to be self-employed if you will but am finding it difficult to let myself be self-employed as I worry about being employed and being able to earn my keep. Handcrafted Cards and Bracelets anyone? Tarot Card Reading or Spiritual Guidance? A glimpse at the hobby I want to bring on the road with me? Hhhmmm…so many thoughts and ideas…trust in myself…go for it!
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

III The Protector and Embracing and Nurturing Life
Yesterday did not go quite as planned and I found myself deciding to break up my day between what I wanted to do and the requests of a spouse. So my project, a project that could have likely been completed yesterday is only about one third to half way done. No problem…simply go with the flow…lessons being learned, knowledge gained…Thank You Spirit.
Last night was quite warm. I think it was much hotter than forecast as the heat was really beating down on us and the lack of a nice breeze meant our place stayed warm to hot even after sundown. No complaints, the weather is what it is I do my best to accept it and not fret about too much Sun or even too much rain…Mother Nature does what she wants.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is “III The Protector: Nurturing others is good practice for nurturing oneself. Parental instincts. Maintaining a home or a positive environment. Bringing a project to fruition.”
Today’s Tarot is about embracing and nurturing the principle of life with a generous and open spirit and keeping one’s feet firmly planted on the ground so we ourselves can be nurtured by the very ground we walk on, Mother Earth or Gaia. We give of ourselves, live in harmony, love and embrace life and enjoy its bountiful goodness.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

10 of Wands, Being Responsible, and Taking Time
Thank You Spirit for another bright and beautiful day-the sun is shining, the day is bright and dry and full of life.
We had a great few hours at the beach yesterday. We go at a time where the tide is out and to get into the water requires a trek on the seabed and in shallow water before it gets deep enough to dive in and swim. The shallow water though allows a glimpse into some of the sea life that exists along the sandy beach where we laze the day away. Small fish frolicking in the water, scooting about and diving into holes as feet get too close to them or another sandy bottom dweller that scoots about and stirs up the sand as it skitters along the ocean floor, trying to escape those nasty human feet. Cool!
Thank You Spirit!
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “10 of Wands: The Burden. Responsibilities. Obligations. Over committing yourself. Realizing that burdens are a part of life."
A reminder to seek balance of responsibilities, burdens, and other commitments where that balance is between what needs, to be done, what can be done, and the time available in a day to do it all. We far too often try to squeeze more hours into the day than is possible, rushing to get things done when the best course of action is to acknowledge we are not superhuman and can only work so fast and only do what can be safely done in the hours we have. It is time to push ourselves and others back into the mode of thinking that sometimes the best course of action is to leave it for tomorrow or another day. Not procrastination or being lazy but acting responsibly and keeping ours and others safety and well-being top of mind.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

XIX The Sun and Letting Your Light Shine
I had both a successful and destructive day yesterday.
I was successful in getting over to the RV and getting some much needed done, more than I expected actually. If I’m blessed with time to get over to the RV tomorrow I should be able to wrap up this current project and move onto another one.
And then I got home and attempted to change a light bulb in a lamp that is a part of plant hanger that is anchored to the wall. In my attempt to put in the bulb a second time I somehow to the plant hanger/lamp from the wall sending my beautiful and lush “Purple Passion” crashing to the floor. This plant has been growing non-stop since I got it and I had its vines climbing up and along walls and behind curtains as it sought the light from the large window. Those vines, this lush growth is no more. When I picked up the plant most of it stayed on the floor, the poor thing was torn apart in the fall.
Needless to say, I was and am still saddened by this accident but lessons were learned yesterday as trying to re-attach this plant and lamp contraption to the wall was more challenging than I thought it would be and anger was rising up and threatening to boil over. I had to muster up all the calming strength I could in order to keep my cool and it worked, step back, breathe, focus…
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is “XIX The Sun: The best moments in life are rooted in the ordinary. Contentment. Optimism. Ordinariness. Satisfaction from a job well done. Familiarity.”
This card is absolutely about the best moments being rooted in the ordinary and allowing oneself to shine if only for themselves. It’s also about turning on the light switch in one’s mind and seeing the light, becoming enlightened and gaining a better understanding of the world and your place in it. I also find that this card is also a card of encouragement, of not being afraid of success, of welcoming success into your life and letting your light shine and be seen by the world.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The 9 of Swords, a Caution Sign that Bumps in the Road Lie Ahead
Another beautiful summer day welcomes us out of our slumber. The days ahead are predicted to be as warm and dry as well. Thank You Spirit.
I had a good day yesterday, more lessons learned, and subtle reminders to be patient were given. And a serendipitous meeting allowed me to meet a backyard mechanic, repair technician, and fabrication guy all rolled into one. Just the sort of person I was hoping to meet. We’ll be playing it by ear but he’ willing to take a look at some issues I have with my RV.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “9 of Swords: Unquiet Dreams. Stress. Worries. Mental tapes which play over and over."
Perhaps, a warning sign that my chosen path may be a difficult one and that I need to be more aware and able to adapt, change, and adjust to changing situations and circumstances as they develop. Small changes can make all the difference in the world. I will keep my eyes and ears open and be as flexible as I can so as to minimize, avoid or overcome any difficulties that I may cross paths with.
Thank You Spirit.

