We had an evening of good conversation and great food with friends last night and an enjoyable evening it was. Thank You Spirit.
I awoke with a bit of tiredness however a strong and vibrant spirit carried me from the bed and out to greet the beautiful day that was there to welcome me with much grandeur and love. Thank You Spirit.

Love is the great saviour of life, of society, of this world. Love and Spirit should be our guiding energy and force, should permeate every atom of our being, should be the guiding light of our spirits, courage, character, and strength. We are and always should be the essence of love.
