The Youth of Coins and Keeping an Eye Open for Good Things to Come

I was not expecting to have a very productive day yesterday and this is exactly what I had, a productive day.  I installed a new wall lamp in the condo and I painted the exterior trim on the RV, and even sorted through boxes of screws and other fasteners, placing them all in a couple of organizers I picked up on my way to the RV.  And I also installed another temporary light filtering fabric shade over the window behind the desk and I love the way it looks.

Today is another gray day and more threatening of rain by the looks of it so I may not be able to get another coat of paint on that exterior trim.  But here’s to hoping I can.

Oh the new wall lamp I installed was need as the old one fizzled out on us.  Almost two years ago I created this wall lamp by tearing apart a floor lamp, discarding the pole, keeping only the light fixture that I mounted onto a large wall bracket.  I did this because we could not any other light fixture that provided us with as much light as this lamp did - 55 watts of light that provided great lighting that was comfortable and made reading easy.  The new lamp has five 10 watt bulbs and is nice for mood lighting but not bright enough to read comfortably or piddle around with intricate projects like beading, something I like to do while relaxing on the sofa.  A table lamp is in order.

Thank You Spirit.

Spirit Is and today’s visiting Tarot Card is the “Youth of Coins: Focusing on the physical.  Beginning a regimen.  Matters relating to nutrition and exercise.”

In further researching the Youth or Page of Coins I’ve learned that this card can also represent opening for success, comfort, trust and/or the chance to make dreams real.  It is also about having lighthearted and dare I say carefree fun with our bodies, talents and belongings.  But we must also take care of ourselves by getting plenty of exercise and eating a healthy and balanced diet, at least most of the time.  My rule is 80 percent good eating 20 percent bad but exercise, exercise, and exercise, don’t let that 20 percent get you out of shape.

Thank You Spirit.

Blessed Be.