The 8 of Cups and Unfolding Change
We enjoyed another few hours at the beach yesterday. The sun was shining brightly and just enough of a cool breeze was blowing to keep us cool. For most the water was at decent enough temperature to dive right in but not for me. I kept my head and most of my body above the water. I dove in the last time we were out to the beach…soon the afternoon gave way to the evening and I was cooking up a nice dinner for us as well as my brother. The evening was full of goo d food and conversation and soon was all over and dishes were all cleaned up, my brother departed for home and the bed was calling.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot is the “8 of Cups: Farewell. Moving on. Leaving behind a person, situation, or a part of yourself.”
Is this visit by “8 of Cups” a sign of needed change and if so what and where in my life do I need to change? Old patterns, habits, and behaviours have been falling away from me all year long and I am without employment so a change in job is a reality, a change in location is a possibility and relationship wise I don’t necessarily see a change but a new dynamic to what already exists.
I think the change is multi-faceted and involves many areas and aspects of my life. I’m craving more out of life than material wealth and possessions. I’m craving a simpler life, a life where I live and do the things I love to do without a lot of worry and anxiety about fitting in or meeting others’ expectations. I want to be my own person and the author of my own life. Yes, my desire is to be more nomadic than most and examples of people doing this successfully are around as witnessed by the numerous blogs out there about people living life on the road and doing so in a financially independent way.
Their experiences both good and bad serve as a road map for others to follow, to take the lessons and experiences that work in order to avoid the pitfalls that often come from inexperience and lack of preparation for the unseen risks that pop up along the way.
Thank You Spirit.

II The Intuitive and Taking Action Through Being Still
We got in last night around 7:30pm or so, grabbed our showers, then relaxed for an hour or so before grabbing a light snack after eating a heavy meal and having a few drinks earlier in the day. We took in Vancouver’s annual Pride Parade with a few hundred thousand of our friends who also lined the streets for this bright, colourful and fun-filled event. It has become quite the family affair and an event proudly supported by many people, businesses and political parties. We enjoyed the parade and the people, families included who dressed up for the occasion, the costumes, make-up and colours were bright and proudly worn by all.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is “II The Intuitive: To be true to oneself, one must know oneself. Looking within for answers. Meditation. Intuition. Exploring that which is normally hidden.”
My Spiritual side surfaced last night as when I briefly awoke in the middle of the night, Spirits were all around the room. I was very comforted by this and quickly fell back to sleep. Thoughts of being still and quiet today fill my mind and today’s card, the Intuitive re-enforces how I feel about the day. I need to be still, I need to be as quiet as possible and in doing so I will take some of the biggest actions toward realizing my dreams and goals, of seizing the opportunities that have come my way.
Thank You Spirit.

