"Accepting and exploring one's sexual identity is" a great way to create a healthy sexual identity and sex life.  If we know ourselves intimately then we can help others understand our sexual desires and what type of sex life we are seeking.  Don't be afraid of talking about sex with yourself or your partner.  And if both partners are open and receptive to such conversations then you're likely to have a healthy sex life.  Of course all partners must feel free to express themselves and be respected.  So respect yourself and learn to understand and appreciate your sexual identity.  Be safe, healthy and respectful about and with what you discover.
