Repeat Visitors

At least, I am getting somewhat better at posting and almost doing this on a daily basis.

My back is slowly getting better after I injured on Tuesday.  Thank goodness I am receiving a lot of healing energy from Spirit.  I can pretty much do what I want with just a few exceptions as in not going to the gym and lifting heavy weights.  I leave returning to the gym for next week.

Since my last post I have been visited by The Guide of Coins (yesterday) and V The Priest (today), repeat visitors from earlier this week as they both appeared on the 11th and 12th respectively.

I take it that I need to glean more from their visits than I have.

V The Priest and the 5 of Wands

Life is moving along quite well these days and Spirit is with me always.  A couple of days ago I knew this was the case without a doubt when I was lifting a printer for the job and heard a cracking noise in my back and an intense shot of pain overcame me.  I fell into the seat of my car and did not move a muscle thinking I was done for.  But Spirit protected me and I was able to move and walk and talk and instead of doing the heavy lifting that was require to bring the printer up a flight of stairs I asked for and received the help of two able-bodied men who did that for me.  Today I'm functioning much better as I've being applying a cold pack to my back as well as taking ibuprofen to lessen any swelling that might have occurred.

I worked with Tarot and communed with Spirit for the past couple of days and have been more than grateful for my physical well-being as I'm sleeping well and able to get out of bed each morning.

Yesterdays Tarot card was "V The Priest and today's Tarot card is the "5 of Wands".  I'm learning to look to myself and close out the noise of everyday life and those around me so I can solicit my own advice and come to decisions on my own without undue and unwanted influences outside of my realm of being.  The job is humming along a little busier than I thought it would be and working on my RV has been a challenging balance of trying to work on it and taking care of the needs of the job.  But I'm enjoying the challenge and travel.

One thing I have noticed is that when I'm working on my RV I notice nothing wrong with my back and when it comes time to leave and return to the job or go home I'm left thinking "Why do I have to leave, I love being in my RV."  Leaving the RV feels so wrong these days.  I've never really felt that and it is a very strong feeling at that.  I want to just sit and relax in my RV.

Anyways I guess I should get going as I seem to be rambling and getting off topic but then who knows maybe I need to be writing these things.  Life is weird that way sometimes.  Thanks for listening and if anybody has anything to say I'd love to hear from you.

Job is Ending But So Busy

I was under what now was a false impression that I'd have an easy month before my job officially came to an end.  It has been busier than what the whole of August was.  I had several service calls, orders, and requests for proposals for new printers and/or copiers.

I've had some "free" time for myself but I'm so worn and stressed out that my mind is such a pile of mush that I have no desire to do anything.  I've struggled and forced myself to eat lunch these days, my hunger has taken a back seat to the stress of having a job and working alone and having to do things that I have no experience doing.

But I am thankful as I am working and learning new skills and Spirit is always with me and carrying me of giving me more strength to handle loads that get too great for me to bear.

Last week I ended early and my partner hit the beach, likely the last time this year and was it ever nice.  The sun was out strong and warm and the water although on the cold side was calm, clear, and quite shallow.

and today's visiting Tarot card is the Guide of Coins, a lot of Coins over the past few days.  Hhhmmm. . .today's card reminds me about where I find my most enjoyment and that is in the ordinary; the natural world; and the magical world of the mundane and simple things in life.

This is just a perfect way to go about RVing too!

September and Summer Continues

We had a wonderful long weekend and Spirit was strong everywhere we went but especially so at Cougar Mountain Cedar Grove.

On Saturday, September 1st we made our way to this wonderful trail and hike that is nine kilometres north of Whistler, BC.  It is up an old logging road and this is a unpaved and at times rough road to travel but the hike and resulting stand of ancient cedars makes it a road worth taking.  The cedar trees are estimated to be around 600-1000 years old.  They look amazing and the energy they possess radiates all around you as you sit and visit with them and just simply experience the moment, the place, the energy. . .