The 10 of Wands and Working Through Burdens.
Happy Birthday to my sister.
Today is another lovely day of life coming out of its slumber. The birds flitting about and gossiping away, the spiders on the deck are retreating to their hiding spots during the day and people are just beginning to stir as curtains are opened and lights flicked on to bring more light to the gray start of the day.
We didn’t really know what to do with ourselves yesterday and we wanted to get out of the house so we decided to do our weekly grocery run, eat lunch, read a little, then go for a coffee and a walk along the quay. I took more pictures of the flowers planted along the quay, the ones I took at night are okay but not quite bright enough to use as a good photo for display. Then back home we came to do a whole lot of relaxing, reading, talking, and not much more.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s Tarot is the “10 of Wands: The Burden. Responsibilities. Obligations. Over committing yourself. Realizing that burdens are a part of life."
This is always a perplexing card for me as the image on the card nowhere near evokes to me the types of descriptions used for this card. I see the burden and responsibility aspects but then I also get the sense of being on the right path and/or the proper journey of growth and maturity. Burdens and commitments can at times be tough and difficult to a point of making you want to simply give up and throw in the towel but hanging in there and working through them bring about a sense of accomplishment, of beating the odds, of being stronger than the burden that is now behind you. Sometimes a good dose of humility is the best way to accomplish this.
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The 9 of Cups and Feeling Good
I and I guess we had a quiet day at home yesterday. The weather was not a factor but what a gray day and it seemed to get dark so early last night. The sun is setting before 9:00pm these days, I guess. I did venture out to our other storage locker to pick up a small box of hobby stuff that I wanted to go through. I’m glad I did. Gives me a bit of boost and really drove home present moment awareness for some reason-living in the moment and enjoying it for what it is-don’t waste a single second wishing for the future, instead create it in this very moment you have.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit is and today’s Tarot is the “9 of Cups: Serendipity. Satisfaction. Everything is going well.”
I’m pleased with how my life is unfolding for the moment. My anxiety and stress levels are quite manageable and actually I dare say pretty much non-existent. I’m not stressing over things as much as I used to and in fact would say that I’m more accepting of each and every moment as it unfolds. Yes there are times I get a bit flustered or feel a rise of anger in me but I quickly corral these feelings and instead rise to Spirit.
I have transcended that old mode of thinking in terms of good and bad luck and not allowing myself to enjoy the blessings in life or engage in too much wishful thinking for fear of bad luck coming in to snatch them away.
I’m aware of the seeds that I sowed in the past and through meditation and a strong presence of Spirit, the bad seeds have been uprooted and discarded only leaving behind the seeds, sprouts, plants, and blossoms of a peaceful, love filled life lived without fear where I am the author of my own life and create a life of Spiritual wholesomeness and goodness where Spirit reigns and is alive and well.
Thank you Spirit.

IX The Hermit and Time With Myself and Spirit
I’m surprised at how dedicated I’ve been at working to creating the life I want, to be the author of my own life. In the past when things got a bit tough, I’d simply give up and whine and cry to myself, drowning my sorrows in a cesspool of defeat.
Today is different. I see my dreams and goals as being a part of me. I guess in a sense I’ve become my dreams and goals, taken ownership of them, believing that I’m successful and living the life I want to lead and live. It’s not easy and has its ups and downs but I’d have it no other way. As yesterday’s Tarot Card alluded to, I cannot hesitate or give up on my dreams or goals, no matter how rocky and difficult the path may become. I simply need to take it slow and easy and traverse the bumpy part to find the smooth path just around the bend.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s Tarot is “IX The Hermit: To fully understand something, sometimes you must escape it. Gaining perspective. Solitude. Study.”
Today I will spend some time alone in order to attune to the still centre to reflect and learn, to bring balance to my life, to simply be for a moment. I will surround myself with all things Spirit, open myself up to and attune with Spirit, and allow Spirit to flow…no expectations, no desires, or needs, no preconceived ideas, just an openness of heart and Spirit and time…
Thank You Spirit.
Blessed Be.

The 7 of Wands, Lammas, and Struggling to Reach Dreams
Happy Blessed Lammas. The first harvest of the season is upon us. The Sun is waning and darkening of days is upon us. How quickly seasons change and the brightening days pass but it is the continual turning of the wheel. Thank You Spirit.
Yesterday was another slow and productive day. I wish I could use more hours than I allow myself to but such is life. I work with the hours I give to myself, learn from what I do and give much thanks for the experience and spiritual growth that comes with it.
Thank You Spirit.
Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “7 of Wands: Fighting the wind. A Quixotic struggle. Winning against the odds. Confrontation.”
With courage, conviction, and determination success is within reach. The struggle is a long and difficult one but one worth working through to the end, to the goals and dreams that are very much within reach, just moments away…I give thanks for having such opportunities before me and am humbled by the blessings I have and continue to receive.
Thank You Spirit.
